Hi again guys,
Please, your kind to ask your developer ¿what happen with category & tags pages?
Like you see on the printscreen, we use only default theme without third plugins and Speedbooster enabled.
Even if this minimum 3 resources are placed at the bottom of the source (the same works for posts), Google detect them like render-blocking (for PC and also mobile) only when categories and tags are analyzed.
I have no explanation, for all other pages (pages & posts) we have maximum of points from Insights for both devices, but for categories and tags, no, why?
Thank you!
possibly receive a response on Monday, so nice weekend!

Hi,
There was a conflict between Mobile theme plugin and SEO By Yoast plugin. Try to delete the mobile theme plugin and install this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip clear all caches then test the site again.
Thanks!
Please clear all caching afterwards as this version of the mobile theme fixed the issue for most users. Please make sure you uninstalled and deleete the plugin properly and did not just install the same version you already had.
Thank you!
Hi
Please make sure that you update the theme according to our documentation, also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and Mobile theme, clear all caches, purge cdn files if your’re using then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
When i installed Mobile Theme i got this error:
wp booster error:
td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: td_remote_cache is not set.
wp booster error:
Missing parameter: ‘file’
Fatal error: Class ‘td_remote_cache’ not found in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-social-counter/td_social_api.php on line 48
I sent you the URL of my site to contact@tagdiv.com
Hello Kiss511,
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
We are talking about placing ads on the home page, categories, articles, to see on all devices. Desktop, Tablet and Mobile.
Currently place Google Adsense ads and I have an offer to put one banner only at home page site. On other pages of the site to display Google ads (currently).
I could not put the ad in the header and that is only seen on the home page in the header, that advertisement, but on all other parties to go to Google ads.
I somehow decided rearranging pages so I added below Header – although I would like to save it anyway and that this an ad displayed in the header only on the home page.
This how I solved only appears in the desktop version, the tablet and the mobile will not.
In Drupal I do that so that I made block and determine where and on which the parties to the shows and it works fantastic, but the WP is almost a mission impossible …
I’m sending you a picture so you can see the current status. Thanks and greetings for the best theme for WordPress.

Hello smga,
I guess that you want to change the color for your menu and the other menu parameters for your mobile version, right? There is an option for it in Theme panel->Theme colors section, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/CVLjk0hTg For more information about this, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-colors-introduction/
If is not what you mean, please provide more detail so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hello wilkwilk,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the structure of the main menu for mobile mode, sorry! Please notice that it is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take here, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hi admin,
I was created one new page template – “demo template”. It working on desktop, mobile. But … When i install mobile theme plugin. Demo template not work ? How do use customize page template with mobile theme plugin ?
Thanks !
Hello juwaini,
Unfortunately, the menu for mobile mode is custom made and this behaviour cannot be changed very easy but only if you will edit the core files which involve custom work. Please keep in mind that our theme has been designed to use the hamburger menu to bring best results.
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello there,
no featured image is showing on the desktop view – not in the homepage (Newsmagazine Layout used, changed nothing), nor in the posts.
Most of the images are og:tagged, but none appear reagrdless.
https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1nqIc-xS-7jWQcWG7czBhixB4rPhamMbxPFaw2928YSM/edit?usp=sharing
On the mobile version (the “as is” version you find when you first install the theme) everything looks fine.
https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/165HQCDKdxSpDLE2hf66FVi75TB-DycfQE2QpuT4YjFA/edit?usp=sharing
Is there any known fix to this? Of course the URL is now showing the old theme.
Thanks !
I tried the above code but it doesn’t work. The white space is still present on the mobile version. Please can you check that once again?
EDITED: I solved the above problem by using the code “.single .td-module-meta-info{ display:none; }” into the Mobile Theme > Custom code section.
Thank you very much for your effort!

Hi,
Well I checked your site and saw that you use the mobile theme. There is a difference between the mobile theme plugin and the standard responsive version of the theme. This guide should help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you use wp super cache then you need to follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/
Thank you!
Hi,
Well, yes the mobile theme is a different theme and has custom classes as well.
Here is a code that can be used on the mobile theme to remove the white space on posts:
@media(max-width:767px){.single .td-module-meta-info{
display:none;
}}
Thank you!
Just changed to another server, and the desktop theme is all setup but same theme is not appearing on Mobile theme!
How can I show the same theme format on Mobile, please open my site from desktop and again open it from mobile you will get the difference!
Thank You!
Hi,
It seems the breadcrumb container is still there. You can remove it with this code:
.single .td-crumb-container{
display:none;
}
.td-post-content{
margin-top: 5px!important;;
}
As for the mobile theme, this is an issue caused by the latest version of wordpres and wp super cache. The plugin was not updated to support the latest version of WP. Here is a temporary fix until they update the plugin:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/
Thank you!
Hello Selva,
You can provide your website so I can inspect it closer but please notice that if you are installed the Mobile Theme plugin, the blocks will not be displayed on mobile mode.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Selva,
1)First of all, please keep in mind that our demo do not use the mobile theme and that’s why there will appear and on your site, not. Please notice that this is the default behaviour of this concept and for more information about mobile theme, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
2,3)Please notice that the mobile theme does not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why every page which is created with VC will not be displayed in Mobile theme.
If you are unhappy with our mobile theme, you simply disable the plugin from Plugins section and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile version.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello yvrmark,
What type of caching plugin do you use? Our recommended caching plugins is WP Super Cache. Notice that our theme has been designed to be responsive and also works as properly for any type of devices like as -> tablets, mobile, etc. Please try to clear all your caches and if you are using some untested plugins, please disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Also, if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer. You can target the tablet viewport using the @media queries. For more information about this, you can consult here -> http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_mediaquery.asp
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Well id depends on the display. If it;s a retina display you should upload a retina logo. That needs to be double in size for it not to be blurry. For a normal display you can upload a logo as mentioned in the theme panel instructions here: http://screencast.com/t/ynedQLFhw
If you use a header style that doe not require a mobile logo, make sure you upload a retina logo in the normal header logo area here: http://screencast.com/t/WeValQvVwsM5
Thanks
Hello rflmedia,
Do you are using the Mobile Theme? Please notice that all the ads for the mobile theme have to be added in the Mobile Theme section from theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/C8qcpVwybQur
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi
You can use one of theme’s blocks and add an extra class on it then use hide it on desktop using css: http://screencast.com/t/BD6Bptsy
@media(min-width: 768px){
.mobile-block{
display: none;
}
}
Thanks!
Ok,
Did you insatal this version of the mobile theme? You did not specify iof you did. This fixed it for most users
http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip
Let us know if you still have the issue after you install it.
Thanks.
