What could be the problem?

You must update the theme to the latest version of it which is Newspaper 7.5 because this type of problem was been solved in our latest updates.

Hello Catalin, I have the same problem, but my theme is updated. Incidentally, the problem began to occur after updating the theme. The home page loads normally, but all other pages have the original look.

Please make sure that you have updated your required plugins that come bundled with the theme and not only the theme. Remove the old plugins and re-install them which come with the theme packet, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Hello Catalin. The plugin “tagDiv Mobile Theme” that caused the layout problem on mobile phones. I turned it off and that’s it! Problem solved. thx

Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme has fully compatible and tested with our product and seems to work as properly, without any problems. For more information about this theme, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Notice that this is an optional plugin and if you are unhappy with it you simply disable it.
