Is there a way to add some coding to change the font on the mobile post title? Its fine on desktop but from my phone its huge.
The mobile theme plugin is not required, it is optional to install it. This plugin is intended to be used if you would like to present a different and simpler version of the website
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
So it is up to you whether you want to use it or not. When the mobile plugin is not active the background image can be changed as shown above, and the colors here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZXq72ZvIEjfp
A setting for setting a color when the menu is sticky does not exist, this could only be done with CSS. Like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QZD4ylWkngz
This code will make the menu bar have a different color chosen by you, when the menu is sticky. It can be entered in Theme panel->Advanced CSS in the phones section
.td-header-menu-wrap.td-affix .td-header-main-menu{
background-color: red!important;
}
Thanks
Hello howtoisolve,
You should edit the theme core files where the mobile plugin is created and use the do_shortcode for your ads. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! As a hint, you should edit the mobile folder from theme and loop.php file according to the following example for a normal desktop version from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-banner-on-top-of-date-and-socil-media-icon/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Please answer the two questions below as well.
Also, do I have the option to change the date from of my posts to update date as stated below?
“I regularly change the date of posts when updating a post so the date is current, though the theme I use has an option to change the text associated with the date, so rather than it saying something like “Posted On Date” I use “Updated Date”: basically not suggesting the post is new, indicating the post was updated.”
what is the proper image size ratio for the Tagdiv composer single image element so that whether it be on mobile, tablets, or PC the image will fit and not be cut off? I have to give an image wired sizing just so that they can fit, therefore some look strange and disproportionate on the different platforms.
Thanks
Thank you so much for the answer!
I also would like to ask you about changes for the header in the mobile version, it is necessary to install the plugin? I am very happy with the mobile version without it and I wouldnt like to install the mobile plugin only for basic changes.
I would like to know if I can change the bakcground color of the mobile menu and also change the option of smart sticky mobile menu, because I changed it in the theme panel but only happens in the computer version not mobile version.
Thank you so much again

Hello Chris,
I have inspected your website and saw that your header ad on mobile seems to work as expected, without any problem, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6CEaTYgtp7 Try to clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that the theme simply takes the ad code and render it on your frontend. The theme does not have any control to the size of your ad. If you do not like you should change the ad and for this, you should contact the Google Adsense department.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Regarding the mobile menu background, if the mobile theme plugin is not active it can be changed here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7fAAHdYQ
If the mobile plugin is active the settings are here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XPrfrNbV
Also the scroll would be present when the mobile theme is active
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sGXK6QYLR2
When inactive it will not appear, it could be made visible by entering this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OctmuN7BL7
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-scroll-up {
display: block;
}
The news ticker text can be changed in the theme translation settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5YY0QzJy6e
Same for the related articles – https://www.screencast.com/t/hZzfVfoRPeG
Thanks
Hello,
Sorry but the mobile theme does not have a black version. Only the standard responsive version will keep the demo style. The mobile theme plugin will not grab the style of the desktop theme.
As for the footer, please check the footer section of the theme panel.
Thank you!
Hello,
The color of the mobile menu icons can be changed from the theme colors section: https://www.screencast.com/t/K8YysS9Qm7bY
If you use the mobile theme plugin, a similar colors section will be found in the mobile theme settings at the bottom of the theme panel.
Thank you!

Desktop ads layout i want to add on the mobile screen so i am asking. otherwise, mobile theme is awesome.
Check my site: https://www.howtoisolve.com

I have the exact same problem.
Same error in mobile theme when viewing a post.
When I switch off sharing in posts, the error disappears.
Peter.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Kindly allow me to congratulate you on your theme.
I’m contacting you due to a problem Ι have encountered and need to ask you a question.
Is there any way to fix this header in yellow as depicted in the link (https://prnt.sc/i6uiiy)? I want the header to be smaller in size or more responsive because on the mobile version it’s too big and you can’t see the picture displayed in the background https://prnt.sc/i6ujra.
The problem is that this problem is caused by the theme. I have tried all to optimizes the website with no results in mobile devices. In desktop works good and the lazy load looks great. So, I don’t want to disable it.
Well, the official AMP plugin from Automattic (the people who make WordPress) works very well, and there is a ‘glue’ plugin for use to connect that to Yoast SEO. I’ve been using the AMP plugin since it launched couple of years back, with zero hassles. Latest update supports pages, if needed; and has separate page or post templates which can easily be edited.
Note AMP only works if you have enough traffic to warrant it and if the pages all validate in Chrome with the AMP plugin activated. It’s NOT a full-on replacement for a responsive or mobile framework — it’s an “additional” element which only works on supported devices and if Google “blesses” the posts to add to CDN, and then will be shown in SERPS with AMP icon – and also in your Google Site Manager account (or whatever they are calling it this year).
So, worth doing – but it’s not a be-all, end-all solution for mobile at this time — simply an additional option. Frankly a normal responsive site with fast mobile speed, https, and http/2 is also as important.
( I don’t work here; just long time TagDiv user, webdev dinosaur, and WP user sicne v1)
Hi Guys,
Whenever we have a header image, there’s always a huge space under it when viewing the sit on a mobile.
http://www.antonaslant.com/reviews/reviewsgear/how-to-pick-a-tyre/
any idea on how to fix this?
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/ – this mesh also has horizontal scrolling and not adjusted to the mobile device. A screenshot is attached.
https://yadi.sk/i/kgd5eRdY3RrUGR
you make fully responsive theme, so why not do adaptive data elements Big Grid?
I installed the mobile theme and it seems to work well. Unfortunately, it wants to use 741 x 486 images, which are used nowhere else. My news site has 25,500 images, and I have 12 sizes turned on because of the blocks and styles I use. So now, just to fer two top of page images on mobile, using the plugin means I have to allow the 741 x 486 size and I have to regenerate 25,500 images and pass them through ShortPixel so they are optimized.
Why can’t mobile theme use 696x 385, the same as Slider2 ?
By the way, although this size is listed in the Theme Panel, it doesn’t say the mobile theme needs this.
Could you make this sizing based on the sizes in use, or allow it to be set in the Theme Panel, or, What about making this the size of a mobile phone? What mobile phones are 741 px wide? not mine!
Hey Simion,
I think it works fine now, indeed. Thank you.
So i can just paste the @media code i posted above in the custom code section and then after an update i dont need to paste it in manually again?
I also have a custom designed Adsense ad above the article title on mobile. See here: https://www.dagonline.nl/antillen/toekomst-insel-air-onzeker-na-uitvallen-toestellen/ Can i paste that code also in the custom code section to show up again after an update
Thanks!

Hi,
I have several questions but very fast ones:
· About the mobile version I would like to ask you two questions. I want to change the background pic of the mobile menu but I dont know how to do it. Also I would like to add a button in the mobile version to do scroll to the top, but I dont know how to put it.
· About the item news ticker, I would like to change the text but the item doesn´t have this option, how can I do that?
· And also in the spanish translation for related articles, it is writen “artículos relacionado” so one s at the end in missing, I also would like to change that.
Thank you so much for your time 😉
Hi Team, Im not able to view full website in mobile, there is few articles only displaying in mobile, Kindly assist it.
PS. this does not occur when I view my website from my laptop screen in any width below 767px…this only happens when using my actual mobile phone.
Hi there,
When I view my website from any width below 767px on my laptop the header ad displays fine (is centred and does not cut off screen), however, when I view my website from my actual mobile phone the header ad is not centred and is cut off on the right-hand side of the screen.
Any ideas how I can fix this so it shows up properly on my actual mobile phone? I have cleared the cache on my mobile phone already. Design works on a computer, but not on mobile.
Thanks,
Chris
