Hello,
Sorry but we have not tested such ads in our mobile theme. This represents customization and it is not covered by the theme support. We suggest hiring a freelancer if you need help implementing specific ads other than the options already provided in the theme panel.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hello bloggingindian,
Please keep in mind that mobile plugin will come bundled with the theme core files and you can install it or do not if you will not. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way according to our documentation. This plugin has been fully tested with the theme and should work as expected.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Ramin Davi,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some problems with your mobile menu, sorry! First of all, please try to disable all of your untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Remove all of them, leave just to active only the plugins which come bundled with our theme, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. All the setting regarding on mobile background can be found in Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SReeYrPvmzBw
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
You cannot add more page templates in the mobile theme. The front page will always display the top grid with your featured posts, and the latest articles section at the bottom. The category pages and post pages will display their own template, regardless of what is selected on desktop. Inserting content for pages is limited to the mobile editor, that appears in the page edit screen, when the mobile theme is activated.
The mobile theme is designed to be as light as possible with performance in mind. However, more customization options may be added to it in future updates.
Thanks
Hi,
You could try the solution from this topic and modify the theme file as shown

Thanks
Kindly try to open ‘Voice Report’ demo page on mobile devices. Don’t know why but it leaves a small gap between header and homepage content.

Kindly help me this extra gap. Not sure why it was actually left there even on the default design.
THank you,
TD composer is not a 1:1 replacement for VC — it’s not the same thing and doesn’t have all the same features, but runs much faster and optimized for mobile etc., less overhead, more secure, etc.
Somosung,
thanks! I hadn’t knew these configurations into theme panel. My mobile menu has the same colors as the website’s color palette now.
However, the close button still not showing up. Would you know anything about it?
Regards!

Hello Ramon. You have to edit that from your panel. Go to “theme options” and then press “The Colors” and go to “Mobile Menu / Mobile Search”.

Hi there,
my mobile menu is weird. It’s blue, with blue background and white links (see screenshot), anyways, totally different from my website color palette (red and black). Also the “x” of close button disappeared.

Could you help me?

Hello,
I am trying to add Google AdSense’s new “In-feed Ad” in the related articles loop in your theme’s mobile version. For now, I was only able to track the file interested for the “loop generation”: Newspaper/mobile/includes/modules/td_module_mob_1.php
The problem is the theme is using some sort of class paradigma and that’s a problem since I want to insert an ad on the second/third position. Here is an illustration: http://i65.tinypic.com/293x24x.png
Hope I was clear enough.
Thanks.
How do I pick what shows up on the mobile home page. Right now for each post it only shows a picture, the title, and the review stars. Is there a way to show the categories or tags or anything else? I am not using the Tagdiv mobile theme since it won’t show visual composer pages. So I am only using the default mobile theme.

Dear all
since some days google adsense banner does not appear anymore on desktop but only on mobile, tablet.
Could you please help me in solving this issue?
Thanks and Regards
Antonio
Okay, I think I have everything figured out except for one thing. When I go to the site on the mobile version and click on menu, the page options do not show up, just my social icons. I searched through the help pages, but could not figure this one out.
You can try it on your mobile and you will see what I mean… http://www.dallasconservativenews.com
In the mobile theme home page, I can see the first 3 articles with large images, then the “Latest Article Section” again starting from the first one. is there a way to setup an offset, like for blocks in tagdiv composer?
thanks
Manuel
Hello,
Pleas read this guide to learn about the mobile functionality: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks.
Hello johndavidlugtu,
PLease notice that our Mobile Theme does not recognize the shortcodes generated from Visual Composer and all the pages created with Visual Composer will not be shown in Mobile Theme mode, sorry! This plugin has the own specific layout and was specifically created to be very fast than the Mobile Responsiveness version.
For more information about this concept, please check the following useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Resolved ! I disable Tagdiv mobile theme.

Thank you
I am also having this issue. With Cache enabled the themes mobile pages display on the desktop and vice versa. This is extremely annoying as I have had to disable cache which gives a very slow experience for our users.
Is there anyway to resolve this?
Hi Bogdan,
I came to that idea too, but your suggestion is unfortunately not a solution for me.
Maybe you can have this in mind for future updates of the theme. It will be good for UX on mobile.
So I had Newspaper v4 for a long time and just switched to v8…but, now my comments are weirdly indented to the right, instead of right under the author name. It looks weird on desktop and even worse on mobile. Is there CSS or some other way to fix this?
Here is an example: http://www.edustenia.com/4-dias/#comments
Thank you!
PLEASE HELP.
I was trying to optimize my site by deactivating some plugins, checking errors, setting CloudFare and W3 Total Cache etc. But when I was done (and purged the cache) I noticed that the mobile theme was all over the desktop. So I deactivated, waited, purged and activated (purging again).
Now the mobile theme is not working.
All I see is the responsive desktop theme on mobile — which is now bad at all, but for Google/SEO, I need a mobile theme to load faster.
Thanks.
