Hi jeffreytszchung, this is quite strange the situation that you have. On desktop everything seems to be normal, but on mobile the text is not display and there are some errors in console -> https://i.imgur.com/b8j7jre.png most of them are related to images that were not loaded.
What I suggest is to make a test using only the tagdiv plugins and check if the problem persist, if the problem is solved, then is a plugin conflict, to find the plugin that causing the problem enable the plugins one by one and check the results.
If the problem persists only with tagDiv plugins, then please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com provide, wp-admin and cPanel access. Also include the link of this topic to identify you.

When I Try To Install these plugins, it shows error” file already exists.
Mobile – one column right justified, like this (https://www.screencast.com/t/mNenPNb5u) which is how it currently appears.
Desktop – one row with 3 columns of info, equally spaced with content aligned at the top of each column, and content in each column left justified.

After some time when I try to open tag div editor for mobile pages it shows “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
This doesn’t happen on any desktop page.

Hi I have a theme installed and customized for my needs. I also set a different mobile page from mobile templates. After some time or edits, the mobile page changes the desktop version. So I have to go to the edit mobile page, and save without doing anything. Then the selected mobile page is displayed.

Unfortunately, there is no option to add to the mobile menu.
You can try to use a plugin. I can’t recommend one, but you can make tests with different plugins and see the results.

I’ve checked your website and your hamburger menu from mobile is working great.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

For the each Page I created mobile version and map it.
When I browse the website in a mobile device I get the correct display but when I need to access single Post and some static Page I get another version with an option called ” leave mobile vs version).
I would like to know if there are possibility to disable mobile version.

Hi Anamaria, I thought that was the case, but thought I’d check.
Given the huge rise in mobile users, perhaps additional filters for the mobile theme could be considered for future Newspaper releases.
As things stand, even the front page grid filter can only be set to one category. Would be ideal to have an option for multiple categories here too.

So: The submenus should be listed horizontally and every submenu item of submenu (how do you call them?) should be listed even if the submenu is not active, if the parent menu item is active.
2) Where can I hide this mobile menu icon? I am using Crypto News template and cant find this logo in any Settings. Probably obvious thing to ask, but I have tried to search and not found. 🙂

No, it doesn’t matter if you’r logged in or not. It happens in both situations. While this only happens on the desktop. I dont have any issues when i navigate to the website on my mobile.
So it’s only a problem on the desktop.
The Mobile menu is not loading on my site either stave.myprobet.com.
* I seems related to the caching plugin, but when I disable optimizations in that plugin it doesn’t help
This really seems to be a problem with a lot of people. so please let me know how can we fix it?!
