To edit the mobile logo, you need to edit the header with tagDiv OCmpose,r select the mobile viewport, and select the logo https://prnt.sc/ZaIx8as7ovcP and change/remove the logo text
Fixed. On the mobile version, the Pulses Pro logo shows. How do I remove that ?

The cloud headers can be edited using the tagDiv Composer . Are there instructions for migrating an existing theme over and editing headers? I can’t seem to edit the header of the existing site and when I import a header template it won’t show the logo and the menu is way to large for the space. It also immediately shows an error when I open the index page in the tagdiv editor.
Loaded the basic demo and it only shows text for my logo, even though I uploaded logos & favicons in the settings. Also it’s not showing the demo theme or anything after the Header medu and when I click on the green edit with TagDiv button I get a red error on the right saying “Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Then I tried to load a template and it hangs on install

The logo on mobile can be set using tagDiv Composer on each viewport. In part, set the image logo and make sure that you change the Show Image option from Hide to Show – https://prnt.sc/qjRA8UbjCCrt Also, in the mobile menu, the demo you have has a page set as a mobile popup that needs to be edited. First, select the mobile menu element and change the name under the Title section – https://i.imgur.com/xpNL6Wz.png – https://i.imgur.com/vyYMZtM.png Then edit the page set as the mobile menu; this can be accessed using this option – https://i.imgur.com/wM3OZrM.png After the page is open, click on Edit with tagDiv Composer and make the changes you need.

On 6 February 2026 the header section of our Newspaper based website suddenly showed no content but code looking like tagDiv code:

Recent changes to the WordPress of the site:
- tagDiv Newspaper was updated to version 12.7.4 on about 2 February
- WP was updated from version 6.9 to 6.9.1 on 4 February
- The WP plugin Advanced Post Types Order was updated to version 5.9.3 on 6 February
I tried to fix this header issue with these actions:
- Deactivated plugin Advanced Post Types Order: no success
- With Newspaper Time Machine returned to version 12.7.3: no success
- Had a look at the homepage with tagDiv editor: the HEADER MENU shows a mix of this [tdb …] code and EMPTY COLUMN and EMPTY INNER COLUMN placeholders. The CONTENT parts look ok.
- Installed the WP database backup of 1 February: no success
- Uninstalled the tagDiv Composer plugin (the only active tagDiv plugin on our website) …
- … and installed and activated tagDiv Composer via Newspaper theme/Plugins: no success. I noticed while the tagDiv composer was not active the site showed the header: a logo and the main menue of the site.
At this point I gave up.

Using the Newsmag theme, the only way to get a bigger logo in the header is to use a different header style – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-styles/ you can choose from style 7, 8 and 10.

I am using the newspaper theme on my website, for some reason when I scroll down on the mobile site there is a sticky menu that appears to be adding a double logo/tagline.
Could you please assist me in resolving this? I have also updated the theme to the latest stable version but the issue persists

The issue you’re experiencing may be related to the image used as the logo on mobile. Could you please set a mobile specific logo with dimensions of 60×60 pixels? I believe this matches the width and height currently used for the mobile logo.
If a larger image is used, it will be resized the first time, which is likely why you see the large space initially. Another test you could try is removing the logo from the mobile menu entirely to see how the layout is affected.

We are planning to use BlockChain Demo (Blue and Pink gradient banner):

It loads on mobile phones, but when it loads first time there is a big space above “Invest In Crypto The Smart Way!”.
So, the top banner with logo, menu etc. appears then there is big space below the white top banner until the text – “Invest In Crypto The Smart Way!” After we refresh the site, the gap disappears, the text comes to the top and works fine.
This issue is only on mobile view. Could you please help us to fix this?
