I have installed the mobile plugin on my website (it’s activated).

But when I go to my site with an iPhone. The plugin isn’t active (sometimes yes, sometimes no). I see the responsive normal theme.

I use WP Super Cache.

A couple of questions:

1. I have version 7.3 of the theme. I spent about a week customizing it and as I’m very untechnical, I had many difficulties. I’m finally happy with how my website looks now, but if I update to the latest version will I lose all my customizations? Doing it all again is a scary thought for me…!

2. For images, when I use ‘right align’ it doesnt work when viewing on mobile.

On desktop it shows the photo right aligned, but on mobile the photos appear above the text and in large size which looks strange. Do you know why this might be happening?

Using mobile with landscape view also shows the photo right-aligned. Vertical view does not — even for very small images. As most people use their phone in vertical view I’d really like to find a fix for this.

So there’s no way to use CSS to make the thumbnails in the mobile plugin site full-width, and possibly position the headline beneath it? : /

Hi, i am hoping you are able to help.

I am having an issue with my title backgrounds.

My title backgrounds come with a white gap just above the underline. When looking at other sites they do not have this gap and are one complete color.

This is happening all over the site.

Also how do I change colour of the bar which the logo sits on, on our mobile site? You will see from the link below that our logo has a white box around it with a black background, I would like this to be white so that you cannot see the white box around the logo.

After I update my theme my site’s mobile theme can be slip right or left; the problem is: “slipping right or left is make difficult to slip up and down.

I mean when I want to slip down of the page faster, sometimes it slip right or left and it is too annoying…

I want to close this gap in right of left, I dont want to slip right or left. Please help me.

i bought a theme newspaper 7 for my website. https://slo-link.si, and on the bottom i want to change the default name of the company it says NT&RC, d.o.o. . When i want to change, i don’t find anywhere where i can do that. I can do it php file, but i don’t find the right one. It bothers me that name, because i want to insert my company name. This same name ia allready found on 3 different sites in my country Slovenia. I dont know if they made this theme or what, i don’t want to have this name written below. Can you please help me with this?
And also when i look on mobile site, in header it says theme newspaper 7 it shows.

hello i added the mobile menu and it works fine when searching from the home page. However if i try to access the menu from the inner pages ie http://www.top10bestholidaydestinations.com/le-ponant-rated-9th-best-cruise/ i am being asked to log in. i have got other users to check this and its an issue for anyone who trys to navigate through the site. after update to version 7.4 in the firefox I display the home page correctly but on IE 10 and chrome 54 display the mobile version.

I am trying to add a skyscanner travel search widget to my site. I have successfully placed it in the sidebar by placing the code in a text widget. When I enter the code in the sidebar ad through the theme panel and then use the ad widget and select sidebar it does not display.

I would be happy to leave as a sidebar widget, however now I want to add to mobile. I am using the mobile theme. I read documentation on using mobile ads in the mobile theme but same problem as above, nothing shows up.

I have followed skyscanner instructions to add this code (with my own WIDGET-KEY) to header.php:

Hello we have mobile theme activated and also know that mobile theme have default smart list which can’t be changed….please advice how to show ads on above & below smart list….for this page example on mobile….
