Navigating away from an AMP page or post will display the mobile theme (non-AMP). So regardless of being on the AMP version of a page, beginning to browse the website there will no AMP anymore.

The logo looks quite small for some reason, looks like it has a limited size. Try to enter this code in the mobile theme CSS section

.td-main-menu-logo amp-img img {
min-height: 100%;
}

It may take a while before changes will be seen in Google AMP. You could try this
https://developers.google.com/amp/cache/update-cache

Regarding the flag switcher it is the same for me. It does not appear in AMP. From what I can find in a topic they mentioned that for AMP it would be better to use this option
https://prnt.sc/oltxu2https://prnt.sc/oltxwk
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/language-flags-not-showing-on-amp-pages/
Or consider using the language names instead of flags.

Hi

Waiting for your tests.

Yes, when I stretch the header, menu items moving to the left, so there’s an annoying gap on the right side.

The language switcher is ok with the mobile theme. But When I enable amp for the home pages, the switcher disappears. Also the logo size gets smaller when amp enabled. Please see the sreenshots..

When you are on the amp version and click the logo to go to home page, it goes to mobile version, not amp.

amp logo: https://pasteboard.co/IqdLRBp.png
amp menu: https://pasteboard.co/IqdM0eH.png

mobile logo: https://pasteboard.co/IqdManI.png
mobile menu: https://pasteboard.co/IqdMiyY.png

UPDATE: AMP Version only shows switcher when we enable LANGUAGE NAME from the switcher options, it does not show the swithcer when selected FLAGS to show them.

Hi,

I tried to translate the mobile theme strings, it’s not working, I can’t say how it should be done. I will make some more tests and get back to you as soon as possible.

Regarding the menu, it depends on the available space. If there are many menu items and there isn’t enough space, they will drop on a second row. In this case you could stretch the header space to a larger width – https://prnt.sc/olh9jp

I have tested the language switcher on my end, I have set it to appear for the menu used by the mobile theme – https://prnt.sc/olhbi5https://prnt.sc/olhboo
It appears at the end of the menu on AMP – https://prnt.sc/olhc18 it shouldn’t disappear. Does it appear in the mobile theme without AMP? Please let me know.

Thanks

Hello !

On mobile theme the sticky options is working in a different way in order to help at page speed. So you will have to slide a bit upwards in order to have the menu.

This option is on our developers to do list.

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

Thank you !

Hi,
We are using the Header Style 9 (no template) and we would like to change icon and bg color for mobile header.
We’ve changed the menu bar background color and menu bar icon colors under theme colors. But the menu bar and icons are still displaying incorrectly when viewed on iphone. It looks like this piece of code is blocking it:
@media (max-width: 767px) {
body #td-top-mobile-toggle i,
.td-header-wrap .header-search-wrap .td-icon-search {
color: rgba(0,0,0,0.9) !important;
}
}

Can you please help?

Thanks,
Raj

Hello

How do I translate the mobile theme’s strings? I did translate it via wpml and theme panel’s translation section but it does not update? Please see the attached.

https://pasteboard.co/IpLYz1S.jpg

Besides, I find no way to fit the main menu center, it’s siding left, if I want to fit it in the center, meni items pushes down. Is there a way to make it responsive?

I have two questions on the Mobile+Amp theme.
1. How to make mobile header sticky.
2. How to change the social share icon in mobile menu. I see for desktop there is an option to change the icon type. But for mobile I did not find any settings.

Thanks

Hi,

On mobile there will be a different header and menu style – http://prntscr.com/ojqujg
http://prntscr.com/ojqulq
The desktop header won’t appear on mobile.

However if you should use a cloud header template, you can design the desktop and mobile headers, and their sticky versions as well – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
You can decide what appears on mobile in the mobile header.

These are ready made cloud header templates built by us that can be imported and modified if needed, in the composer– https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
You can also build your own using a blank header template – http://prntscr.com/o8vge6

Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks

I view your source and see this code:
.td-menu-background,
.td-search-background {
background-image: url(‘https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_travel/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/travel-mobile-bg.jpg’);
}
But i don’t know how to make this code appear on my website.
Please guide me. Thanks.

I’m using Header Style 8 on Newspaper9 Theme with 6 items in my Top Menu and 3 items in my Main Menu.

When I’m on a laptop it shows both menus in full. When I scroll down, the Top Menu is hidden and the Main Menu (with 3 items) sticks to the top (as it should).

When I’m mobile BOTH menus disappear. Since there are only 3 items in my Main Menu, I’d like to keep these displaying in full on the homepage and sticking to the top as they do on desktop/laptop.

Is this possible to configure? Either in the theme settings or with some custom work? Would love some help- thanks in advance!

Hello, when I open my site in mobile version my menu does not work correctly. Most of the time instead of opening the menu the site gets smaller (it seems to decrease), it doesn’t open the right menu. You can check it out at portalacionista.com.br in the mobile version. Why does it go? The main side menu should open correctly and not stay this way.

When I click to open the menu it happens on my mobile phone and my employees:

Hi,

This is happen because you are using on some pages the responsive version of the theme and on the rest of theme the mobile theme, so on a part of menu ( from category for example ) will be apply the front from mobile theme css -> http://prntscr.com/oi9ro0 and on the rest of them will apply the font from desktop -> http://prntscr.com/oi9s95

Hope this will help you!
Thanks.

Make sure you have set up a logo for both mobile and desktop then pick , so go to your themes panel and under your headers settings locate The Main Menu and you will see logo on sticky menu option, then thick header logo, shows the header logo

You can see the screenshot here bro

When we use your default headers the sticky menu shows our logo when scrolling down.
However, now we have created a customized main menu, and we can’t find out where/how to set the logo to be shown on the sticky menu. This goes both for desktop and mobile.

Thanks!
