I don’t see an error message in Console for this page, but do see this file referenced:
https://remember.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel&td_page=td_view_import_export_settings
That’s getting the 500 error.
>>> This error happens when I try to save in Theme Panel for the mobile theme:

This is the error message when I generally try to save in Theme Panel, the square icon keeps spinning with a 500 error for:
https://remember.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=12.6.7
I’m not sure it’s related to this import/export problem, but stops me from updating the mobile themes. Thought it might be related.

Nevermind, I think deactivating the mobile theme entirely fixed it.
How can I completely disable mobile theme?
Hello,
Please use this code for this issue -> https://i.imgur.com/X8SljpL.png
.td-search-icon
{
display: inline-block;
right: -10px;
}
Also, you have the mobile theme plugin enabled, so all the changes that you have done using Composer do not apply to the mobile version. Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
Hi muktipolice, if the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is used then please notice that on pages will be display by default only the title, the post content for pages should be made using the mobile editor (not builders) or you can use the options available on Gutenberg to disable it on that page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ – https://i.imgur.com/tBRKAUU.png

Hello,
I have problems inserting html ads into mobile theme, article ADS.
When I insert the code, the ad is showing but the whole article text, on the website disappears.
I attached screenshots.
The ad code I’m using is the following
<div>
<iframe title=”300×250″
width=”300″
height=”250″
scrolling=”no”
src=”https://cricul.ro/bannere/invertor/index.html”
</iframe>
</div>
I’m currently using the Official AMP plugin along with the tagDiv mobile theme. While editing the mobile menu, I’ve noticed that the bottom area of the menu is being trimmed, likely due to the mobile device’s navigation bar, which includes the back and home buttons. Could you advise on how to resolve this issue to ensure the full menu is visible and not obscured by the device’s bottom bar?

Hello!
This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
Thank you!
Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve tested on the latest update of the theme and it works well. Please apply the background style: stretch an try again.

Hello Bernd!
It’s a gradient there: https://app.screencast.com/AT1FaLeQQa0ol
There are also the settings for the fonts: https://app.screencast.com/6RrHkkdBmNYVP
Please note that mobile theme layout is limited in customizations.

Ok, found the issue.
In the ‘Header Template Overlay – Blockchain PRO’ cloud template, under the mobile view in Theme Editor, there was a different setting for some strange reason.
Hey Bettina,
I have been there of course! I did not find it there.
Tell me please exactly where to change the color of the background, fonts etc when I have clicked on the Hamburger Menu in the Mobile Theme.
Thank you!
Hello Bernd!
All the settings for the Mobile Menu can be found in the theme panel settings -> Mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
That’s not the AMP or the mobile theme version in your screenshot. That is the default responsive version. The mobile theme looks like this https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
If I check the website now on mobile, it looks fine https://prnt.sc/jpYD4-Xg_okz Also the mobile menu works fine https://prnt.sc/z50KdMW_WtVQ
Please mention more details about the issue, or how can I see it happening. I am sorry that there are issues with the theme. In most cases when there are issues with the images or the mobile menu, like in your screenshot, they are caused by other plugins.
Thank you!
Hello,
I wonder how to design the background, fonts etc when I have clicked on the Hamburger Menu in the Mobile Theme.

What can I do to change it?
Thanks for feedback
Bernd
Hi Bettina
No, I don’t use Mobile Theme plugin – should I? If so, what exact plug-in should I search for.
The only problem I have is the logo on post-view in mobile view. I recall seeing the tag: Discover the art of publishing’ somewhere – I simply cannot find it again so don’t know how to remove it.
I have installed really simple SSL
Is what you are saying that I need a plugin to show the logo correct+
thx
I will download
Hello Vibeke!
Do you use Mobile theme plugin on your articles?
In addition, you have to use an SSL plugin: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-mixed-content-wordpress -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
Thank you!
Dear TagDiv team
On mobile view – my top logo looks handwritten with the tagline: Discover the art of publishing.
It is fine in web-view.
If -in Themepanel/post settings /Default post template (side wide) – I change from the ‘Single Post Template Default Pro’ (where it is now) to ‘Default’ – then the icon looks as it should. But then the post widgets and other things dissapear.
Is there a way to keep using ‘Single Post Template Default Pro’ and fix the mobile version top logo?
Btw: When I look at the mobile view (from Edit with TagDiv Composer) it looks fine. But not in real life

I’m trying to ad screenshots, but not sure if I have any luck…looks weird here in the comments section 🙂
Thank you
Vibeke
Hello!
Please check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/number-of-subcategories-in-mobile-theme-plugin/
I hope that helps you!
Otherwise, please provide more information about your issue, such as screenshots or a video.
Thank you!
Sorry, maybe I didn’t explain myself well. In the mobile theme, the subcategories that appear are not all. For example, the first category “cinema” shows only some subcategories and excludes others. Is it possible to show all the subcategories in the mobile theme or, alternatively, hide them? Thank you.
Hello!
Please note that you can not edit the default header template with the tagdiv Composer. You can choose to use other header template from the Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
When I check your website, I can see that your header template is a cloud one even on the single template. If you use the Mobile theme layout on the single post template, then you can control the way is looking from the theme panel settings -> Mobile theme.

Hello!
Please change the number of posts for the grids in the Newspaper -> Theme panel settings -> Mobile theme -> Grids.
Thank you!
Hello!
Deactivate also the Mobile theme plugin and check again.
Thank you!
I Purchased a Newspaper Theme a few days ago and after setting it up the Images are not showing on the Homepage or even on the Blog Pages, not a single image is showing throughout any Article… And this issue is occurring on just Desktop/Laptop/Notebook View, but it’s showing all the Images on Mobile Devices.
