Hi – My site is https://piracymonitor.org. It appears fine on desktop and tablets but not on mobile devices. Am I doing something wrong?
Details:
The site’s Home page looks fine on mobile, and the menu is correct. However, when you select a menu item to go to any other page on the site, you get a page that contains the mobile header, the page title, and the sub footer menu. The rest of the page content is not visible. Posts look OK. It’s the page content that’s a problem.
Screen shot of the Home page
Screen shot of another page (“Resources”)
I tested this using an iPhone, with Safari and Firefox browsers. The same behavior happens with both browsers. Also, it does not matter whether the tagDiv Newsmag Mobile theme is enabled or disabled. Either way, the page content is hidden.
If I am not using the theme correctly, please let me know what to do. Thank you.
Can you tell me where I can find the mobile themes functions.php file? So that I can add the following code:
// Remove Multi Purpose Style
add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘infophilic_remove_multi_purpose’, 20 );
function infophilic_remove_multi_purpose() {
wp_dequeue_style( ‘td-plugin-multi-purpose’ );
}
// Remove Newsletter Style
add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘infophilic_remove_newsletter’, 20 );
function infophilic_remove_newsletter() {
wp_dequeue_style( ‘td-plugin-newsletter’ );
}
Thank you very much!
Greetings Kathrin

Hi,
To display the images on mobile theme you need to enable 2 thumbs from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/aFVuDos.png -> https://i.imgur.com/CXlMNmW.png
If this is not the problem, please provide some more details and a link to your website.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
thanks a lot but with mobile theme active, we do not have those buttons on the right side at the top that you show in your screenshot.
https://imgur.com/RnwC5M0 (“preview” button is “anteprima”, while “update” is “Aggiorna”). As you can see, there’s no mobile theme button there. Neither on the edit pages, nor on the article pages.
In addition, strangely, sometime I see mobile theme from the desktop!!! Really! On Chrome.
I do not have screenshot now but we saw it more than once. Maybe there’s something that goes in conflict with Newspaper. I think I’ll disable the mobile theme if there’s no a simple solution to these issues.
Thanks, regards

Hi,
You can use the amp version for mobile theme with amp -> https://i.imgur.com/thlcC5V.png and the normal adsense from desktop. Also you have the choose to use the responsive version for pages/posts where you want to have the same layout on mobile an desktop -> https://imgur.com/KTsPEj3 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello !
Using mobile theme you will be able to add mobile ads as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/gEpuY4KUN3
Thank you !
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Also please note that the Monach plugin has not been tested by our developers and cannot be covered by the support team.
Thank you !
Hi,
You can use the responsive version option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/KTsPEj3.png for the pages that you want to be the same on mobile and desktop, this should solved your problem.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked with two different mobile and these are the results for me -> https://i.imgur.com/EJ88WwX.png -> https://i.imgur.com/gDZivFl.png
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, also if you are using Cloudflare (CDN), make sure that is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ clear all cache and deactivate the cache plugins, after that check again.
Thank you!
Hi,
As I can see you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, so in order to change the logo on mobile you’ll need to use tagDiv Composer (the settings from theme panel will apply only on standard templates), please check our video tutorial for host to changes/set a logo from here ->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv
Hope this will help you!

I figured it out
For anyone else wondering:
1) Go to Mobile Theme in the left sidebar of the theme panel
2) Click on the “Mobile Ads” collapse (NOT Amp Ads)
3) Drop your ad code there, they work similarly to the desktop ads section
(I used examples from here: https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/blob/master/ads/a9.md )
That’s it!
If you want to see an example of this, check out my article here:

Dear staff,
by activating the newspaper mobile theme plugin (without AMP), I’ve put the content into the “mobile editor” so that pages created inside wordpress can be read also on mobile.
But, there’s a page created with the Wishlist plugin https://member.wishlistproducts.com/
that I’ve not been able to load from mobile:
https://www.sentierolaav.it/wishlist-member/?reg=1547638814
as you can see there’s a table and the register button, I’ve created this page inside the plugin area, not from the page/article section.
I’ve also tried to copy and paste the table into the “mobile editor” but the “register” button doesn’t work.
How can I solve this issue and correctly see the page with the mobile theme?
Thanks a lot!
Hi newspaper team, i hope you’re doing well.
I have bought and installed Newspaper 10 for my tech website and I am facing an issue, the changes I have made have been applied on the desktop version Only but in the mobile it doesn’t, it shows the basic theme with no menu no nothing, and it displays a message saying there’s error coming from monach plugin. can you help me with that as soon as possible. Thanks in advance
waiting for your reply

Hello Calin, I don’t want to change the background color. I have uploaded a transparent background logo with the words in white so it will look good on the dark background, but there is something wrong in the theme, the logo it is taking is the main logo, I want the other version which I uploaded in theme panel in logo for mobile
Hi,
Yes, the above solution is good and is working for the 300x250ads
Unfortunately the ad set in single post template have the same problem, is not resize -> https://i.imgur.com/psO4FMW.png is displaying in iPad but is not resize to the correct size.
you can set ads on amp if you are using the mobile theme plugin and you can set the ads on mobile ads (these will be display on amp and mobile theme) and you can use auto ads.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Yes, you can have the same layout using the responsive version as an individual option -> https://i.imgur.com/BHILB8D.png , use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/YOUeKin.pngto use the mobile theme only for amp or you can disable the mobile theme plugin (if you are not using the amp plugin).
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
I have seen that TagDiv offers a 200 US Dollars service to speed up a website here https://tagdiv.com/custom-services-page-speed-optimization/, and I have some inquiries about it :
– Does that involve using the mobile theme ? Because I tried already, but there are a lot of incompatibilities with the features I have already installed.
– Is there a kind of “satified or refund” ? Because I already had WP Autoptimize and WP Supercache installed and set, but with very few success.
To make it easier, could you have a look at my website emprunter-malin.com and tell me if this service can indeed speed up my webiste ?
Thanks.
Hi,
Sorry, unfortunately our theme do not have any option for this, the menu on mobile will be display only on full screen.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
As I can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hkiwLqa6jui it can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persist on mobile, please set the code suggested by Vlad in Theme panel> Mobile theme> Custom code> css -> https://i.imgur.com/ybtqThM.png
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
