You can first try the basics. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and check if this fixes the situation.
Remove any theme modifications you might have made, custom code added in the theme panel or theme files, deactivate the child theme if used.
If this has no effect, reinstall the theme. By FTP would be most recommended

While creating website content it is crucial to consider accessibility. There are a few basic steps that should be followed in order to assure your content is accessible:
Add built-in Headings to document and do not skip numbers (e.g. jumping from Heading 1 to Heading 3)
Use built-in List options (e.g. bullets or numbers)
Add Alt Text for all links
Add Alt Text for all images
Defined Table Headers and simplified Tables as much as possible
Basically I installed wA11y – The Web Accessibility Toolbox plugin and it shows page errors. I added alt tags to my ads, but the comments section might benefit from an alt text “Number of Comments” and the arrow images alt text “advance forward” or “advance backward”. Those images are not in the media section, I assume this is template core related.
The other issue is the heading hierarchy. It jumps from H1 to H3.
I know this is the tip of the iceberg and I have just started looking into this, but I would appreciate your insight into compliant changes to the theme, perhaps in an update to all users. Thanks in advance.

See the code of the td_instagram is different. If you are, let me know the correct one. I change this file to fix the instagram bug, When updating the theme, it will not have modified this file for some reason.
I see no problem with the ads on your website. Where exactly you want to show of that size?
Note that in the header the space reserved for the ad when using that header style is 728px. Other header styles do not have such limits, the ones that do not display the logo and ad in the same line

In pages an ad of that size could be placed on a page in a full row only. The theme width is 1068px so that ad will display in it’s full size

In the post content to display such a big ad you would have to use no sidebar, so there is enough space available.
That is also a somehow large ad size for Adsense however, the top performing ad sizes would be these

There were no changes to those elements over the last updates. That should look the same as before. Try changing the header style to a different one, then back again. Clear all caching as well. If you have custom code for the header check it.

This is a little odd… When I set the theme up originally I created a variety of sidebars to be used on different news categories. I did it via the newspaper theme pages following the instructions in docs.
I added a couple of adverts yesterday and have issues:
The advert created using the default sidebar ad (theme panel >ads) shows.
The advert created using the default header ad (theme panel > ads) shows.
The adverts added to custom ad 1 (same place) don’t show. It’s like they don’t exist.
Looking at widgets, if I drag a tag div ad box into a widget and select default sidebar ad, it works.
If I select anything else, it doesn’t.
If I copy and paste the advert code from the default sidebar ad and put that in the custom ad 1, it doesn’t work either.
I did wonder if this was a cache thing, so I disabled the cache and did it all again without cache. Exactly the same results. Basically, I can show whatever I put in the header advert and the default sidebar advert, but nothing else.
I have tried in all 3 browsers I use, clearing caches before testing. No change. In any event, the cache isn’t an issue because as soon as I add the default sidebar to a post category, it works. The exact same code in the custom ad box doesn’t work. No matter what.
The other sidebar content (links to posts etc) works fine, regardless of sidebar chosen. It only affects ads.
Everything is updated – theme and plugins updated yesterday.
I can’t swear that this was different before yesterday (I went from previous to current versions), but I’m 75% sure it wasn’t. Maybe 90% sure.
What can be causing this?

So you can set a background color of your choosing with those settings.
Using header style 10 you can set any logo size, there is no limit. For example this theme demo uses header style 10 as well, with a big logo

That would only be possible maybe with conditions created in the theme code, not by a theme setting. The same header section will be displayed on the whole website, including the menu.
Doing something like that may not be easy, displaying different headers and menu is not implemented in the theme. Making the modifications will require coding knowledge. I would suggest a freelancer/developer or professional to help you with this, if it is absolutely required. We cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry for the inconvenience.

In the header I want to be able to show the large logo with no adspace at the top of the page, so Style10 is perfect. But I like the black background that Style1 uses for the top bar, Style10 uses a white background, which is subpar. Any way to easily make it a black backround?
I figured out that the logo should be 1023 pixels wide to look the best on wide screens, but can I make it less than 90 pixels high? I made mine 70 pixels high – Does NP8 insert blank space or adjust for the smaller size?

obviously, NewsMag does not support WP title-tag. In order to enable a SEO-plugin (SEOpress) to customize post titles, I had to remove “wp_title();” from header.php and manually add some code to functions.php.
... add_theme_support( 'title-tag' ); ...
In my understanding support for title-tag should be default, shouldn`t it? Can you add this, dear developers?

I have the latest update already installed (http://www.pinoyhiphopsuperstar.com/) but every change in header style, layout etc. everything in the Theme Panel takes too long to take effect, usually I can preview the changes made in seconds right after I saved the settings. It’s now hard to customize everything and pretty annoying.
