Hi there, I’m using La Mode Pro demo which is great, but now hitting road blink and I have checked your forum but no help:
1. is it possible for video header to show on mobile as just shows YouTube Play button (and that doesn’t work), or better to use Slider Revolution instead?
2. Also, Ad Box (Image Ad) I cannot add a new image (like a small png or jpeg) as this shows an error:
“Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
3. The above also applies when change a background image from a Cloud Library template.
4. Visual Composer on static pages doesn’t work properly and using 1/6 + 4/6 + 1/6 col results in centre column being pushed to the left.
5. How can I add a Slider Revolution in a new zone so it just shows on my posts?
6. Logo size – it looks blurred when bigger than 270px width (which is very limiting).
Really hope you can help ASAP.

Virendra, edit the homepage with TD composer. You will see HEADER MANAGER on the right side. Click and select the template. Now here you will get desktop size and mobile size with sticky option. Click all 4 options and accordingly change logo and other settings. I hope this helps.

Hi, I am trying to use Header Life News Pro but I am facing a couple of issues.
1) How do I change default logo text and tagline which comes as part of smart snap always? Although, I am able to hide logo text and tagline in the normal mode. I do not see smart snap option in the theme panel too.
2) My website has all mega menus but one of the category i.e. ORAL HEALTHCARE is not the mega menu but it shows page which I am displaying via page ID. Now, life news pro menu does not open this category in the menu. How to fix this?
3) In the mega menu, for example, HEALTH category, how do I have a scroll bar for different subcategories which are part of HEALTH. For now, there is a limit of 13 subcategories. How do I remove this limit and fix some height and show other subcategories in the scroll bar?
I have deactivated this header template but if you want I can activate it for your findings.

I am trying to figure out how to use a custom header (logo and menu) according to category.
I would like to use this as kind of a subdomain (different type of news than the main site).
If the category is “rainbow news” the logo and menu should be different than the rest of the website.
Can you help me?
1. Can you tell me how to change the color of the red bit next to the categories on the latest articles block? I have hunted high and low for it.
2. On my about us page, i used one of the new templates. is the header image set to fade in slowly or something? It seems to load very slow compared to all the other images on the site. https://vapesinthehood.com/about-us/.
3. behind the logo on my category pages there appear to be some breadcrumbs. I have turned these off in the theme panel so I’m not sure how those are showing?
4. also the pin button at the top of the posts in the share section is small compared to the rest. Is there a fix for that?

I’ve successfully changed the header to show my logo but whenever you scroll down on any page and the slim/following menu appears it still says “NEWSPAPER” and, for the life of me, I can’t find where to change that. It’s doing this on both mobile and full sized browser. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately the text logo can be set only on header style 9, 10 and 11 -> http://prntscr.com/omtjm6 or you can use the header manager and import a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it how you want.

How can i still use text as logo for Header Style 3 – Multipurpose
Hi,
I just noticed that the logo in the footer has increased in size. This was not the case yesterday. I have not added any new plugins or made any major changes. The footer has just changed by itself.
I even uploaded a smaller version of the logo, but it still appears larger.
And I’ve cleared cacher and browser cache.
What setting could have changed to make this happen?

For the homepage you can choose a static page, or the default WordPress blog page (your latest posts)

The blog page doesn’t have many settings, it will be a list of the posts you have published sorted by latest.
The logo will always lead to the website homepage when clicked. The homepage you set in the WordPress reading settings. You can also add the homepage in the menu, as on our demo

1/2. I don’t quite understand what you want to do with those pages. Create as many pages as you want with the elements you want in them, there is no limit.
The post page option in the WordPress reading settings won’t be used by the theme

I’ve read your info here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/important-new-update-newspaper-9-7/ This does not seem to address our problem because we used the Envato plugin to update the theme to v9.8 and we had the tagDiv Composer and other plugins already activated and they remained so after the update.
However, when we update we lose all the settings we had that styled the theme previous to update. The logo settings, accent color etc etc are all gone.
The only way I can get them back is to restore the backup made prior to updating.
We obviously want to keep the theme updated for security purposes but this problem has to be resolved in order to do so.
Please help.

The footer part where you have editor picks cannot be edited but you can choose from a lot of option found in Theme Panel – Footer. Also the Footer info can be edited from there too.

Hi!
I’ve updated Newspaper theme and plugins and I noticed the menu bar doesn’t look like it supposed to.
Before the update it was a black bar with logo and menu and above the big grid, now, on the main paige, it’s ON the big grid and the background of the menu is transparent. Because of that menu is totally illegible.
I’ve checked the Theme panel and the settings are okay. I can’t change it even with the Composer.
Please help.

Hi,
I have recently switched to Newspaper and I am experiencing some issues I cannot fix.
This is the website https://templatetester.com.
Here are the issues I have:
1. Speed – With the previous template (from Studio Press) my speed on Google Page Speed tool was over 90. After implementing Newspaper it dropped to 40. I tried to change sevral settings but speed doesn’t improve. Any idea why such a difference in performances? Is it due to the theme?
2. Header – Logo is very small. How can I make it larger? I tried to adjust it from the template builder but with no result.
3. Header – This is an issue that happens from time to time on the Italian version of the site. When I scroll down, an empty blue bar appears below the sticky menu.
4.Footer – I have widgets in the footer that I have no idea where they are from. From the widget menu, I have only 2 widgets set. However, as you can see from the website, in the footer I have “Editor Picks”, “Popular Posts”, “Popular categories” plus a logo and an “About Us” and “Follow Us” at the very bottom of the footer.
How do I clean the footer?

Navigating away from an AMP page or post will display the mobile theme (non-AMP). So regardless of being on the AMP version of a page, beginning to browse the website there will no AMP anymore.
The logo looks quite small for some reason, looks like it has a limited size. Try to enter this code in the mobile theme CSS section

It may take a while before changes will be seen in Google AMP. You could try this

Regarding the flag switcher it is the same for me. It does not appear in AMP. From what I can find in a topic they mentioned that for AMP it would be better to use this option
