Thank you for your feedback.
Problem 1 Amazon : still a problem of display of my Amazon products on iPhone and Samsung tablet. As shown in my picture. No orange arrow to slide to the next product.
Amazon told me maybe something is not configured to display on mobile, but I read every parts in Theme Panel and didn’t see anything.. Very strange.
Problem 2 : On computer, the counter of Facebook like is okay, but on mobile and tablet the counter is always at ZERO … Why ?
How can I customazie different sizes for different devices in mobile theme plugin as it is in default theme panel.
i have purchased newpaper theme yesterday,
when i open my website in mobile it shows default newpaper logo in some posts header and even in footer
where as i have deleted all the images default images from media
My website is behaving abnormal
In mobile version website theme all the content are working well but when i check header and footer ( in posts ) newspaper 9 logo will get displayed
Something my logo works
And more thing
Something after every post End there is a default newspaper banner ad ( I even removed all the div tag from theme penal Ads )

I think, your mobile theme plugin ads are not working properly… it does not place ads on right places….
How do i change words ‘LATEST ARTICLES’ to ‘LATEST POSTS’ in the mobile theme. I can’t find where to change it in the translation tab of Theme Panel.

Even Google picks the AMP version instead of the mobile one.
My theme is set to “Mobile + AMP” and actually I haven’t changed it since ages.
So I don’t understand what’s going on…
Can you help?

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

I’ve just checked your website with my mobile and desktop and all seems to be alright for the moment.
Also in the current version of theme it is a problem with Lazyload option from theme panel, any time when you use tagDiv Composer or make some changes in theme panel, this will be reset, this problem will be fix in the coming update, sorry for the inconvenience!

Since the last WP update, http://www.mondeoz.com shows the AMP version on mobiles while it should show the Mobile version (haven’t changed any setting).
I went into Theme Panel > Responsive and saved again the settings. I emptied all caches and then it was showing the mobile version on desktop. It was also showing a Newspaper menu on AMP mobile version while my Cloud Template menu should be 100% ok by now.
After a refresh, then it was showing again the desktop version on desktop and the AMP one on mobiles.
Doesn’t make sense at all…
Can you help fixing that?

Heyy, I’m new in newspaper theme. Recently I purchased this theme. I need some help regarding following problems…
1. main menu on mobile device (upper-left) taking around 10-15 seconds to load while searching button (upper-right) loading instantly
2. Whenever I change the instagram id (theme panel > footer > instagram settings) from adidas to any other, it shows “instagram data error”… Please help me

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Thank you Vlad. I will do that and see if that works. It is strange as it will look fine for a few hours and then it would revert back to a mobile theme, even on desktops.

Indeed these kind of errors appear when you are using the amp with out mobile theme, if you do not want to have mobile theme, please use this option from mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/phfjz8 in this way the mobile theme style will apply only on amp and should fix these errors.

No, this will be show only on mobile version and amp version, on desktop will be show the normal version, also you can chose to use the mobile theme with amp option, in this way the content set on mobile editor will be display only on amp pages -> http://prntscr.com/pkdjgf and on mobile you’ll have the responsive version.
