Hi. I am having some problems with the theme in Wanerd.com. As I checked, in Google PageSpeed Insights our website have got a good puntuation, and if I visit it from my computer, there’s no problem, because it loads with a good time. But, if you visit it from a smartphone, it takes too long to load, and also the Lazy Load effects doesn’t show and there are some problems with the background of the menu and the search for the first seconds. How can I solve this? I tried all that appears on your PageSpeed optimization guide, unistalling all the plugins and also changing the hosting company (nowadays is an VPS), with no result.

Best to disable the ‘lazyload’ effect.
The problem is that this problem is caused by the theme. I have tried all to optimizes the website with no results in mobile devices. In desktop works good and the lazy load looks great. So, I don’t want to disable it.

Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized. Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. My site sits behind Cloudflare as well. The style sheet does *not* minify completely with their auto-minify option. Very early into the file, cloudflare detects some kind of error and stops minifying. Their tech support says that they stop once they detect any form of error and suggest running the file through a validator. I do not know what “level” of CSS to validate against for their minifier to work, but I haven’t found a validator setting that likes the style.css file.

The first screen or two are minified, then it reverts back to the original.
In any case, I have successfully used https://css.github.io/csso/csso.html to minify it. I have my child theme load the minified version directly rather than overwriting the original.
OK, tank you. I am working in optimizing more my site. But, I have a question for you: how can I disable all the post templates of the theme except the default? I have seen that all the templates are in the CSS, but I am currently using only one…

Please keep in mind that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to remove some options from our Theme panel, sorry! Why would you do that? Sorry! Notice that if you are not using the others post templates, these have no negative influence on optimizing your site.

I am only using the default becouse it’s my favourite. I have seen on the source code of my website that all the post templates are being loaded, and I want to know if I can delete all the post templates that I am not using. Is this possible?

You can try this thing by deleting these from the core files. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take, in this case, you can break the theme, sorry!
