Hi Andrei,
Thanks for the support. I think it is working now.
by the way, Using wp super cache plugin I´m getting 65 speed for desktop and 63 for mobile.
with w3 total cache the score is 80 for desktop and 68 for mobile.
I still don´t understand the issue of conflict for the speed booster plugin.
Regards,
I upgraded to Version 7.0 yesterday and the mobile menu drops down to show only the following:
1. Social Media Links
2. Sign in | Join
3. Click here – to use the wp menu builder
What happened to the site’s menu?
Hello. Did you mean “custom css” in “Plugins settings > Mobile theme” or in “MISC > Custom code” ?
Hi,
I just noticed that this issue is only on smaller screen mobiles. When i try to open it in Iphone 5s, it is coming as this.
whereas if i open in iphone 6, it is coming correct as shown in your reply.
The “back to top” button on mobile (tagdiv mobile app) is cover my content and adsense ads. How can i hide or disable it?
OOPS i totally missed the Mobile section in the theme panel thank you very much for the help!!! I do appreciate 😀
Hello svharishtech,
I have checked your website and I did not saw any problems with your search icon, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ZNty43MQtP Please try to clear all your cache and test it again. Also, if your problem is still there, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if you want to change the logo for your mobile, please check here -> http://screencast.com/t/Q3Hbc0ReEIgc
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi there,
mobile display was fine in 6.7.2 – after installing 7.0, it is extremely slow and looks broken.
Is there a method to keep the old mobile theme display and still use the new features? Half of my users use mobile, I cannot exklude them from the site, really…
Best,
Bernhard
Hello svharishtech,
The mega menu is not displayed by the mobile theme and because of this, the subcategories do not appear on the mobile menu in mobile theme.
I am glad that you can manage your problem by my advice.
Thanks.
Hello socialleo,
Please notice that if you want to show your ads for mobile theme on smart list, you have to add your ad code in Smart list Ad from Mobile Theme section, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/xxVfrgz4j For more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
Hello Bintmusic,
Unfortunately, our mobile theme has been designed to use the featured sorting for Big Grid and the Latest sorting for Latest articles and never you will have the case with duplicated posts because the sorting method differs in this cases. So, if you have additional customizations through code, you will have to try to implement yourself the offset method to avoid the twice posts because as you can see, it is not a simple task and this involve custom work.
If you want to develop our theme through adding the new options and features and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services and also, we cannot provide support for your customizations.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
My bad, sorry. The pages must be created in the mobile editor as the desktop version will not display on the mobile theme. Please use this editor if you plan on using the mobile theme: http://screencast.com/t/mH8CnPHJEn
The idea was not to show less contetn on the mobile version, but to show the same content in a different styling without the use of VC. You can use the mce editor and html if you want to have good loading speeds on mobile. This is not mandatory in any way. You can deactivate the mobile theme at any time and use the default responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello darkmesaia,
I suppose that you are referring to the fact that when you are installing the mobile theme you will get 2 different editors -> the mobile editor, like this-> http://screencast.com/t/msRGBBqQx5cV and then if you scroll down you will see the Visual Composer editor, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/LQCXgMrJw Please notice that in the mobile editor you can edit the mobile page (only with text) because others Visual Composer elements will not be displayed on your mobile theme because the mobile plugin will not render the Visual Composer shortcodes. The structure of the page with our mobile theme installed is -> Big Grid will display the posts which are placed in Featured category, your desired text which you enter in the mobile editor and the related articles.
I hope that now I understand it right what you mean. If is not, please be more specific, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I recently activated the mobile theme plugin. I am facing some problems and solving them with the help of the support team.
I just noticed that when I activate the mobile theme plugin, the site icon and the search button are overlapping in the mobile top menu. But if I deactivate the plugin and just use the default responsive theme, the site logo and the search icon are appearing all right. I also noticed in the mobile theme section of the theme panel, there is no option to choose a logo for mobile. Whereas in the Header panel of the theme panel, I am using the same image as logo for desktop and mobile.
my test site is http://www.harishzone.com/test
Hi,
Why didn’t I think of that.
I have made a mobile menu as you advised and its OK now.
Thank you.
Hi,
In the theme panel, you will find a new tab if the mobile theme is activated: http://screencast.com/t/vBRuvrVbUhTe
Please keep in mind that the mobile theme uses a predefined homepage you cannot change from the theme panel as it does not use visual composer at all. Your other pages besides the homepage (if they are created in visual composer) will not display anymore as you need to create a mobile version for theme as well using the second mce editor in page settings.
You can read more about the mobile theme here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
And what: td_block_big_grid_mob_1 (front-page.php)
not working this area, and im added new list.
and for mobile theme is working wp super cache ?

Hello svharishtech,
If you want to display on your mobile theme and the subcategories for your menu, which appear in the mega menu on the normal view, you have to create your custom menu only for your mobile theme from Menus section, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/AA1ChXDROGIg and then you have to set this menu for your mobile theme, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/AFzD3jM2vSk
Hope this helps!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi.
Version 6.7.2 Not applicable SOPENED MENU – BACKGROUND COLOR.

Hello,
Thank you for your appreciation.
1) Please install visual composer as the plugin is required dor the theme elements to work properly: http://screencast.com/t/NvYhYEWfc
2) The form seems to be working properly from my end. Please check it again. http://screencast.com/t/KYTifjaH
3) If you use the mobile theme, then things are a bit different here as the mobile theme does not use visual composer in order to get good loading speeds. You cannot esit the homepage as it’s predefined to show only a big grid with featured posts filtered (yopu need to add them to the ‘featured’ category ) and a latest articles element. All your pages that have been created using visual composer will have to be re-created for the mobile version using the secondary mce editor you can see in the back-end. basicaly you will have 2 versions of your pages.
4) You can add google ads in our theme through the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/vnCFbKnvY
You can read more about ads here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/ – http://screencast.com/t/zGPK6QyR
Thank you!
I havent used visual composer at all on those pages so your mobile theme got bugs besides i have no plan to use mobile theme, showing less information to visitors is not going to be useful

Hi,
All pages will be empty if you created them with visual composer. It;s not a bug but the way the mobile theme works. you need to recreate your pages in the text editor for the mobile version without the use of visual composer. That is the reason why you now have a second mce editor in the back-end. The mobile theme gets it’s speed by not using visual composer at all.
Thank you!
I have placed the same way in the mobile list but its not showing ad but just the tag m i doing something wrong? or there suppose to be other code to put for the mobile theme?
Hi,
In order to deactivate the social icons on mobile only, you can use this custom css:
@media(max-width:767px){
.td-menu-socials-wrap{
display:none!important;
}}
For your second request, I;m not sure what part of the code you are looking for but here are a few places to look into: http://screencast.com/t/EzTHRH3hAj – http://screencast.com/t/9ew1sza4mg – http://screencast.com/t/VaipG3VEOo3b
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
Hi,
I have checked your site and the mobile ads appear fine. Maybe it took a while for the ads to be provided by google.
Thanks.
