Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! If you want to change the header style responsive layout, you should do it yourself through adding such a CSS custom code to target the mobile devices, using the @media queries, like this -> https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_mediaqueries_ex.asp This is just a simple suggestion! If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer because we cannot provide this such an additional customizations at the moment, sorry!

1. You are using Custom fonts files, or google fonts, because if you are using google fonts, until your website loads the style from google will be set the default fonts.
You can try to use a custom font ( https://www.screencast.com/t/fEtxO8EVKx ).
2. If you don’t have mobile theme plugin activate, then the content must be like this:

If you have mobile theme enabled, then you need to add in page, at the bottom of it the content for mobile ( https://www.screencast.com/t/eyqyjVNW ).

Hello, my name is Tomy. Im from Indonesia. Now I developed my own website using newspaper from themeforest. I like this theme, because it’s very smooth theme and very costumized theme. So many tools that can I used to make my visitor more attractive. But I got some problem with configuration in this template. My hover text is white with white background in search result on my mobile phone. So, look like invicible text hhhh. My question, how to customize hover text to different colour. Dear TagDiv Support,
I have 2 main issues with the theme Newspaper 9.
First:
When loading, the font switches for a very short time to another font, which wasn‘t set by me. I use only one font for the whole website (Acumin Pro), but still a serif font pops up just for a sec. Which is very startling, because the whole website kinda makes a slight shift and it is unpleasant for the eye.
Second:
When looking at the Mobile settings on TagDiv Composer everything is fine. But when looking on the Mobile Phone directly, the settings are different, just like the default settings for Mobile.
What is possibly the problem?

Unfortunately you can’t use TD Composer for mobile theme, but you can use flex block and set different layout in function of device :

Is there a way to edit the mobile theme then so it does look a bit more like the full web site ?
For instance would it be an option to install a second copy of the newspaper theme but adjust it to our specific mobile needs, and make the site use that theme when it detects mobile devices ?

If I understand correctly you can not find the plugin after you install it, if is so go in Newspaper>Theme panel> Mobile theme ( https://www.screencast.com/t/P2cvJiWB0Q ).
If you want to deactivate the theme mobile go in Plugins, and search for “mobile” ( https://www.screencast.com/t/h2T3emHI91 ).
If you don’t have this plugin in download please go to Themeforest login, and download all files ( https://www.screencast.com/t/1Sw5UyUBSxTY ).

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this functionality, sorry! The theme has two ways for mobile devices. The first one is set up by default – General Responsive Mobile Theme which displays you the desktop layout in responsive mode and which can be customized from TD Composer when you edit your page, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/4FV0ZWPKTyAc and the second option would be to use the Mobile Theme plugin, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

currently there is no option to adjust the number of posts for web differently for mobile theme.
(this has been added to the to-do list I have been told).
However since this might be a while, I was hoping to create two different templates, one for the full site and
one for a mobile viewport.
How would I need to proceed ?
I figure I can use the wp_is mobile function built into wordpress but was wondering if anyone has tried something like this and how feasable it would be.

This plugin is made for mobile, in order to get the content in the faster way, if the plugin is active you need to make a special content for it, using the classic builder for in page.
You can deactivate the theme mobile plugin, and your website will be auto resize in function on devices.

Previously I was using Mobile Theme, now I switched to responsive. On Theme Panel Header ad area added the shortcode for the Adsense and it is enabled on all devices too. But still hidden on Phone.

Also if another plugin uses the same hook to install the plugin then you will have to disable all other plugins and install the mobile theme first. Then you can install your other plugins

I already did but some of the dates on the homepage are different from others. I want to put it all down under the category. Some of the dates are after the category block.
Also, The title of every single post is not in the center even though I put the custom code on mobile theme

I installed the Newspaper 9 update this morning and everything worked fine.
I’ve just returned home and logged on and tried to activate the mobile theme plugin and I get this error..
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Mobile_Detect, because the name is already in use in /homepages/45/d744300787/htdocs/clickandbuilds/MoorlandsRadio/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 28
