Hi,
For mega menu please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
For logo on mobile, you can use custom css
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/rGq7CyvpM
Set the code in Newspaper>Them panel>Custom code>Custom css
.td-logo-in-header .td-sticky-mobile.td-mobile-logo {
display: none;
}
or use the composer and header builder for mobile device
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/XiSLUcyqH
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/gjaYPeJzig9
and edit the logo how you want.
Here you’ll found some documentation ->https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-newspaper-theme-9-5-update/
Thank you for your understanding!
Maybe those ads have a condition to not appear on mobile for some reason. Also are there any errors if you check in the browser console when emulating a mobile phone?
Post a link to the website where these are supposed to display so I can take a look as well.
Hi,
I have [tagDiv] Social Counter in sidebar in each post. Fщr PC users it work fine, but mobile users dont see it (I dont use mobile plugin due its buggy for mе. I use full website version for mobile devices.)
How to fix it?
Yes I deletes, but that’s not right now, it doesn’t make sense to create a category specifies “featured” and put posts on it to display the latest posts in mobile home.
It would be more simple we can create a custom block to put on the home so as we have in desktop.
You should give the option, or consider creating the category featured and put it as superior to another category, where she picks up the posts.
How can I revert this update?
Thanks,
Hi,
The top grid is supposed to show featured posts, now it is working properly. Previously there was an issue reported by some users, which is now fixed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/featured-posts-in-home-page-mobile-disappeared-after-update-9-2-1-to-9-5/
If this is not what you are referring to please let me know.
Thanks
Hello,
The first 3 content does not appear on the mobile home page after the update.

Can you help me please? Thank you!
maybe they missed out on adding the option on enabling it so there will be 9.5.1?
That’s a big mistake in a so-called Big Update if this is true. They hyped the update to feature autoload and no option, no official guide for it. Wow!
I noticed that tagdiv only focused on increasing customers and theme look/design. Instead of doing that if they focus on theme users and visitors basic need and engagement, that will be great. Obviously, the theme needs look and design but tagdiv themes are becoming bulky with so many unnecessary options without simple/useful features.
1. Last Updated option for single post
2. Total Share count in single post
3. The views count displays in numerical format only. It should be like 10K, not 10000.
4. Main menu background gradient color. (Currently, they provided custom code, but not officially implemented)
5. Which posts are mostly viewed or trending (indicates a flash/AMP like icon) feature missing. So, the visitors can engage with trending posts automatically.
6. Alert Message box in the post/page content (Tips/Info/Warning/Success) missing
7. The text highlight feature doesn’t cover the full border area like a separate paragraph. Which looks ugly and not justified aligned as well.
8. No Pros and Cons section for reviews. You have to manually set a good/bad column. That’s poor.
9. No product price, where to buy link, shop link, shop logo icon for the review section. These points should be added in a box format.
10. Enable post-split option in the text editor with different styles in an easy way. The current option is slightly messy.
11. Add truncated mobile or tablet article option with ‘continue reading’ tag to load faster and engage more visitors.
12. Make your social share option for single post more lightning fast. Sometimes it takes time to load even after full article load.
13. Kindly add default ‘Inline Related Posts’ option with nav bar (2 posts at least)
As a user or a well-wisher, these mentioned points are really useful for all. Even after having 70k+ customers, the tagdiv team not focusing on actual need. We don’t need hundreds of templates, libraries if they don’t come in handy.
For more details, If I failed to explain properly, check the JNews Theme for once. I’m using the theme for another site. It’s extremely fast to load in any device. It has Fewer features in terms of the Tagdiv themes but very accurate with the important things. Then you guys can only understand what’s missing actually. Take your time and improve your theme. There is no hurry. But don’t do these things in the name of a big update.
Hi,
In order to have there a menu you’ll need to set a main menu, because the menu from mobile version is the one from main menu; here is our documentation for Main menu https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
There was a modification made to the top grid in the mobile theme. Before, if the featured category was deleted the grid would display latest posts, which resulted in duplicate posts. The grid showed 3 latest posts, which also appeared below it in the latest articles section.
But if the featured category contained no posts the grid was not shown. Now it is the same if the featured category is deleted.
Maybe you deleted the featured category if the grid is not shown. If that is the case you can recreate it and add posts in it – http://prntscr.com/mhqyc3
Thanks
My logo on desktop has white background and looks great
https://prnt.sc/mhr44q
But on mobile, the background is black
https://prnt.sc/mhr3yn
Is it possible to change the background color to white and the hamburger menu and search menu color black?
After several tries, I discovered that TagDiv Mobile theme and using tagDiv Composer are not compatible. My pages will not save with tagDiv Composer after I enable the Mobile Theme.
Please help I need to use the Mobile Theme.
Thank you so much.
Dear, the provided code works like charm, but I have 2 small problems.
1) In mobile devices the padding of add to cart button is quite wide. The same large padding is appearing under the product page as suggested products.
2) The text of the woocommerce categories didn’t change with the code.
Plz take a look at the pic
Hi,
The mobile menu is not working on the homepage only. We tested several iPhones and Android. It worked on 2 other iPhones we tested but not the iPhoneX and it also didn’t also work on my Samsung. The menu works on all other pages on the mobile site. Here is the site:
How do I fix this? https://mycentralfloridafamily.com/
thanks,
The non-Adsense ads are from a company called Media Strike. They show up in the desktop version when they are wrapped. I’ve tried put one in all of the “mobile theme” locations, but they don’t show. But if I put an Adsense ad in that same spot, it works fine. I’ve tried putting them wrapped and unwrapped. Still nothing shows, but only in the mobile theme.
Also, how do I not show the logo in mobile?

Hello….. I came across that Newspaper9 have added few new features on 9.5 version. But after updated successfully I m not able to locate those new features added. Can u let me know where I can find below mentioned features.
1. new: Introducing the Header Builder. Now you have the power to create completely different headers for various pages, sticky headers on desktop and mobile, but also special headers for small screen devices.
2. new: The Header Manager. This feature allows you to have a different header on templates (think of it as your Headers Assign System :p)
3. new: Auto Loading feature for articles – When visitors reach the end of the post, another article is loaded. You can easily choose which one is displayed next.
4. new: We’ve added a beautiful set of icons in Newspaper Theme font. They are very useful for crafting your logos.

Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
First please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M </IfModule>
Here is and example how to do it Please try to add the
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
in wp-config.php

1. I think for what you want to achieve will be better if you’ll build the homepage with tagDiv Composer
So you want to have a full width, in order to do that you’ll need to select the row and stretch it -> https://www.screencast.com/t/i8SQ5eS4
For sticky sidebar you’ll need to edit the page and set the sidebar column to be sticky ( with tagDiv Composer ) -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6o7K3uBRr -> https://www.screencast.com/t/4rhfsEDd
2. Unfortunately for the moment our theme do not have this option on desktop device only for mobile device, but I think that is implemented in coming updates.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
@bozton The WhatsApp share button will appear on mobile, please check with a mobile emulator or mobile phone.
If there is a different problem, please posts a link to the website so I can take a look.
Thanks
Hi,
They should show up in the spots you place them, in The mobile theme ad sections.
For example a HTML ad in the mobile theme – http://prntscr.com/mhcsbu
What kind of non-Adsense ads are you using? Do they appear anywhere else if you test them?
Hi,
Is it possible to change the position of the sidebar content on mobile view? We have a sidebar on the righthand side on desktop view. It contains a paid ad at the top of teh sidebar. But when you check on your mobile phone, the sidebar content with the paid ad is somewhere down in the screen, and it needs a lot of scrolling to see the ad. Needless to say, that customer does not like that. Is there a way to get around this?
Martin.
