After the latest update a WhatsApp icon is visible in all my posts, but only in mobile. When pressed it doens’t seem to work. (“Could not open page”)
Where can I find settings for this and/or remove this new icon?

I found that the caption was actually just hidden. So I was able to unhide it and style it and get looking just like I wanted.
The CSS that I used:

Maybe there is another way to do it, but this seems to be working, and the only way that I could figure out how to do it.

– My site http://tafeltennisprimeur.nl doesn’t show images on the iPhone (tested on iPhone 6 and iPhone 5). Only images from advertisements show.
– Also the mobile menu doesn’t work on iPhone. When touched it does absolutely nothing.

I’ve checked your site on mobile devices and the ads are displayed fine now: http://screencast.com/t/9MvGougPQ2O I am not sure why ads are not displayed fine on your side but you can try to empty phone cache memory and test again. Also you can try by deactivating all others plugins except Visual composer, then check is the problem is still there.

How can I scale my Adsense ads to fit to the device screen? E.g.: I’m using the theme panel ad spots, responsive Adsense code and toggle on “auto”. But on all mobile devices, the ads shown are “320×250”. What I would like to have is: On Iphone 4/5 = 320×250, on IPhone 6 = 375x 300 on 6+ 414×300. Ok some sizes are not provided by Adsense, but sizes close to that.

On mobile Adsense ads are aligned right instead of center. Ad sizes were left on auto.
This happens on multiple independent mobile devices and for multiple ad positions.

Please double check your code from the theme panel. If there is an open tag somewhere it could cause the code to not work. Also please clear your cache so the changes can apply. CLear it from the caching plugin and your browser cache as well: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

Hi there,
It seems since updating to the latest Jan 7th Newspaper theme that the social buttons at the top of my website appear differently when the website displays without the www. The dropdown arrows also display as small boxes. I’ve set the preferred domain within webmaster tools so cannot understand why it would do this. There’s also an error on the mobile version where they cannot click one of the featured homepage images or that post title.
I’ve flushed the cache, reuploaded the latest Newspaper theme update with no success and have no new plugins activated.
Could this be the latest 4.4.1 WordPress update?
Would really appreciate a quick fix for this.

I am using Newspaper theme v6.5 on my website. I have my website in multiple languges (English and Hindi)

Now As the top bar is not visible on mobile devices, hence i am not able to give my mobile users an option to change their language. Hence i want to add an option is menu or just below the main menu bar in the header which is only visible on mobile devices and I am able to show two buttons over there with URL of my hindi and english site linked to it.

I’m setting up our site still but getting an odd error. On mobile view of temp url http://www.mglmix.com the admin bar overlaps the menu and leaves white space where it should be.
It’s odd, the bar also shows for people not logged in.
Is there a fix for this and a way to hide the bar for people just visiting the site?

I am referring to the white space above the headline and below the header ad slot (my header ad slot uses responsive adsense)
Also, are you sure .td-module-meta-info includes all of this:
category tags
author name
date
post views
comment count
tags
and the sharing buttons? I am trying to hide everything in red box http://screencast.com/t/ySXqq3YDb5 and there not be white space (on both mobile and desktop)

on mobile version, articles do not display in order. First article that you see is last published, but the second is not the penultimate. Now for example, when you open the mobile version first article you see is the last article published, on 06.01.2016., then when you scroll down, the second is article published on 01.01.2016., then the third, article published on 03.01.2016., then fourth, article published on 01.01.2016.
Why is that?
Can this be changed so that the order goes by date (last date published).

to blocks the whole block on mobile (not my preferred solution but ok for the moment).
This means at the same time, that also the Custom CSS panel is working fine. It must be definitely something with the ID.
“It is a unique ID number” is from what I saw not true anymore. Every time I press refresh (frontend, unique post) the ID changes!
e.g.: td_uid_10_568f9cd5d33a9_rand
after F5: td_uid_10_568f9bc389df3_rand
Can you please check this on your side?

Please note that the top bar wasn’t designed do be displayed on mobile devices so you may need additional customization in order to have it displayed fine.

If you want to change this padding for the mobile version only you will have to use css like i showed above with a custom class and only target the mobile viewport like so:
