Hello, I have a few questions for this template.
I have my site behind a maintenance page, so I would only be able to link it if I provide credentials but my questions are as follows.
Also, I imported the prebuilt pages, but NOT the content.
1) On category pages, how do I get rid of the “Enjoying our content” section? I can get rid of the newsletter block, but the space and the background image remain and the template says “Empty Column.”
2) How/where is the image for the category defined? https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_influencer/category/marketing/ By images I mean the hands holding on this sample page.
3) If I wanted to customize the category template for specific categories how would I do that?
4) Is it possible to keep this thread open and I can update my solutions and further questions here?

Hi,
1. This can be done using tagDiv Composer, select the row holding the “empty column” that you want to remove and use the right click on the row icon -> https://i.imgur.com/JodWvlW.png -> https://i.imgur.com/e6bb8U5.png or using the drag and drop or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard.
2. You can set an image on each category, go to the Theme panel > Category and open each category and upload a background image – https://i.imgur.com/Y0Rq1l7.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/set-background-category-page/ on the category cloud template, you should have the element “Category Background Image”.
3. You can do that, you can duplicate the global template (if you do not have a different one and you want to be similar) and make teh edits you want. After that go on that category and from the top bar select the category you want to have on that category (click on the name to get it with green like this – https://i.imgur.com/Pb7DrIU.png )

You can use any category cloud template, not only the Influencer, but if you want the category template to be similar, only with some minor changes, then yes, that is the one you should duplicate and edit the duplicate template after that, and set it only on that category, as I mentioned above.
5. Is there a way on the category pages to change the sort order of the list? I see you can have siblings or parents, but then it displays in what I assume is Alpha order?

Ok, no problem. If I were to manually put a list of IDS in what widget would I drop in to replace the existing one?
7. Do you recommend Google Auto ad placement with this theme, or placing them one by one? I had auto ads on and it had a negative impact on the header. For development and launch, I have disabled ads.
8) Having an issue with one of the modules breaking with my content on mobile devices.
This is a fresh import of the Homepage – Influence Cloud Template.
Looking for support before I remove elements one by one to determine the culprit.
It seems to be an issue with the “Posts Loop Block” with a class of “td-flex-home-cat” specifically.

Hi, the modules per row are set correctly, and the issue does not happen in the edit window.
Also it seems to be pulling a completely different grouping of content.
Turns out I was chasing a bit of a red herring. The rogue area was actually the footer menu. When it was displaying the same menu as the primary navigation things broke as it seemingly looped my “Event Category” menu list.
