Hi,
Please do not share your private website information on the forum.
To resolve the mobile layout issue, go to the Plugins section in your dashboard and disable the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. Once disabled, the responsive version of the theme will be used instead.
Thank you!

Hi.

First of all, I really like your theme; I love the design. But I can only say that about the desktop version. The mobile version looks incredibly bad. I know there’s a setting for it, but I couldn’t find it. I’m giving you my passwords so you can make it look the same as it does on the desktop. Desktoptaki her şey mobilde de olsun ve bana nasıl düzenleme ekleme çıkarma veya değiştirme yapacağımı da gösterin lütfen.

Mobile view: https://prnt.sc/GITBs8iKnrmW

Teşekkür ederim.

Hello, my site is live now at stancieseverything.com

Occasionally (mostly on mobile) the comment box does not show up. Have you had any reports of this issue?

Next time it appears I will screen shot.

Hi,
The logo on mobile can be set using tagDiv Composer on each viewport. In part, set the image logo and make sure that you change the Show Image option from Hide to Show – https://prnt.sc/qjRA8UbjCCrt Also, in the mobile menu, the demo you have has a page set as a mobile popup that needs to be edited. First, select the mobile menu element and change the name under the Title section – https://i.imgur.com/xpNL6Wz.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/vyYMZtM.png Then edit the page set as the mobile menu; this can be accessed using this option – https://i.imgur.com/wM3OZrM.png After the page is open, click on Edit with tagDiv Composer and make the changes you need.

Hello! I’m editing the Urban Observer theme and, when I try to add the logo to the mobile version (without using the mobile module), it doesn’t appear, even though I’ve enabled the options to display the image and hide the title. What should I do to make the logo appear on the mobile version just as it does on the desktop? I don’t want to use the tagDiv Mobile Theme because I don’t want to lose the site’s identity.

Hello Team,

I am using your theme on my news website and facing a persistent issue with the homepage slider / Flex Block setup.

Problem description:

I am using Flex Block / Big Grid on the homepage.

I want the slider to be visible on desktop only, and hidden on mobile.

However, I am unable to find any clear or consistent option to:

Disable slider on mobile

Control Flex Block visibility per device

Even after turning Flex Block 1 OFF, there is no visible change, which makes it confusing to understand which container (Row / Column / Block) is actually controlling the output.

What I have already tried:

Turning Flex Block ON/OFF

Checking Row, Column, Layout, Style, Filter, and CSS tabs

Searching for “Hide on mobile”, “Responsive”, or “Device visibility” options

Clearing cache and hard refreshing
But the behavior remains the same.

My questions:

Which element actually controls the slider output — Row, Column, or Flex Block?

What is the recommended way to:

Show slider on desktop

Hide it completely on mobile

Is there a built-in responsive option, or should this be done via custom CSS?

If CSS is required, can you please share the correct class or selector used by the Flex Block / Big Grid slider?

I would really appreciate a step-by-step explanation, as this is a homepage critical section and affects both UX and PageSpeed performance.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

Hey there, I installed v12.7.4 (was on v12.7.3) and the problem persists.

Our home page is made of a few rows (each with a sidebar) and on desktop it looks like this https://ibb.co/xtNbYk4M

On tablet landscape we keep the sidebar by not touching the settings at all. On tablet portrait I want to hide the sticky column because the screen is too narrow. Instead I want to show the columns with full width as on mobile.

To achieve this wherever we have these rows (with 2 columns) I set the column width to 100% on both to achieve full screen width. On the desktop’s sidebar sticky column I just uncheck the sticky checkmark and I believe that it should work. What happens, however, looks like this, check the urls below.

1. https://ibb.co/vvPDDnbp
2. https://ibb.co/0RqZsM75
3. https://ibb.co/VWhxnW51
4. https://ibb.co/Pz0VJfPb

It looks all mixed up.

In the composer it seems to look fine:

1. https://ibb.co/C3xLSddg
2. https://ibb.co/5WYyQH7n

I have set the column (which is sticky on desktop) like this:

1. https://ibb.co/TqKTFHRf – here you can see that I have the sticky checkbox unmarked.
2. https://ibb.co/ZpxcCj8G – here you can see the way I set its width to 100% (I did the same thing for the width for the first column, which is nonsticky on desktop).

Please give me guidance on how to fix this because it is really annoying. See that on mobile it works perfectly but you can see how the sticky checkbox is greyed out by default – why is that?

1. https://ibb.co/Q7Sthxwh – maybe it has something to do with this issue? I want to achieve the same result but on tablet portrait.

Hey, I have this case – on desktop I have this setup 1 row with 2 columns inside where the right one is set to sticky. I want to make sure that on tablet mode I don’t have a sticky sidebar and no sidebar at all? How should I properly do this? I remove the sticky option on the specific view mode I want and I set the column width to 100% and in the editor it looks good but when I open it on a real tablet I see these elements still sticky and overlapping everything.

UPDATE: I am trying to do this on the portrait tablet mode or whatever it is called.

UPDATE: I see that on mobile that sticky field is greyed out for some reason and on mobile I don’t have this problem.

Why are my thumbnails such poor quality on my site www. rallyextra .se ? Both on desktop and mobile — feel free to test on, for example, an iPhone. Even when I run a test on Google PageSpeed Insights, it reports that the thumbnail image quality is too low.

Hello. I enabled in theme settings the ToTop button and also I enabled SHOW on MOBILE. But, in specific in mobiles, in some articles is not shown. In others is shown in mobile fine. I don’t know in what consists but that random issue that is shown in some articles and others not is strange. This happens just in mobiles, normal PC works 100%. How can i fix to be able to see in all articles in mobile that ToTop back button?

I am experiencing a display issue with the hamburger menu on desktop/laptop view. When I click the hamburger menu button, part of the website header remains visible, as shown in the attached image.
On mobile view, the behavior is correct: the header hides properly when the menu is opened, and it reappears when navigating back. However, on desktop or laptop screens, the header does not hide as expected and overlaps with the menu.
Expected Behavior:
When clicking the hamburger menu on desktop/laptop, the header should hide completely, similar to the mobile view behavior.
Actual Behavior:
A portion of the header remains visible instead of hiding fully.
Please check and fix this issue so that the hamburger menu behaves consistently across all devices.
Thank you.

I’ve noticed something very strange with the Mobile Theme settings.

If I disable the “Enable/Disable Mobile Theme” option on the homepage, then the Mobile Theme also stops working on the WooCommerce product pages (and only there).

After that, I can’t turn the Mobile Theme back on for the homepage anymore. When I enable it and save, it immediately switches back to “Disabled” again.

I discovered this completely by accident, but it seems like the homepage toggle is somehow affecting product pages and the setting is not being saved correctly.

Hi,
Use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage, select the mobile viewport and add the mobile menu element – https://i.imgur.com/pn0BdSb.png https://i.imgur.com/tb1ZOGY.png

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the Mobile Theme: it doesn’t load on the Shop product pages, but it works correctly everywhere else on the site.

I’m using the latest theme and plugin versions, and I’ve already cleared the cache. Also, I’m not using any custom mobile template for the product page.

Could you please advise what might cause the Mobile Theme to not apply specifically on product pages, and what I should check to fix it?

Thank you very much!
Best regards, Peter

Thank you so much! It’s working now but the mobile menubar is the horizontal menu. I want to have a mobile menu. How can I go about that?

Hi,
This is how the mobile theme plugin works. To enable the responsive version of the website, please go to Plugins and disable the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!

Hi
To have the responsive version of the website, please go to the dashboard > plugins and disable the tagDiv mobile theme plugin.
You can not delete the empty column, only the row that contains empty columns. You can change the layout of rows.

Hi Calín,
Thanks for your quick reply.
The website is currently under development with maintenance mode active, so you wouldn’t be able to see it.
If you give me an email address where I can contact you privately, I’ll send you access with your WordPress user account so you can access it from the backend.
On the other hand, the CSS code applied to the block is the default one from the demo; I’ll copy the CSS file for you:

When I click “Read More” and enter the post page (single post) on the frontend, the layout appears broken or incomplete.
The post does NOT display in the same way it was designed.
This issue happens mainly on mobile and laptop/portrait view.
However, when I click “Edit with TagDiv Composer”, the layout appears completely normal and correct, exactly as designed.
The problem only occurs on the live frontend view, not inside the TagDiv editor. null
