Hi,
Do you have the mobile theme plugin activated?
Thank you!
I don’t want to create a mobile page for every page I have on my website, but for example on the home page I’m using a cloud library header theme and it can’t be edited on the mobile version WITHOUT creating a mobile page. Duplicate content is not good for SEO/Google Search Console crawling. How do I solve this issue?
Hello,
@anilnetto We can’t send the script, you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access.
@lgiesel and @Davidpinto You can now use version 6.4.1, if you follow the steps to delete the plugin and reinstall.
@cidona Did you follow the steps to delete the plugins tagdiv Composer and tagdiv Mobile theme?
@vqs
For creating a posts issue, please deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
@ScribblingGeek Please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access.
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, if you have mobile templates, you need to disable the mobile theme and amp plugins.
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please let me know what plugin for the cache you use now.
I checked the align option and it works https://i.imgur.com/IzJmOwx.png, please check the console.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
So now, everything works well?
If you have an error after you update to WordPress 6.4.1 on mobile theme, please deactivate, delete, and reinstall the tagDiv mobile theme from Newspaper plugins and clear all cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
There will be soon a theme update for compatibility, but for the moment a quick fix is to disable and delete the tagdiv plugins (tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Mobile theme) and after that reinstall those (the plugins that you are using) from Newsmag > plugins. This should resolve the problems.
Thank you!

Hi,
For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/ Please delete the logo from theme panel.
For Mobile Theme plugin, you can change the logo from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header.
Thank you!
Hi,
@stephanwhelan
Please deactivate, delete, and reinstall the tagDiv mobile theme from Newspaper plugins and clear all cache.
@lstamellos It is not the same error because there are different errors; please create your topic in the future.
Usually when this problem appears what you need to do is to double the wp memory that is alcoate for the website.
We recommend to set it on 256MB, if you already have it at 256 then double it.

Hi,
Please deactivate, delete, and reinstall the tagDiv mobile theme from Newspaper plugins and clear all cache.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We did not announce that you can use version 6.4 of WordPress with the current version of the theme, because these days, we will also release an update to the theme, and then the fixes were added, but for that, we still tried to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Thank you!

I am writing to report a critical error that has been affecting the mobile version of our website since yesterday. The error message is: “There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
I have already troubleshooted the issue with the Cloudways Technical Support Team and determined that it is related to our newspaper theme. The error started appearing after we updated WordPress to the latest version. When we downgraded WordPress to the previous version, the mobile version of the site started working fine.
Our site’s mobile version is implemented using the Mobile Tag Div plugin. We also have the AMP plugin activated.
I kindly request that you investigate this issue and make the necessary adjustments to ensure compatibility between the plugins and the latest WordPress version. Please let me know if you have any questions or require further information.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
I disabled the tagDiv Mobile Theme and it started working again until a solution was found from support.

Hi Please deactivate, delete, and reinstall the tagDiv mobile theme from Newspaper plugins and clear all cache.
Thank you!
Thanks, Anna!
The AMP plugin in theme panel worked well, the Mobile theme app corrupted the mobile pages after clearing cache, and visiting again.
All good,
Kevin
I’ve added mobile logos in my theme panel, but the Newspaper logo will not change. Help!
when we delete mobile tagdiv mobile theme, we loose all settings and configs ?
Hello AnaMaria!
Does this solution need to be done in conjunction with the wordpress downgrade or is it already suitable for WordPress 6.4?
“Hi,

For the amp and mobile theme, we are still investigating.
Thank you!”
