Hello, I’m new to this theme and I would have liked to know what to do to delete all the articles that appear at the bottom of my home page on the computer version and not mobile please. I am not talking about the footer but many articles. Here is my site: http://www.2pac-legacy.fr. I do not find where to delete in my editor it does not appear. In advance thank you for your help. (Sorry for my english, i’m french)
I have activated the plugin but it is not index amp version, even I have submitted the site to google.
I have another site also where the same theme is there but there I have installed amp plugin AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages I got indexed within a day.
Can you please tell what can be the problem.
Hi, Please read this guide to learn how the mobile theme plugin handles pages: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems you are using the mobile theme plugin. If you want to keep the demo style intact on mobile devices as well, then please deactivate the mobile theme and use the standard responsive layout instead.
Thank you!
Hello goldleon,
Sorry but the theme does not have such a feature. AMP was not created in this regard. Please read this guide to learn how AMP works: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/difference-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp-mobile-friendly-pages/172967/
Thank you!
Hello EnzioArdesch,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option in Theme panel that allows you a way to customize the mobile page and what kind of page to be displayed for these devices, sorry! Keep in mind that the theme has two option for mobile devices -> Mobile Theme plugin which has an own layout and the general responsive mobile which display the exact desktop layout for mobile in responsive mode. If you want additional customizations you should consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for the message!

Hi. So I was trying to make some changes to the mobile plugin but I still cannot figure how to show related posts in the theme files. I can see there is a code in the files to show the posts, but I wonder if they are hidden with CSS? How do I show the related posts? Second, I would suggest you make the mobile plugin folder inside the theme to be compatible with the child theme (for those who want to make style the appearance of their mobile sites).
That is only possible if you disable the mobile plugin (to show the responsive version of the theme).
Hi I have been playing around the theme for quote some time and want to list out some features that can make it even better.
1. FB Comments – The ability to choose between wordpress comments, FB Comments or both.
2. Better Blockquotes Design – Right now the blockquotes offered are pathetic in terms of design.
I don’t know why a Newspaper theme doesn’t have better blockquotes, when our news articles require a lot of quoting and referencing.
Reference – http://demo.betterstudio.com/publisher/shortcodes/advanced-blockquotes-pack/
3. Post Specific Ads – Ability to Override Site-wide Ads or close ads on individual posts.
4. Mobile social share – like Sumome or Sharethis : appearing on the bottom of the screen while someone is browsing through mobile.
5. Inline related post option like – http://community.betterstudio.com/publisher-doc/inline-related-post
Also, it would be better if you stick this Post so other members can suggest future feature requests without having to create separate posts like this.
Hi there
In the desktop as well as Mobile Preview, the theme is displaying too much blank white space between navigation menu and the Article Title. How do I reduce it?
Screenshots Attached below :
Desktop Preview

Mobile Preview

Also the Search Icon is not aligned correctly with the Menu items, it is placed slightly below..
Regards.
Hi,
If you were to use a code like the one below, the featured image (when using the mobile theme plugin) will not be clickable anymore
.td-post-content .td-post-featured-image {
pointer-events: none;
}
This code musty be entered in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS code section. If this is not what you wanted, please provide some more details of possible.
Thanks
I have installed the AMP plugin from tagdiv but the website still showing the responsive theme instead of AMP pages 🙁
The mobile plugin does not support changes made with the page builder. You will have to create another page for the mobile plugin. Open the same page in your WordPress editor and scroll to the bottom and you will see a space to make changes to the mobile theme.
I’m currently having a problem with my new theme Newspaper. The site displays my pages on computer version but not on mobile. The pages remain empty.
However, I followed the tutorial on the site but nothing works. My pages (other than the home page) are not displayed on mobile.
What should I do please?
My site is: http://www.2pac-legacy.fr
Exactly. The mobile theme is faster enough, why lose 80% of functionality for just 0.5s speed? For me, i lose my onesignal, social shares, adsense revenue, no fb page like popup, and yeah, increased bounce rate because visitors have no clue how to navigate.
@themeforest58 honeslty I don’t really understand about AMP. The purpose I use AMP is to improve my search result on Google page and make faster post for my visitor. AMP created to make article post faster, I don’t think it’s good choice to make entire content to AMP.
Do not be burdened to use AMP, it just to make new experiance for visitor on mobile. the post will back to normal without /amp if you search on desktop view.
In my opinion, activing AMP for example.com/page-name/amp is enough. basically Newspaper is responsive theme, even without AMP still fast to access.
I use the mobile theme and a copy protection plugin, but when you view the site in mobile, and click on the photo featured opens the original photo and copy protection no longer works, how can I do to disable the click on the photo featured?
@dailyfemme I would suggest a theme reinstall, there are still some javascript errors in the page. There are no errors on a default theme install or such unusual issues. Reinstall the theme by FTP

Then check if the problem is solved. If it is not, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.
@thebestprogrammerintheworld From what I see there is no problem accessing the mobile menu

The theme and mobile theme plugin are compatible with super cache, there should not be any issues when using them.
Hi,
Please disable Mobile Theme plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
It is an optional plugin.
Thanks!
Hi,
The theme is tested with adsense code and html image banners, please check the docs – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
In case that you use Mobile Theme plugin, please disable it and use the default responsiveness to have the same content like on desktop.
Thanks!
Mobile Menu and Search not working on my website. I have tried de-activating all plugins, changing theme to normal theme not child and lots of other things.
I have a mirror here –
https://2018.b2brepository.com/
And it works fine?
Please advise ASAP
Many thanks!
I had enabled the mobile plugin in hopes the menu would work that way. It started working only when in a post, not from the home screen. Have completely disabled and deleted the mobile plugin now and cleared all caches. I have gone through and deactivated all the plugins that aren’t theme related and cleared cache (multiple times, just in case) and it still won’t work. It’s driving me bonkers spending hours and hours trying to fix something that should be a basic function.
Having the same problem here. The mobile navigation and search refuses to work on our mobile site. And with super cache enabled I get cache’d version of the desktop on my mobile site…. this is annoying as I am not using the mobile theme but some if_mobile functions for styling….
Please help/advise.

Hi,
Now it seems the mobile version is displayed on desktop
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gHlhhXCyU5
Something is not functioning properly on the website.
Please try to clear the cache in the super cache settings, then deactivate it. Check if the issue is solved. If you have any hosting or server provided cache disable it. If you have entered code in theme files or custom code sections, temporarily remove it. If you use a child theme, switch to the main theme. Let us know the results.
Thanks
