For that to be displayed on all the layouts you will have to disable the Mobile theme plugin. After that edit all your viewports using the tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/x1kAV4qE I have inserted a new row and added header main menu element. After that, go to the next viewport and I will select the element to be hidden. Which will make my menu available only on mobile phones: https://www.screencast.com/t/bjJPWik6X

Please note that you will have to hide it on each viewport.

1. You will have to check, there is no checklist but mostly are the logos and the contact information + social counter.

2. You mean this image ? :https://www.screencast.com/t/2g6C2ppLwRT; This is the header logo set in theme panel

3. Newspaper Themes don’t offer tabs option at the moment.

That is because you are using google auto ads which will implement by default in all the website. That is a google ads feature.

Once added in the Header the google ads code will automatically place in your page where google will find it suitable: https://www.screencast.com/t/16ouaHawKAO

The above code in use for login, make sure that is disable from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/Wr7vIcD.png also if you are using cloud templates, edit it with tagDiv Composer, use the right click and delete the header login -> https://i.imgur.com/cN0S3ce.png

If you use tagDiv Composer and check the option -> https://i.imgur.com/NCEWemB.png on each logo, the h1 will be removed.
This demos the h1 option is unchecked (this means that the h1 will apply on all logos) therefore will be displaying 5 times, 4 times in header (mobile and mobile also in sticky mode ) and 1 time in footer.

If you’re using a Header template from the Cloud library you can create a new page, use the column text in order to insert a shortcode from your plugin in it and add that page as part of your menu. Or if the plugin can be inserted directly into the new page you can add it directly and it should render in the menu.
