Hi,
Not sure I understand right what you want to do but if you want to have the desktop version of your site on mobiles you would have to remove the media query’s for mobiles. Go to your style.css file and remove this media query which target the mobile screens: http://screencast.com/t/qwj0h0gSRvfP
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hello, if we try to force the desktop on mobile site however we show mobile. How come?
Thanks
Hi,
The css has been altered after changing to rtl so you need to overwrite it like this: http://screencast.com/t/mGJuaE9eyb
Use the css below in theme panel custom css section.
.td-mobile-nav-wrap {
left: -80%;
right: auto;
}
Thanks
Hi,
You will need custom modification as you can see on that site is used module 10 but the image size is changed – http://screencast.com/t/6p4GJp6d7f also on mobile the excerpt is hidden and is used an extra class(id) for css customization: http://screencast.com/t/tbYT5JXpXIH – http://screencast.com/t/pQe1cG0gLg
Thanks!
I have a widget that displays a 50×50 image of the post’s thumnail on all resolutions except mobile. Is there a way I can keep this smaller thumbnail? It seems the image turns into the 150px size when you decrease the resolution. You can see what I mean by making your browser width smaller and the larger by visiting here:

thanks for the help!
Is there a way to have mobile users land on a different theme’s home page? I know that the theme is responsive but we have rigged out home page to look good on both but with some compromises. I would like a better home page with smaller text and more articles for desktop and tablets mobile some other page. Thank for your help
I stumbled upon another site recently that uses Newsmag and I really liked one of the module they were using because of it’s responsiveness on mobile devices.
If you go to http://sneakerbardetroit.com/, you will notice posts displayed in Block 11 / Module 10:

When you go mobile, you end up with the block looking like this:

Unfortunately, when I use the same block and module for my homepage, my articles look like this on mobile:

And it creates a LOT of scrolling for users when browsing.
Now my question is, how can I achieve the same results? I noticed I’m on Newsmag 1.7 vs the other site who’s on Newsmap 1.5.
Hi I have 2 websites one using the newspaper theme the other using news mag. The one using newspapers like buttons take up to much real estate on the page especially on mobile. How can I get it to display like Newsmag which is very neat and doesn’t waste space.
When we chek our website on mobile we see th ebig grid section like this

Is there a possibility to list posts like the firstone ins tead of 4 grid?
Regards
Has anyone figured out where in the stylesheet I can fix this? The mobile menu on dropdown is showing up behind all of the sites content?
Thanks!
I want to hide the default template socialsharing button on mobile devices… please let me know how can i do it?
Thanks again!
Hi,
I’m not sure how you want to work this feature. I believed that you want it active only for mobile screens that’s why I provided to you css from above.
This feature when is enabled Smart Snap(mobile) works like Marius said:
*on mobile when you scroll down the menu is hiding
*on desktop the menu is always sticky.
I have checked you site and it works exactly like this.
Thanks!
Hi…
I have enabled the smart snap (mobile) please have a look at my site http://www.magscroll.com
Thanks!
Hi,
Checked your site and seems that your adsense banners are loading as you want theme now: http://screencast.com/t/IFCmLO97Z0x
Please note that you can also use the custom ad sizes settings to chose a custom size for your ads on tablets/mobile/desktop screens: http://screencast.com/t/j0wS5TVQUjr
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile menu should open there, some custom css or plugin may affect that section. Please try to disable all plugins and check if the issue is still there. Also check if the fonts are present, they may be set to white and they don’t appear because the background is also white. If nothing works please provide the url so i can take a look.
Thank you, Emil G.
Hi,
I’ve tested the Smart snap – (mobile) option and on my side everything works fine. On mobile the menu is hiding when scroll down and show on scroll up and on desktop is always sticky.
Can you activate the option to see how work on your site?
Thanks!
Hi,
Try the following css – http://screencast.com/t/oxlghQNE1E
.td-full-logo .container-fluid, .header-style-3 .td-logo img {
padding: 0px;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap {
display: none;
}
/*mobile fix*/
@media (max-width: 767px){
.header-style-3 .td-logo img {
top: 1px;
width: auto;
height: 48px;
}}

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, we don’t work on weekends!
Please deactivate mobile theme from Jetpack plugin following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-manage-the-mobile-theme/
Thanks!
Hello guys, I’m having a problem and I would like some help from you guys.
The logo of my website (www.feztacomz.com.br) on mobile is over the menu and content really messing up the layout. From what I’ve read so far here in the forums it happens only on header-style-3 and header-style-6.
I know devs are looking to change this maybe in the future but I reaaaally need some sort of solution in the meantime.
Only not showing the logo on mobile would be more than fine for me, is there any way of doing this? Any other suggestions?
Yes, I have Adblock Plus installed on both browsers. I never even thought about that. I have since renamed the image files and they seem to work. I also have added the tablet and mobile images that I made; unfortunately, I don’t own a tablet or smart phone, so can’t test them.
THANK YOU so much for your patience and help with this!!
Google did something on/about last day of March, where many of the responsive sidebar banners use more vertical space than the defined size, meaning they may drop in a 300×250 but use up the space of a 300×600 or whatever. This is happening all over the place, and not just with the tagdiv themes. It’s almost as if with the responsive banners they are trying to “guess” how much vertical space they can get away with an serve different ad; or if they have served a tall skinny ad for mobile, then the next person loading ad from desktop gets the ad size from mobile. Bizarre.
My solution right now has been to not make the iPad portrait ads taller than the desktop sidebar ads…. you can “try” that and see what happens.
And/or define sidebar ad sizes for iPad portrait if you haven’t done that (e.g., 250×250 for iPad portrait vs 300×250… ).
This has been an ongoing issue with this theme and Newsmag. There has yet to be a solution that I could find. Hopefully it’ll be rectified one day soon as I too would like to use the left sidebar for certain pages but can’t because of mobile.
