Then you could maybe increase the height of the featured image, in post template 7. If the image used is big enough there should be no problem. This post template has a fixed height of 700px, it could be changed with a code like this

.td-post-template-7 .td-post-header{
height:900px;
}

This code should be entered in Theme panel->Custom code->Advanced CSS, in the desktop section, so it only applies for desktop.
Post template 3 uses a thumbnail for featured image

If it would be stretched with code to full width, the image may not look properly. Try the provided code and it will increase the height of the post header image, in post template 7. Maybe experiment with different values for the height.

Please keep in mind that the Header Style 10 uses the logo in full width. So, if you want to achieve bigger logo on your website you should load a bigger logo on your website if you want to achieve best theme results.

Check all the custom code sections in the theme panel, and the analytics section as well. You could take a look in the theme functions file, double check the header.php file for scripts. If it is not present in the theme panel, then it must be is the theme files.

The size depends on your logo size. If I am to provide a code I will need a link to your site so I can test it on your logo.
This code works on the default logo:

If you want to remove the header section completely, you can use this css code:

I believe that is happening because of the demo, this contains custom design and automatically loads the demo style at first, then the other settings from theme panel are applied.
A solution would be to modify the menu borders (top menu and main menu) directly in the demo stylesheet, change them to your current color there

These flashes are noticeable if it takes a longer period of time to load the website.
For the top menu and main menu backgrounds, please try and enter this code directly in the theme stylesheet

background-color: #303030;
}

This will load the backgrounds together with the rest of the style, reducing or removing the flash.
You could improve the website loading speed, to try and prevent such issues. Even installing a caching plugin may reduce or completely remove the problem

Edit the files and experiment with the code, while checking the results. Maybe you can get the result you want. If you cannot get it where you want it to appear, maybe try to place it in a different location.
