Thanks for the reply, but it turns out that I uploaded the file by ftp and the floor I was on, but now it generates a failure in the AMP pluing, I have made a copy or backup with WP migration, because your therme does not make a backup, right? .
I will erase the old therme and I will upload it again I hope it works but see what happens to me with the AMP. It charges me at 50%, there are pages that load or adapt mobile deposits and others, I do not think its pluing or mobile platform fails, I attach some screenshots and if you can, between your phone and load those articles or several for you to see.
in this, the article does not load correctly the AMP and if its mobile pad but does not adapt the article to the device.
https://i.gyazo.com/f9ee47656720a9e40585cd2b40869ce9.png
In this see also from that article if I want to see the menu load the menu of the mobile display and not the amp.
https://i.gyazo.com/f27c50ff9a9bf8b5ce3de9aabc10cd5d.png
It does not always do it but I know that something is not right, as I show it now it is how it has to be loaded according to what has been modified in the therme movile, main page.
https://i.gyazo.com/892b1e5ab0de4a52e954c1c5379f2ba2.png
Look, now I load the page that I attached to the first one finished in c09, now look at the load.
https://i.gyazo.com/a67de82802fa6db0cd2708271510e10e.png
Look at the menu the TagDiv mobile theme is loaded and activated and the AMP is not allowed to activate, remove it and reinstall it and nothing, since the pluig by itself mobile theme does not make the articles adapt to the mobile devices.
https://i.gyazo.com/bc062b9f9e58174d9df38dabd0a205ba.png
As you can see in this screenshot, the AMP plugin options are not available in the menu on the left or in the plugin list.
https://i.gyazo.com/0bb1eedc38052b68123da6eff3e93f97.png
I hope now undo the periodic theme 10 and upload it again this all ok, I would also appreciate it and it will guide me since I cannot find documentation on this theme to know its capacity and also with the tagDiv composer
We are a group of Colombian journalists who are leading this portal. We need a more timely communication to be able to resolve doubts about the template. Could you send me a contact or a group of wasapp where we can write to you and answer us right there?
Keep in mind that I am not a system engineer or graphic designer, I am a self-taught person and who would like to learn more about this template to be able to get ahead with my project, I would appreciate all the information that you could provide me about tagdiv composer and others.
Thank you.
I have set the favicon in the theme panel, but it isn’t loaded in the mobile version. I don’t know why.
Greetings Kathrin
Hi,
The background image can be change from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/1VgpHJj.png or if you are using the mobile theme plugin from here -> https://i.imgur.com/dxjz5o7.png if you are using the responsive version of the theme you can use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and set the mobile elements where you want -> https://i.imgur.com/KWIqX8X.png
If you ware using the mobile theme plugin, then you need to use a custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/ERijDBY.png
#td-top-mobile-toggle {
float: right;
margin-right: -15px;
}
.td-search-icon {
float: left;
position: unset;
right: -3px;
top: 0;
margin-left: -15px;
}
.td-main-menu-logo img {
top: 52px;
}
The code need to be set in Theme Panel> Mobile theme > Custom code> css.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello !
If you don’t use mobile theme it means that you’re using the responsive version which is fully editable using the tagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/OhadbghJbx
Thank you !
Hi,
Make sure that you are changing the logo from mobile device using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/8pfEaze.png if here the logo is set then I think that you are using the mobile theme plugin and to change the logo on it you can do it from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/XnP7fLq.png
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link to your website.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
I have included the “slide” available from the theme elements.
The thing is that if you see my website from the mobile, you notice that this slide is not responsible if you turn the mobile to a horizontal view. For any reason the slide is not responsive and it is shown in a very strange manner.
Anyone could give me a hand.
This is the website:

Hi
I’ve added Display ads in Article top ad, Article inline ad and Article bottom ad from theme panel. I’ve copied the ad code from Google Adsense but after the settings, not a single ad is appearing in Desktop.
Whereas Mobile Theme completely show ads in Single Post. So, how can I fix this issue in my website ?
Hello,
thanks for the quick response. But that’s part of the problem, how can I set the ad to center for mobile when I have it set to the right for desktop (I’m not using the mobile theme). With the mobile theme this is no problem, but I do not use it
Hi loano1,
What Bogdan B. said our developers did, they added more options, indeed the smart list is not one of them, the reason was that the mobile theme will become to heavy and the speed will change a lot.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
That is because you are not using the responsive version of the theme, you are using the mobile theme plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ if you want to have the same layout as on desktop you can use the mobile theme only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/3ocYgUD.png or you can disable it.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately the Polylang was not tested with our theme, therefore we can not say what settings you’ll need to make in order to make the mobile theme menu to work with Polylang, maybe you can use the responsive version of the theme, is possible to be no problems with that menu.
Thank you or your understanding!
Hello !
We have tested your website and it appears that you have ads on amp: https://www.screencast.com/t/jUFReoVE5s ; Please clear your cache and mobile theme ADS must be added here: https://www.screencast.com/t/e57nbQlM6L
Thank you !
Hello all, Just wanted to say awesome theme! with that said I am having two issues.
MY WEBSITE >> http://www.ragerobot.com
Issue 1) The main logo is not showing up in mobile version of the site. I have uploaded a logo in the theme settings for mobile but still no luck.
Issue 2) My Header ads seem to be aligning left instead of center. How can I fix this?
Thanks in advance!
You have different ways of advertising is to set the articles. In the theme options you can deactivate them for mobile etc. So far so good, but why can’t you set in the composer in the block “single post content”, that for example an InlineAd should not be shown mobile.
The problem is, if you display an ad in the article on the right, it looks pretty stupid in the mobile version. But since you can’t specify that the ad should be placed in the middle for mobile, this function is not necessary. (Example)
Furthermore, the word “advertisement” is displayed above the ad, which is quite a problem from a legal point of view.
It may be that Adsense does this automatically, but not everyone uses adsense
Hi,
Did I see right that there is still no option for this in Mobile Theme? The prev next smartlist is really bad for SEO because Google indexes only the first page and since Googles Algorithm is based on mobile this should be fixed ASAP.
Thanks!
I have used the code from infophilic to fasten the newspaper theme to fasten the blog. But now I can find in the debug-section the following message:

Hello!
I just bought and configured WMPL, and after that the mobile menu stopped working in both variants (mobile, mobile+amp, amp). At first I thought that this was due to WMPL, but I deactivated it, deleted the cache, but the mobile menu still does not work, although everything worked fine before installing WMPL.
Although I can see mobile menu, when try to configure it through theme web interface in appearance menu…
Hello !
For mobile theme you can insert the ad codes in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/59j2RgM4
Thank you !
My website was down due to permalinks failure. Now sorted it. Finally got my website back. Activated both amp and mobile theme plugins.
However I am unable to preview the AMP version. I am not getting the AMP link on top of my post to view the AMP view. Or the AMP flash icon in preview page.
Also update of post keeps failing and saving a post takes too long.

Hi,
If you find out that the problem is between tagDiv Mobile theme Plugin and WP Rocket plugin, then it must be a setting from the cache plugin, unfortunately we do not have a guide for this, because this plugin was not tested with our theme, but most probably is from minify css and js files.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Please note that the mobile editor is only for pages -> https://i.imgur.com/8eOnB4l.png, not posts -> https://i.imgur.com/jn9ppCi.png also if you want to use the responsive version will work only if you are using the Gutenberg editor (and you do not deactivate it or use classic editor).
Also please note that we specific that if you are using the mobile theme you need to create a new page content using the mobile editor or the option for responsive version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ -> https://i.imgur.com/JtW261Z.png -> https://i.imgur.com/NU6C1gr.png -> https://i.imgur.com/QN6o5By.png
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you need to use a custom css to remove the featured image -> https://i.imgur.com/nXdlLdI.png
.td-post-featured-image {
display: none;
}
The code need to be set in Them Panel> Mobile Theme> Custom code > Css.
Also you can adjust mobile theme from here -> https://i.imgur.com/ET40GBB.png
Hope this will help you!

Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
