Hi,
There are a few sliders provided in the theme package for the revolution slider
– https://www.screencast.com/t/49BKNTGh
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
Regarding the other issue, the mobile theme front page will try to display a post grid at the top. The posts that are displayed there will be picked from the “Featured” category
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
If there are no posts in the mentioned category, the grid will be empty. So add posts to the Featured category (created by default).
Or disable the optional mobile plugin and display the same content from desktop. It all depends on your choice.
Thanks

Hello silasims,
Do you are referring to the Mobile View section which appears when you are using the Mobile Theme? ->> https://www.screencast.com/t/UZ89aLNx2 Please check more details about our Mobile Theme here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If is not what you mean, provide more details about what section you are referring to and provide some useful screenshots with the desired changes.
Thanks for the message!
Hello lifemathmoney,
If you want to hide the background-image to your mobile devices you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS Area.
The code is ->
@media (max-width:767px){
.backstretch{
display:none;
}
}
Thanks.
Hello,
The mobile thee plugin does not support a lightbox. It was created to ignore complex elements to provide top loading speeds for mobile. it is a compromise between style ad page speed. You can place ads on the mobile theme as mentioned in the mobile theme guide posted in my previous reply. Please read the mobile theme guide.
Thank you!
Yes, there is no install button for the mobile theme plugin because we wanted users to know exactly what the plugin does before activating it. In the mobile theme guide you will also find a section on how to install it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Please read the guide.
Thank you!

Hello,
If you use the mobile theme plugin, the standard theme settings will be overwritten by the mobile theme style: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi again! I unninstall the plugin and I install again… At the section of Newspaper plugin I have a button with “read more” that takes me to instruction to install the plugin. Nothing more.

Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not have an option for sticky mobile ads regardless of the mobile theme. you will have to use plugins for such ads.
Thank you!
Hi I need some help displaying the top menu on mobile devices.
Newspaper V 8.8.1
Current PHP version: 7.0
WordPress 4.9.8
searched the forum and found the following:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu{
display: block;
}
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block !important;
text-align:center
}
}
I added that to the Theme Panel > Custom CSS > Custom CSS but still no Top Menu on my mobile but shows on the others.
Thanks
Hi, I install Newspaper 9 Theme and the td-mobile-plugin is not working with that version of theme. Can you help me?

I am having problems replicating this on my end, I use the latest theme version and latest Woocommerce (same as you), only theme plugins and Woocommerce active. I tried with a few iPhones and the Safari browser, the images load perfectly and the menu works as it should.
In your case the images seem to be invisible and the menu is not working. Maybe another plugin is causing it somehow, or custom code. You could begin investigating this, plugins, custom code of any kind, the child theme.
The mobile theme probably is not loading the cause of the problem, that is why it works.
Hello
If you do not ue the mobile theme plugin, he header ad will show up as the header banner on mobile devices as well. If you use the mobile theme plugin. you have to place the ads for the mobile theme separately by using this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hello be2name,
At the moment, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to manage your Ads to be different than Desktop version if you will not use the Mobile Theme.
Thanks.
Hi,
What exactly do you want to change about the mobile homepage? The mobile theme plugin does not have many settings, it’s front page layout is predefined
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Settings are kept as few as possible with predefined values and content, for a faster performance on mobile.
So any advanced modifications to the layout or elements of the plugin, will have to be made in the plugin code most likely.
The plugin is optional, you could not use it. Then the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile.
Hello,
The mobile start page will be the same as the desktop theme if you do not use the mobile theme plugin. If you use the mobile theme plugin. It will be converted to a predefined style. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
hi,
This is because you use the mobile theme plugin. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but for the moment the theme does not have any such option. It is a simple icon that keeps the menu, there is no spot to add a text next to it. yo ucan change the mobile menu icon using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-change-icon-on-mobile-menu/
Thank you!
Hello Abrime,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such options that allow you to do that, sorry! Try to find such a plugin with this functionality and try their functionality but please notice that Mobile Theme was custom made and it’s possible does not work.
Thanks for the message!
It was already deactivated. Another thing we noticed is that the menu button doesn’t work on iOS.
Edit: Menu and images work fine when using the mobile theme plugin. This shouldn’t be a must-have?

Have loaded new 9.01 version of theme and re-installed Tagdiv. Website on PC (using Microsoft Edge and Firefox) seems ok but new posts are not loading on mobile/ ipad versions of site.
Additionally on the mobile site you get the tagdiv errors
{vc_row}{vc columns]
and the header/ social media counters not loading correctly with tagdiv errors.
Is this a theme error or something we need to fix?
Thanks
