HI
The mega menu is not intent to be displayed on mobile devices, it works only on desktop and tablet devices.
Thanks!
HI
I’ve checked your site with latest version of Opera on mobile devices and works fine: http://screencast.com/t/UicTpzM9 Note that there is a difference between Opera and Opera Mini. Our theme is not tested and we can’t guarantee that it will work fine with Opera Mini.
Thanks!
OK, first of all, this only happens with your theme, OK, I have used other themes and I don’t get this error message when I do a mobile friendly test, Im not concerned about speed,ok but I’m concerned about seeing not mobile friendly in google page results, when it comes to “tweaks” its because you guys recommend doing it, Its not me,OK, its your theme, my blog is running on WordPress and I don’t know what you mean by funky broken registration panel or system because I’m using the latest version of WordPress hosted on Siteground and this error Only shows up in your theme, as a matter of fact, Im changing theme just for you so you can look for yourself and I bet you you wont see the error.
Look at new test results, green all over, ha, Its your theme, no funky setup here!
As a matter of fact, how about a refund or provide me with a non error theme? I’ve done everything possible and still not resolved.
Thank you, and please, lets finish solving this once and for all.
I have also noticed that icons only work on Safari, but don’t work on Chrome and Firefox
This is after using the method provided on your link
mobile design, seems different from the desktop version
I’ve also found out that pages are not showing with mobile, e.g my portfolio, about me, contact us
The website in question still remain: http://www.cedricnzaka.com
This has been your guys response to every inquiry I have asked where other people have asked similar yet slightly different questions and you have been super helpful to them. Can you just give me the files that I have to look at please so it cuts out hours of me digging through theme files.
I want mobile as in phones to still redirect to the mobile layout but tablet to load the normal site. Are you saying the only place I have to look is in the style.css? Would that be on the desktop or mobile stylesheet?
This is an issue with all themes; where you need to tweak some stuff with custom CSS depending on how you happen to use the theme.
Also note there is difference between
A) mobile friendly
B) high pagespeed score for mobile devices
so, your site can have a medium score for pagespeed insights and still be “mobile ready” for Google.
Two totally different things.
For example testing one of your posts
https://www.cubacontacto.com/2016/08/25/los-problemas-economicos-de-venezuela-causan-escalofrios-en-cuba.html
says your site is “mobile friendly” according to the test:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
however, when you see the test render it looks like you have some funky broken registration panel dominating the page which is not normal.
So, it looks like something is not setup properly in your registration system you happen to be using.
My website my.prostreetonline.com has a mega menu that shows on desktop but not on mobile devices. it’s setup to show through a category, how do I do this?
Hi..Thanks for quick reply..I have seen the issue for mobile users. Can you check and get back to me.
Thanks
Hi
I’ve checked your site on Opera and works fine: http://screencast.com/t/l1L4uHiEZz6I Please note that Opera Mobile browser is not among tested browsers and we can’t guarantee that the theme will work fine with it. Our theme is tested and works fine on these browsers: http://screencast.com/t/WvTfwGjk1u
Thanks!
That’s because you are using “WP Rocket” switch to “wp super cache” mobile theme is Not Comfortable with other caching plugin except “wp super cache”
Hi,
I’m using Newspaper 7.3 on my website : http://www.mondrone.net
I have a weird behavior, when you access the website on desktop you get mobile theme unless you log in.
Any idea of why I get this ?
Hello,
The mobile theme has it;s own files you can find here: http://screencast.com/t/w4yzRiRApxhs
Header.php is the one you need to edit to add code to the head tag
The post file on the mobile theme is just 1 found here: http://screencast.com/t/h7dYoblidjz

Hello gzmtrn88,
This message announces you that the main menu is not set it for your mobile theme. Please change it from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/psQL3wmA7
Thanks.
I have a newspaper theme and ı preferred newspaper classic blog in demos. But mobile menu is not working exactly. For example, menus everywhere normal but when the feature article, not working. Only, “click here – to use the wp menu builder”!!!!
How is it going to be??
I also need to place code in the mobile theme <head> and just before </body> tags, please advise.
thanks, works for desktop fine, what about in mobile theme? need to add custom content in same spot below social share?
Its only for the mobile theme and i already go through the provided topic by you and this is the code in my .htacces file….i try to change the code with stack-exchange code but it didn’t help…
This is at the top of .htaccess
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
<FilesMatch “\.(ttf|ttc|otf|eot|woff|woff2|font.css|css|js)$”>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “*”
</FilesMatch>
</IfModule>
Hello tcmc1313,
The theme detects the mobile/tablet layout via @media query and all of these settings are placed in style.css. If you want to change this behaviour, please notice that you will need to make more additional customizations through code that involves custom work but please notice that we cannot provide this, sorry! You will have to implement yourself and if you are not aware of the steps you will need to hire somebody to help you in this regard.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I need to add a content block from content network to my post templates, basically just below OR above the bottom social sharing, I also need to do this for mobile. Please advise.
regards,
Yucca
Please see the screen shot

All icons, including social media, menu , search and any other are missing on mobile theme…
HI
The warning refers to another links, I assume that are the links from social sharing top. Try this css to increase the margin between the icons: http://screencast.com/t/lvtq2D9zP
#td-mobile-nav .td-social-icon-wrap {
margin: 20px 9px 7px 0px;
}
Thanks!
Hey,
I’m experiencing a strange issue on my website (www.vipinramdas.com) when accessing it through a mobile device. I have the tagdiv Mobile theme enabled. When this is active,the homepage does not show any thumbs, instead it shows the placeholder which says “Enable thumb from Theme Panel”. All the thumbs are enabled on my theme. The images show fine when I try to read a post in post view.
When I turn off the tagdiv mobile theme, the thumbnails show up fine in the normal responsive mode of the theme.

Thanks Andrei,
I am doing a test with Tagdiv Mobile plugin deactivated, and it seems my site is working perfectly on every browsers i tested from yesterday until now.
Just to let you know what i found from after my testing, i will update you when i turn the plugin back on and see if it still happens.

Is there any way to change the size of the screen for when the mobile site actually loads? It is loading for tablets too. How does your mobile detection work?
Hello,
Can you please let me know how to make the whole post being visible on mobile version of the website (instead of just titles) like on the PC version of the website – http://newsletter.freesmi.by/ I turned off the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, but it didn’t help 🙁 Right now I may see only titles of the posts without content
Thanks.
