Hi,
I’ve made those settings on my install and for me is working properly -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FFgnc2nT -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wLFrdvF6pgf
I’ve checked your website and is seams that you have a stronger code that is overwriting the mobile theme font settings -> https://www.screencast.com/t/mqvfBBiaaFOQ this code can be from a plugin or custom code.
Thank you!

In order to change your links you will have to edit the page and go here: https://www.screencast.com/t/cXXC4zE4oi7
Also with the new 9.7.4 update you are able to disable the Mobile theme on certain pages or posts as you can see here and I recommend to disable it on that page: https://www.screencast.com/t/UipjSjdI

Hello !
You will have to post that code in Theme Panel – Mobile Theme – Custom Code: https://www.screencast.com/t/0IE0OfH6Z1Fd

Hi,
Yes, in the new version of the theme ( Newspaper v9.7.4 ) you can enable/disable the mobile theme on posts and pages, but in order to do that you’l need to use the Gutenberg editor, you’ll need to edit the page using the backend, and click on the mobile icon -> https://www.screencast.com/t/lNcNzjAhZS0 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/h4nrMSw4LOmx , you can check the new options for the mobile theme here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
We prefer the template load without the mobile theme.
However we need the “Sign In / Join” links and page.
Can we manually add and show the “Sign In / Join” front end login and registration page without enabling the mobile theme?
Preferably we would like the “Sign In / Join” to show up in the main menu when viewed in mobile.
However we’re open to adding it as a graphic via custom html code.
Without this feature our users can not sign in or register via a mobile browser using the default theme (non-mobile)

I followed the directions and updated my theme to 9.7.4. For some reason, on each pageload i’m now seeing a slide animation which was never there before. Also, my category pages are displaying incorrectly. It’s as if the theme is stuck between mobile and desktop versions…no idea. Any help
I still have the previous version. Is it safe to revert back? That for me was working perfectly.
Hello,
Now i am going in deep details so that you can give me a exact solution which i’m looking for, so lets start:
1- As with my previous problem BIG grid full 9 is still not working, i have tried each and everything as per your words and as per online videos but nothing worked, still the Big grid full 9 is not covering the full width. So, give me the exact solution that what i need to do in this.
2- Bottom Instagram pic [ after the post downwards ] is not showing and also keep me showing me the link is broken but i have tried 20 times to put the link in a fresh way but it keep showing me html code error. so let me know what to do.
3- i have deactivated the mobile theme and AMP but after doing this the sign up and login button is not showing in mobile version. i have tried it to make it correct from the theme panel but nothing worked [ I DON’T WANT YOUR MOBILE THEME AND AMP ] so don’t tell me to activate these two because after activating these option my whole website convert into a post site only and i don’t want. so tell me the exact things what to do.
YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT GIVING ME YOUR ARTICLE LINKS BECAUSE IT IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME FOR ME BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED A LOT BUT NOTHING WORKED ASPER YOUR ARTICLES OR TUTORIAL WHATEVER.
Give me the exact solution for all of my three problems in the email.
[ You make sure i don’t need to come again for these problems]
Waiting for your e-mail.
Thankyou.
Hello Vlad,
I have followed your advice by disabling the mobile theme Right now its okay, on my mobile same as the desktop mode already.
Thank you very much
Hello !
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
All you have to do is disable the Mobile theme Plugin and you will have the same layout as on desktop.
Thank you !
Hello !
I’ve seen you are using Thrive Visual Editor. On your homepage that it is what causes the problem. Also your blog and other pages look fine to me on mobile versions. Please point out if you have found a specific issue so we can inspect. A screenshot would help a lot.
Also note that we cannot offer support for untested plugins.
Please check your system status to make sure that everything is in order, that may cause lag in your composer speed. Find out more about it here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
Thank you !

Hey Support,
Okay, so my issue is that the theme isn’t positioning how it is supposed on my laptop screen (seems distorted a bit). The mobile theme seems to be presenting some issues also – the homepage is NOT displaying on mobile.
I’ve noticed too where some of my posts are repeating on the mobile view; as in I’m seeing duplicates on the same article or content.
And edits that I have made using the Tagdiv composer are slowly being saved.
Please assist!
For viewing purposes, here’s my theme: https://seriousblogger.net
Thanks
Make sure you add ads code under Theme panel > Mobile theme > Mobile ads
Hope this will help you.
Hi,
My website is not displayed post on the grid on the mobile theme, but I have checked at phone viewport in Tagdiv composer. It is displayed normally.
Hello !
The mobile theme is the AMP version only the layout is changed but the functionality is exactly the same. There are some new designs recently featured that use FULL AMP version of your website but our theme is not yet compatible with that.
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
Thank yo u!

Hi,
Please notice that in mobile theme the mega menu will not work ( the category/subcategory from mega menu will not be display in the mobile theme menu ), what you can do is to make a new menu for mobile theme using the sub menus only ( without mega menu ).
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/n5CWpToz
The mega menu can be display only on desktop and in the responsive version of the theme ( mobile version ).
Thank you!

Hi,
From what I can see the mobile theme is not active at the moment. If it’s active the website should look like this live theme demo (on mobile or mobile emulator)
Some caching/optimization plugins or settings from them could cause problems with the mobile theme. We recommend where possible to use the WP super cache plugin with these settings – https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
