The top menu is not displayed on mobile by default, it could be made visible if absolutely required, with custom code (only when then mobile theme plugin is not active). It will be the same top menu from desktop, not a different menu.
Regarding the search icon positioning, I could give you a code to make it display for example next to the menu

This is the code used for that, it must be entered in Theme panel->Advanced CSS in the phones section

Or you can move it to the right as you wanted (use the value you want in the code)

These codes must be entered in the location I mentioned above, so they will apply only on mobile.

Hi,

The font size on mobile is predefined, it is meant as a limit in case users are setting a higher font size. It will be reduced to 32px or enlarged if it is of a lower size. The limit works both ways.
What you could do is to use a code like this one, to make the font smaller on mobile devices

@media (max-width: 1018px) {
.td-post-header header .entry-title {
font-size: 20px!important;
}}

This code can be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS section.

Indeed, your header ad on mobile seems to be incorrectly displayed but I do not know the cause of it, sorry! I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these, remove all of the additional customizations if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Check our demo review on mobile and there you will see that the header and is centered as expected.

The burger seems to be clickable now, and a header logo is not present form what I can see.

That is unusual, with that header style you are using the header ad should already be centered. I see the ad is no longer showing on your website so I can inspect it. I have tried placing an ad using the same header style, but it is centered for me by default

The mobile theme plugin is not required, it is optional to install it. This plugin is intended to be used if you would like to present a different and simpler version of the website

A setting for setting a color when the menu is sticky does not exist, this could only be done with CSS. Like this
