Hello,

1. You need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and use the responsive desktop version to have those for mobile. The mobile theme cannot edit and set the mega menu or other custom options.
2. You can set the meta description for the category; this can be displayed on the category using the element Category Description -> https://i.imgur.com/dY8Uas5.png the description needs to be set for each category -> https://i.imgur.com/qLjhnQ9.png -> https://yoast.com/taxonomy-seo-categories-tags/

Thank you!

Hello,

The mobile theme comes with its own templates/design for pages, posts, categories, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/3
The mobile theme requires the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.
This can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

Hello,

The mega menu option has not been implemented for mobile themes. Mobile theme is a lite version without too many options.

Thank you!

Hi,

I have two questions to begin with. These rose when my semrush started to show few categories ranking top 3 on google. Any clarification will be highly appreciated.

1. How can I edit categories with an approach to adding sub-categories within the category page?

For example- Subjects show a drop-down for Medicine, Surgery, etc. This appears delicious yet difficult to achieve with mobile theme plugin.

2. Is it a good idea to add structures on category page such as content, meta description and other seo optimisations I would normally do for a blog post?

My blog- https://medicforyou.in

Additional tools I use- Formidable forms (tried but the plugin shows conditionally hidden fields on mobile theme page).

Thanks

So does that mean this website (forum) does not uses their own native mobile theme plugin?

On my screen the mobile still had no issues.
problem was not resolved

This plugin is not visible in the admin screen.
You can see it when you log in.

Where can I find the 100 won variable?
I don’t know what this means. I think the translation is wrong.

① Create a product and set a price here

② Write an article in the post and set [Premium Content].

https://ibb.co/t3qVB0f

Then you will see a screen like the one above
When the administrator clicks this content, the lock screen does not appear
When a general (non-payer) member is not logged in, the lock screen appears as shown below.

Is this a newspaper checkout page?

① Click here to pay
You will be directed to the checkout page.
The form with the name at the top does not look like the one below.

I applied CSS With 100% for this, but it doesn’t work.
This does not apply to both PC and mobile.

I put the form editing code in [Appearance > File Editor > Newspaper Child theme: functions.php].

Everything else was applied, but only the form of the name was not applied.
So I tried adjusting the CSS, but it doesn’t work.

Hello @ezioboy!

1. It works the same way on mobile as it does on desktop. Please try it in an incognito window and press the button.
2. Where can I find the 100 won variable?https://prnt.sc/ydFLs7TOeKON
You have no CSS applied in the theme panel settings or Live CSS section.
3. I cannot find it because the checkout page is looking like this: https://prnt.sc/KQzZFt-rtO8k
Please notify WooCommerce support if you use the WooCommerce form.
4. You cannot customize the checkout and thank you pages provided by third-party plugins in the TagDiv composer. I can see only a login page. Where is the second one?

Thank you!

didn’t solve the problem.
CSS is applied on PC, but it is not applied on mobile.

Also, I asked a question to make the amount (100 won) go inside the box, and I tried applying the CSS code you told me, but it doesn’t work.

When you click [Make Payment], you will be directed to the checkout page.
Deleted forms that are not needed here.
However, the form of the name is different, so I applied CSS, but this also does not work.

4.
I installed a third-party plug-in for a service not provided by Newspaper.
The problem is that the [login-checkout-thank you page] is different from the real news screen of Newspaper. So now there are two logins to the site.

How can I make it move to [Payment button click > Real News login > Checkout page > Thank you page]

Also, is it possible to customize checkout and thank you pages provided by third-party plugins in the TagDiv composer?

I’ve sent you an email again other than this

Hi, suddenly all my drop down menus and mega menus stopped working, aren’t clickable, nor is the search working.

On desktop they won’t work
On mobile they work fine
On TD Composer (desktop and mobile) they work fine as well

(edit) I tried to create a new menu, a new header, importing the header from the presets, remove all plugins, etc.
It only won’t work on desktop

http://www.bolanarede.pt

After all it was a plugin that “removed” unnused scripts and css that removed something it shouldn’t

Hello @aadityabhatta!

Make sure they have applied the settings from the desktop viewport. I can see there is no link set up. The responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements.

Thank you!

Hello Alberto!

Ok. I understand now. There is no setting that can change the width of the mobile modal.
There could be a conflict.

Thank you!

Hello @Bettina

Thank so much for your answer 🙂

Maybe my explanation wasn’t clear… sorry! …maybe my english is not so good…
I try to explain again the issue:

1 or 2 days ago I made a setting that in mobile show the site larger than before!!!
So before… the site was shown correctly.

After that I tried to search the issue and I found that with this code

.td-search-wrap-mob {
width: auto;
}

put in custom code in Theme settings I SOLVE THE ISSUE.

I wish to know where is the settings I accidentally made a couple of adays ago that makes the site larger in mobile view.

I hope you unerstand now…
sorry for misunderstading

and thanks in advance for your help and patience
Alberto

Hi,

Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activated, and it is disabled for the homepage. When you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results
Also, if you create a mobile page, please make sure you assign it like this https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please note that you can’t customize the AMP pages with the tagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in the Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, we do not have a setting in this matter. You can’t use ad box elements in mobile theme. They can be found in the TagDiv Composer.

Thank you!

Hi, since i use your theme, and since i use Ad Box, CTR decreased a lot.
Does Ad Box use parameters like defer or delay javascript ? Or does theme use it ?

Does mobile theme use optimizations with ad Box ?

Here it seems to be really bad for adsense.
