Note that some people are asked to re-login to Facebook if from mobile IP or if not recently logged in. This has nothing to do with the theme — meaning, when somebody is “sent” to FB to “like” something, they need to be logged in — this is handled on the FB system, NOT by the theme.
Hi, this is new, as with the previous theme I didn’t get this error.
Can you help me?
Hello JDF and Bogdan,
I hope you don’t mind me joining your conversation. I would like to know how you solved JDF’s issue #3 (setting mobile header height with CSS).
I have searched for how to solve this but cannot find the solution. This screenshot at this link will show you that I need to increase the height of the white-space header behind my logo and menu button: https://www.screencast.com/t/mi6La8Di
(I was not happy with the smaller size of my mobile logo with menu so I changed the CSS a little, fyi.) Thank you for any guidance you can give me on where you located this in CSS!
Nick
Hello, how to hide the column of the article on the mobile.
Hello,
We are using UberMenu with newspaper 7 theme at howinturkey.com but on mobile devices, there are white spaces on the right and left hand of the menu bar. It doesn’t become full-width. I would appreciate if you could help us.
Hi,
I use the Autoptimize Plugin. I tried Speedbooster but it’s complex and it also gave me 16 instances of where JS/CSS were blocking.
When I conducted the test after the 7.6 upgrade, I was slower and no longer in the green on Google
Much of the issue has to do with Google Fonts. When I did test on Pingdom, it said that Is should combine files
From Pingdom:
“There are 4 CSS files served from fonts.googleapis.com. They should be combined into as few files as possible.”
I am not advanced. How can I resolve this?
my blog is http://www.hotcupofbeauty.com

on mobile the ads must be below fold. not to be seen when enter site on mobile, but only after scroll
and best is to use for mobile a mobile ad format, smaller, the recommended one.
do not use ads in a sticky sidebar if you enabled the sticky sidebar in theme.
do not use ads near/close to other post images or any trigger image.
Hello jaypee,
I have checked on our demo on mobile mode and this issue does not appear. You can try yourself and you will see that I am right. This type of problem appears only for your website, sorry! Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you are using some untested plugins, please keep in mind that all of these can interact with the theme packet and cause a lot of unknown issues, like this. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and then check the results.
Thanks for the message!

give a score above 85% for mobile and desk using Google Page Speed?
Let me know
Hello denisveneno,
Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme has fully compatible and tested with our product and seems to work as properly, without any problems. For more information about this theme, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Notice that this is an optional plugin and if you are unhappy with it you simply disable it.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
The page menu will not work on mobile devices mobile theme or not. The page menu is part of the mega menu and the mega menu is for desktop and tablets only. The mobile menu is very different from the desktop menu and it cannot have a page menu or mega menu.
Thank you!

Hello,
If you use the mobile theme plugin, your pages will not show anything if you do not add any content in the second mobile editor that can be seen on each page. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If this is not what you mean, please provide more details.
Thank you!
I just upgrade and reinstall all thethemes and plugin from newpapper 7.6
my web site keep show like a mobile layout.
but if i logged in as admin the site look normally
and if open in firefox no pictures will show up
I am not using the mobile theme–it won’t work for our purposes. I used the “page menu” feature for most of my menu system, but they don’t seem to work with the responsive site (I tried installing the mobile plugin and they didn’t work with it, either) Is this intentional or is it an error of some kind? the site can be found at tmpl.org/wp (it is still under construction)
Hello Catalin. The plugin “tagDiv Mobile Theme” that caused the layout problem on mobile phones. I turned it off and that’s it! Problem solved. thx
Hello,
The search drop down and menu doesn’t seem to work on mobile devices.
Also, the website is wider than expected in mobile devices and it allows users to swipe left and right.
We think it must have something to do with the images in articles, since the posts without images doesn’t seem to have the same problem.
Examples: Post without image – Post with image
Any help would be highly appreciated.
This works perfect on desktop but the title runs beneath the photo on iPhone landscape mode (when the thumbnail image jumps up to 150px in width).
How do I handle the screen size between iPhone portrait and iPhone landscape so that I get the proper right padding?
I’m also how would I turn on the excerpt for mobile sizes (below 768) for this block?
Thx!!
A few days ago I noticed my front MOBILE page looking funny. Because of caching I didn’t see it on my desktop until a person pointed this out to me. Here’s my site: http://www.radass.com/ . I recently activated tagDiv Mobile Theme which I believe caused the issue so I went back in to deavtivate it and the problem still exists. Can someone please help with this problem.
I feel so stupid for not being able to figure this out, but my sub-footer is going off of the page on mobile devices and I can’t figure out how to have it wrap automatically for the life of me. Here’s an example page that when viewed on mobile, you can scroll the page over to the left, essentially causing a blank page look: http://aftercredits.com/2016/12/rogue-one-star-wars-story-2016/
Hi Catalin, thanks for helping
still not working, see the attached files
(i’ve putted the code into mobile css section, general css section)

Hello AWAY FROM LIFE,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can break the search functionality for mobile. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for the message!
