First of all, I will thank you for your appreciations! So, please notice that each of our demos has a special class which contains the demo style for each of them. If you want to do this, you should edit the CSS file which corresponds with this demo and removes the code which creates the style of this header template. As a hint, if you are using the Lifestyle Magazine, you should edit the following style.css file from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/DSZOJ5hrOS You should check all the code from here and do it yourself all the required changes. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

Please remove that code and the title will no longer be too close to the header.

2. You can remove the sidebar from bbpress by changing this setting: https://www.screencast.com/t/mBpKNTzt but you cannot do it for separate pages in particular.

3.You can add this code in the theme panel-> custom css box:

Just enter your code or image link in the respective section of the theme panel, where you want the ad to appear. The guide shows how you can have different ads based on device as well. You only need to wrap the code like it is mentioned there.

That is how the default header style looks like. There is nothing special about this, no modifications have been made in this matter. Simply select header style 1 and upload a logo of the mentioned size. Make sure that when you upload the logo you select full size

At the moment there is no option to choose when the mobile menu is displayed. It will appear when the predefined condition is met. I am sure you will find a combination of header style and theme panel options to achieve the result you want.
Like I mentioned, if you could provide a link top your website, and more information about the problem and how you would like the menu to look, I will try to give you a solution.

If you could provide a link to your website so we can see the issue or some useful screenshots and more details, it would be very helpful.
Maybe something is interfering with the functionality, a plugin, custom code or a child theme. You could check if this is the case, by deactivating all the plugins except the ones provided with the theme (clear any installed cache afterwards), switching to the main theme if you have a child theme active. Also check if you have custom code in the theme panel code sections.
