Hello , I just double confirmed that I did not install and active plugins tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP, how to fix now? Thank you !
I think you have activated the mobile page, the mobile page requires another separate editing.
Desktop page and mobile page, both template design works are separated. Therefore whatever you have done at the desktop page has no affect on the mobile page.
You can first try to read the info in this discussion:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-header-footer-not-working/
to have the idea of working with mobile page.
Then, simply edit the mobile page, import the header template, then you can start editing the header section (for mobile page) just like how you edit the header of desktop page.

Hello thank you but not working, already deleted it before, now desktop did not show it, but mobile still can see social sharing logo (Twtter, Vimo, Youtube), how to fix it now? Thank you in advance!
Hello friend, please open my website on mobile, then click top menu you will find social sharing logo (Twtter, Vimo, Youtube), how to disable it? Thank you in advance!
Assuming that you are using the latest version of “Newspaper”.
You can first verify that if the mobile plugin is installed or not (which I think you have already activated it), but in case not (just to verify)….
at the [newspaper] > welcome
click, install and activate the recommended plugins
1. tagDiv Mobile Theme
2. Official AMP for WP
then go to [theme panel] > [mobile theme] > [mobile settings] > USE MOBILE THEME FOR
> select “AMP” > save settings
then go to [wordpress menu bar] > users > select and edit your user
at the “Toolbar” > make sure you select “Show Toolbar when viewing site”
at the “AMP Developer Tools” > make sure to enable “Enable AMP developer tools to surface validation errors when editing posts and viewing the site”
then you can start editing the mobile page.
in this newspaper theme, editing the main page for desktop pc and mobile are 2 different design
the mobile page requires another separate creation and editing.
therefore the “mobile” edition of the “page” is needed to be created.
there are 2 ways (which I know so far) to create and edit the “mobile” version of page.
==============
1st way:
==============
[wordpress admin menu bar] > [pages] > find your page (the home page) and select [edit with TD composer]
in short, edit the page with “TD composer”.
now you hav enter the TD composer editor, at the left panel where you can see “Welcome to tagDiv Composer”, at the top, you should be able to see either [create mobile page] or [edit mobile page].
there, you go, click on that button, you’ll start creating mobile version of the page.
==============
2nd way:
==============
while you have already log in, go to the page (in this case, the home page), at the top center toolbar, at the green button [edit with TagDiv composer], at right side, you will see the option to create or select the mobile page version.

there is no “mobile page” of the “homepage”
Even if I remove the header & footer, it is showing a header and footer on a mobile device. It’s also only on the homepage. On desktop it looks good in editor view.
I also do not have any cache plugin active. I deleted cache and changed devices.
By default, right after you created the mobile page (fresh new creation), the header/footer is not editable in tagDiv composer. You need to first import the template from the desktop page. Then only you can edit the header/footer (for mobile version).
The steps:
While you are editing the mobile page in tagDiv composer, click the [Manager] or [Website Manager]
then…
[header] > [convert template] > select the template header that is used by the normal page (desktop page)
then…
[footer] > [convert template] > select the template footer that is used by the normal page (footer page)
Then, the header, menu sidebar and footer are all unlocked for editing.
To edit the background image of sidebar menu:
> go to [theme panel] > background > mobile menu/search background > background image

Hello !
It looks like you are using a mobile templates. For that you will have to edit using tagDiv composer and set a header from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/yWrfNPUtDe
Thank you !
If I check on Chrome and simulate mobile, it shows correct. Only on the devices (Smartphones) it is wrong. I also contacted your support via eMail and they should have WP-Admin access now.
Here is the workaround:
By default, right after you created the mobile page (fresh new creation), the header and sidebar menu is not editable in tagDiv composer. You need to first import the template from the desktop page. Then only you can edit the footer (for mobile version).
The steps:
While you are editing the mobile page in tagDiv composer, click the [Manager] or [Website Manager]

Then, the header and menu sidebar will be unlocked for editing.
Hope this helps.

Here is the add-on info about editing the mobile page footer.

Hi,
The code should work, -> https://i.imgur.com/yfuGnWa.png as I can see in the code source, the code provide by me is not there, therefore is possible to be set in the wrong place or the cache was not clear.
If you ware using the mobile theme plugin with amp, then the code need to be set in theme panel> mobile theme > custom code> css. After that clear all cache and purge the CDN.
Thank you!
If you can edit the page with tagDiv composer, you actually editing header, body and footer at the same time. So go ahead to edit the page, and you’ll be able to change anything at the footer.
But however, if you have activate the mobile page, the mobile footer seems to be not able to be edited at the moment. Hope I’m wrong. I still searching for the section that allow me to edit the footer for mobile page.
The desktop footer can apply the cloud footer template. This can be set at the theme panel.
But for the mobile footer, it seems there is no option to use the footer template.
May I know how to fix this?
The mobile page footer is using the default footer, which I can’t find the place to edit the template for mobile footer.
I user newspaper at https://view.ctee.com.tw, disable mobile theme and amp. When I share post ( https://view.ctee.com.tw/monetary/25803.html ) in facebook or line, Android user open in webview something broker like css miss? You can see at https://drive.google.com/file/d/11ndj70_e1N6hRxgaH7HbY29kBgpTzeb2/view?usp=sharing
But iPhone fb and line is fine. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1snxM87Bw4onZjg-53UafVX2YbhqvSMyb/view?usp=sharing
Someone know how to fix this problem? Tks
my footer menu link is not clicked in web view, but it can be clicked in mobile, how can I fix it? my site is http://placestory.shop/
Thanks Calin.
The menu tip did the trick.
But the mobile view is still unsolved.
Here are my setting:

Hello, as Calin had alerady told me, ans as I answered him, I’ll wait (and pray for a miracle) that this problem will be solved.
But, I think that one question was not answered: Another thing, in the same area: this result shows that a mobile element is loaded in my desktop version. Is there nothing to do to deactivate this, in particular?
As I keep both versions (mobile and desktop) separated, is there a way to stop the theme from loading mobile elements in desktop version?
Hi, I can’t figure out how I can remove the right bar that appears in the mobile version of the news section of my site. I just bought a 6 month care package, can you help me remove it? Thanks
You can see the bar at this link on my website, only in mobile version (https://www.igrandivini.com/vino-corretto-nel-thermopolium-di-pompei/)
I am to edit header and footer for desktop page.
but I failed to find the link to edit mobile version of header, footer and sidebar menu.
The mobile sidebar menu has a background image, I’m not sure how to edit it.
Hello,
Can you please help me with the below issues please, I am using the demo “Classic Blog Pro”
1. Header not responsive

2. Website title of smaller or mobile size changes to “Classic” instead of being “Success & Motivation”

3. The mobile version of the website doesn’t appear to be the responsive version of the desktop site. I do not have “tagDiv Mobile Theme” plugin installed.

Hello!
I tested the “Big Grid Flex 9” element setting and it seems to be working.
Please be sure you save it after unchecking the setting.
It’s not effecting the ‘ left to right’ scroll on a mobile device.
Thank you!
