Hi,

I’ve cleared the cache, but it didnt helped.

But i’ve noticed that this problem only occurs on the desktop. When i navigate to the website using my mobile, the thumbsnail works as it should be..

So i was wondering if this is a plug-in issue..?

Hi Anamaria – I’m trying to change the colors text/hover colors in my mobile menu as well, but I don’t have a Mobile Theme selection in my theme panel. I put here but it doesn;t work – https://www.screencast.com/t/ZQK7NvjhC0.

Here is a pic of what I do have – https://www.screencast.com/t/tHJ2A2Oy5mSC. However it keeps reverting back to black text with green hover.

Hello @iamratnesh!

You can change the viewport on desktop, select the element, go back into the mobile viewport and make the option to show the element on the mobile viewport too.

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, for the mobile theme plugin, there are not so many options to edit, only those present in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme.
So, you can’t apply a filter for the latest articles or to show only the categories that you choose.

Hello John,

If you use our theme and AMP that is come with our theme, then you need to have Amp URL “/?amp” and if you have set the redirect mobile to AMP then will be /?amp=1.

Thank you!

Hiding some elements on mobile and some on desktop view destroyed my homepage. Any solution?

Also, I want to know, how would I bring back an element which I ‘hidden’ on mobile view?

When using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, is there a way to filter the ‘latest articles’ on the mobile homepage?

We can filter the grid at the top via Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Grids but don’t see an option to filter latest articles. Ideally, we want the feed to show only categories that we choose.

Thanks in advance.

Hello @desirevp!

Unfortunately, there you can select open in a new tab for all the viewports only.
A workaround there could be to add 2 ad boxes for example: The first ad box should be hidden on mobile and add another ad box(with the option open in a new tab) and hide it on the desktop and tablet. In this mode, you’ll have an ad which is only on mobile with the option open in a new tab.

Thank you!

Thanks for your answer. My question not was about hiding the ad, but selecting another option (like open in a new tab) only for mobile.

HI

Thanks for the quick response.

I had already added the mobile theme (https://prnt.sc/26nfwqj) and amp plugin and followed the instructions. I tried to configure the settings to make it look better, but unfortunately the layout is terrible. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Also all of the images are missing on the post page content.

Thanks in advance.

Hello @jozef !

Deactivate the Mobile theme plugin, assign your mobile page to your homepage from desktop and see the results!

Thank you!

Hi,

Please provide screenshots with subscribe box you don’t want anymore on desktop and mobile, because you don’t have any form in the footer https://i.imgur.com/sK9lNr0.png
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.

Thank you!

Hi,

AMP is faster and works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. If you’ll use the Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with tagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. The same thing for the AMP plugin too.
Also, you can check our documentation here:
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ please set the AMP like in our guide.

How can I install a calendar like the one you see here on the mobile version – https://asianart.org/
My site (https://bayarearegistry.com/) is really image heavy, and requires alot of scrolling, especially the home page.

Hello @kimstipguide!

Please make sure this setting is set as Show and not Hide on your mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/2GMxpthugx

1. Is there any difference in functioning between implementing an image ad via the theme panel with the code and doing it via tagdiv composer? Is there any special recommendation about the method?

2. How can I show the same ad to open in a new window in desktop and in the same in mobile? If I make the change via tagdiv composer it implements the change on all devices. Any way of forcing one change to be implemented only in the current tagdiv viewport?

Hi,
Like the option suggest the elements are only hidden, so those will be loaded in page source, but will not be display.
To make a mobile page with a small content, please try the mobile page option -> this can be use for pages and cloud templates. -> https://i.imgur.com/o31zeIb.jpg -> https://prnt.sc/26cu0mc
I hope this will help you!

Hi,

You need to set the menu with tagDiv Composer, not using the Customize Option.
You can add the menu, in the main header, sticky header, mobile header and sticky mobile header
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
Also, you can add the element for the menu with the tagDiv Composer, where you want to have it on the page (for example, in the footer).

Thank you!

Hi,
I checked your website and now the text format it looks correct -> https://i.imgur.com/jnl5two.png
Maybe before you had the mobile theme plugin.
But, I notice a strange thing for your text -> https://i.imgur.com/WyIN89g.png the text should be clean like this -> https://i.imgur.com/KwleAED.png this is possible to be from the extra plugins that you use.
Thank you!
