I removed the plugin from the contact form, installed it again and put it back on the Contact Us page. But it does not work. 🙁
It must be something on the Digital Ocean server, I’ll try to redo the settings, URL rewriting, and stuff.
If nothing works, unfortunately I will delete the plugin and give up using the contact form. I did not realize that installing SSL would cause problems with the contact form.

I extensively tested your theme on our dev server before bringing it live on our production environment. I’ve managed to get everything working great, but no images are showing on the home page or posts.
I’m currently regenerating thumbnails (hoping that will help), but this was not an issue on my dev box (an exact copy of my production box). The URL of the site is htxt.co.za.
Can you steer me in the right direction of what might be causing this?

You can visualize how it will look like on mobile using the viewport switcher, in the composer

Some settings are even per viewport, so you can have a specific setting set per device.
If the optional mobile theme is not installed, the same content from desktop will be displayed across all devices.
Installing the mobile plugin will display a different and much simpler version of the website.
That would be all there is to it. If I misunderstand something please correct me.

Try to make a new install to another sub-domain without any untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Remove all of the untested plugins and check the results. In the past, it was that problem but now it’s done. I have checked at my website and works as expected.

If you don’t install the demo with content, the homepage will not be provided. You will have to build it yourself with the same elements as the demo, or copy it like mentioned in these topics

Sp you can import the demo you want without content. Then copy the homepage content as shown in the topics and configure the page. Set it as homepage after doing so.
If you install a demo with dummy content, the homepage will be provided. Then you can personalize the website, add your logos, menus, filter and sort blocks with your own content etc. The latest posts is a sorting method, use it for the blocks/grids you want. Filter them as well

You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items

If it worked before you installed the security module and now it does not, then something affected the form functionality.
I would have no idea what might have happened with it, maybe try and remove it then place it again in the page.

If using child theme did you update changed files and also update plugins? Just food for thought. Also note some plugins have bugs like latest yoast seo. Also suggest installing the classic editor plugin suggest with latest wp uodate.
Hi Support Staff, I too am having this issue, I have the latest wordpress version, I’m using hostgator cloud hosting (limited php control)

after many hours of thorough testing I’ve concluded a few things:
-this issue DOES NOT happen when I switch themes, to, for example, twenty seventeen (so when I switch themes I am then able to upload all images without any issues
-this issue happens with or without demo installed
-images less than 300kb will generally upload, but it takes a while to ‘process’
-this issue happens even with all plugins disabled
-this issue happens even with newspaper 8.7.2 (my previous version)
-I’ve tried it on a brand new wordpress install as well and this issue still happens
My support ends in 25 days (I haven’t had a chance to set up the theme until now) and this is the only issue I’m having. It’s a big deal as it’s holding back finishing my website until it’s resolved. Need this issue fixed asap! lots of people seem to be experiencing this, and like I said it’s NOT happening with other themes, so the issue seems to be with the newspaper theme itself.

I just updated to 9.0 and as usual I changed my theme temporarily in order to delete the old Newspaper theme. I installed 9.0 and every page has been updated except the home page which is still on the old theme. In preview the homepage is normal (from Newspaper) but on the front end it is still from a different theme.
Is this a common issue? Any fix?

Still not clear how to visualize on my mobile the page I built through a template and/or tagDiv composer.
I’ve seen the space on the bottom part of each page “mobile version” but I can not believe I need to edit twice a page. I’m looking to the panel theme looking for a way to connect what I’m doing for the web version with the mobile one but I can’t find any.
Do I need to install the mobile plugin? I read is not mandatory, it just speeds up the mobile version.

Maybe you are trying to install an older version of the plugin. Install the mobile theme from the same theme package you downloaded from themeforest.

There is no guide created by us that I can provide to you. If the theme was tested by us with instant articles, we would have created a tutorial. Follow the installation instructions provided with the plugin.

After I installed the security certificate on my site mobilidadesampa.com.br that is hosted on Digital Ocean, on the Contact Us page https://mobilidadesampa.com.br/contato/ the “send message” button does not want to work anymore , the user clicks the button and the message is not sent. I’ve already tried disabling all the plugins and the message button does not work again.
I’m trying to see on the Digital Ocean server what may have happened. Do you know what might have happened?

AMP is no longer working after I updated Newspaper theme to version 9.0.1. I had to update the AMP plugin after updating the theme and I did this. I also cleared the cache(s) and even re-installed the plugin, but nothing seems to be working. I just keep getting a 404 page whenever I try to visit an AMP-enabled blog post.

That is made with the same cryptocurrency plugin I believe, but a different style.
If there are problems with the text elements, please re-download the theme and install it. There were some issues with these elements but they are now fixed and the theme has been re-uploaded.

Please notice that each demo has an own style for layout and if you want to achieve something like that design, you should simply install the demo and the theme will import the CSS specific to this demo. The bbpress and buddypress plugins can be used regardless of demo you choose to install. The demo you mention doesn’t use anything specific for these plugins. Importing the demo will not import the bbpress and buddypress plugins and the pages you mention. You have to install the plugins and create the forums page for example.
The forums page is created like this

This will require that you have the bbpress plugin active as well. Then you can place the forums page in the menu as you want. Once the buddypress and bbpress plugins are active, they will appear in the menus section
