Dear Sir,

I have included a screen shot of my site on mobile here https://www.screencast.com/t/WDUbDlAmiFX4 Its the first time I noticed no branding or logo loading up in the top bar. are my settings wrong or is that the default look?

In theme panel > header it says not to load a logo for mobile if you’re using style 4,5,6 which I am (using 5). what can I do?

I have an error with a filter in the header,
It is not showing the latest posts, and I can’t change the filter as it won’t let me select it. I had already presented this error, and you had to enter the site because it does not allow me to select the section where the filter appears. Do I need to email your login details again to fix this before my support ends?

Where it says “No posts” is where the image of the most recent post should appear as a background, but I can’t select it to change the filter.

I’ve been through the archives of this forum and many people have had the problem of mobile version showing on desktop, desktop version showing on mobile, etc.

From my tests, this all comes down to Cloudflare rather than any plugins. I may be wrong, but this is my experience.

Here is what causes it:

Firstly, enabling Cloudflare, using minify, Browli, etc., is fine.

What causes the mobile/desktop problem is the Page Rule: yoururl.com/* – Cache Everything

As soon as that rule which many find essential to running their site – is enabled, the problem starts.

One recommendation I saw was to select ‘Respect Existing Headers’ under Browser Cache TTL. However, that did not fix the problem for me.

So the issue is, Cloudflare + Cache Everything can break Newspaper by mixing up mobile and desktop.

I’d be interested to know if the developers have any new insight on this besides the recommended Cloudflare settings (they do not fix this problem). Could there be a work around/fix?

I would also be interested to hear from those who do have Cache Everything set and *don’t* have the mobile/desktop theme mix-up. Do you have any idea why it could break some Newspaper themes and not others?

in the previous version of the theme(version 9), i had a file parts/header/top-widget.php on the child theme, that had a code to add some links before the social icons.

After the update to the latest theme version, they disappeared.

I looked at the api instructions here https://forum.tagdiv.com/api-top-bar-template-introduction/ but i dont find the td_config.php file and the instructions seem confusing.

So I was able to edit the header for mobile detect just by adding the hamburger icon and search icon.

I also learned how to add my own background to the header too.

Question, everything works great and looks great but when viewing the site through Facebook’s internal web browser the header background is gone. If you turn your phone side ways you’ll see the background image is there but very stretched.

Been trying to figure out ways to fix it. I checked my site on all browsers using a device browsers extension to trick my site so I can see if there was any issues. None. This only happes on Facebook. Would love to see your suggestions.

Hi! I have created a page using TD composer which I can view but can not edit anymore. It keeps loading for ever.

If I want to put an automatic disclosure below the header on every page, is there a way within the theme to do that or would I need a plugin?

I’ve made changes to the header menu and now my megamenu loads as the final item on the page I want it to load first but that option is now not available anymore on the Header settings in the theme panel, Where can I set this?
I looked at your support documentation but the pages refer to an older version and the Ajax tab is no longer visible in the editor?

So, if I create a header template, I see there is the option to change the sorting order of the mega menu sub-categories to display by ID instead of alphabetically.

I’m not using a header template since I found “Style 1” in header style to be perfect, so it seemed like a pointless task trying to recreate the appearance and behaviour when it’s already done for me. I would, however, like to change the sort order of the mega menu sub-categories to ID instead of alphabetically. Can you advise me where I need to change, or if it’s some code I can enter in the custom code section?
