Hi,
I have a problem with mobile graphic layout.
For some reason the mobile graphic of some blocks appear broken. This happen only for mobile view.
You can verify that in the first block in homepage.
Site url: https://sportdiprato.it/
Hi,
After the last update, the search stopped showing the quick results, I think this has already been reported here and you are aware of the problem, but there is another problem that has been occurring for some time after some wordpress updates.
This problem is the mismatch of quick results in excluding results from categories that we don’t intend to appear in search, using plugins like https://pt.wordpress.org/plugins/search-exclude/
It used to work, but it stopped working, it only works in the final results of the page in “domain/?s=”.
I also take this opportunity to inform you that the file footer.php in the plugins/td-composer/mobile/ folder, has an extra blank line after the code “</html>”
Thank you
Hi Bettina,
Thank you for your reply!
Unfortunately this doesn’t help to solve the problem and it seems that you didn’t read my whole explanation carefully…
As I said, the problem doesn’t occur only with LiteSpeed, but also with WP Super Cache. So, as stated, this is not specifically related to LiteSpeed.
Of course I don’t use multiple caching tools, as I know that this is not a good technical approach and creates conflicts.
I tested WP Super Cache on a clone of the site (without LiteSpeed installed / activated), to see if the problem keeps coming up. I confirmed that it does!
I listed the entire troubleshooting process to show the conditions under which the issue occurs. Disabling all the other plugins doesn’t help either, as the problem persists. Only disabling the standard Cache eliminates the problem, in both situations: using either LiteSpeed or WP Super Cache.
I also don’t think it’s host-related. I tested with LiteSpeed on Hostinger and on the cloned site with WP Super Cache on Bluehost. Again, the problem persists!
The Object Cache is enabled in LiteSpeed, as it’s available with Hostinger, but the problem doesn’t appear when that’s enabled, nor does it disappear when that’s disabled. The error only goes away if the Page Caching is disabled.
I don’t have the Object Cache enabled with WP Super Cache, so another reason to understand that it has nothing to do with it.
I don’t use AMP or the Mobile Theme plugin. The entire design is just responsive.
The only thing I’m not sure about is the ESI section in LiteSpeed : https://prnt.sc/6O6fFh0PqBaU
I understand that this section gives you the chance to somehow exclude or set a different TTL for parts of the pages, to avoid serving outdated / wrong information.
However, enabling ESI causes the site to display incorrectly, so it doesn’t help in my case.
I was thinking of making use of ESI Nonces (https://prnt.sc/KDVCieNE_XTs | https://prnt.sc/J93A51NqhNPb), but again, I’d need to know what to exclude there. So again, it’s something related to the theme.
I know you have so many clients to respond to every day and I always really appreciate your whole team for all the work you’ve done and continue to do, but please pay more attention to the problem and its details. Otherwise, we’ll continue to ping-pong with the messages, taking each other’s time, risking not finding the right solution.
Maybe it’s a bug of this Header feature (“Don’t load on mobile / desktop”) and you could try testing at your end as well, using LiteSpeed, WP Super Cache or any other caching plugin.
Looking forward to your input!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please select the port view on the phone, select the content zone and set the margin-left and right to -20 and set this code in width
calc(100% + 40px)
=> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ek89ppzTGldT You can use this method for both (mobile responsive version or mobile page)
Thank you!
Hello!
For this caching issue, please address the issue to the Litespeed support. So they can help you with the plugin settings.
Make sure you do not use many caching tools. Try to disable all and let only the Litespeed. Ask your host to verify if you do not have any other caching tools, object cache etc.
Do you use the Mobile theme plugin or AMP?
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, no. A workaround is to create a modal popup and use it like a mobile menu. You can create a page and set the icons as you want and the menu and set that page in the modal popup.
Thank you!
Hi TagDiv Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I would like to inquire about the display of the Newspaper theme on mobile devices.
I have checked it using Safari and Chrome on my iPhone 13.
On the desktop version, everything appears perfectly, and when using developer mode to preview the mobile layout, there are no issues. However, when I check it on my actual phone, only the homepage inherits the template’s styles, while other pages do not.
Could you provide any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I would appreciate your guidance.
Thank you!

Thank you. It’s working now. Maybe it seemed to be a browser cache problem.
Additional question: There is still no way to change the sort-order of the social media icons in the mobile menu?
Hi there,
I can confirm that this issue also occurs with WP Super Cache.
When enabling “Don’t load on mobile / desktop”, the Header is displayed on Desktop and not on Mobile, or vice versa.
Therefore, it’s not a conflict with the LiteSpeed plugin in particular, but with the caching feature itself.
I would really appreciate it if you could assist with this issue!
Thank you!
I suggest not using AMP anymore, especially if there are problems. Use just the mobile theme if you want the best performance. But if you do need to use it, use it together with the mobile theme. And maybe only use it for posts.
I see you enabled the mobile theme and disabled AMP for category pages. Posts are usually the only content served in AMP. Everything looks fine now from what I see. The posts look fine in AMP + mobile theme, and the category pages look fine with the mobile theme. That’s how it should be.
Let me know.
Thank you!
Hi there,
I’m encountering a caching issue when it comes to not loading the Desktop Header on Mobile and vice versa.
I’m using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and the following situations occur:
- Once I enable “Don’t load on mobile” for the Desktop Header (or “Don’t load on desktop” for the Mobile one), with all my custom configurations enabled in LiteSpeed, it happens that either the Desktop Header is no longer visible on desktop as well, or the Mobile Header disappears altogether.
- Using the “View Site Before Optimization” button in the LiteSpeed Debug section, everything seems to work properly. The Header is visible on both Desktop and Mobile.
- Thus, I tried excluding any CSS / JS files of the theme or TD plugins, one by one, to identify where the problem could be coming from. However, that didn’t help.
- Then, I disabled all the settings under “Page Optimization” (Minify, Combine, etc.) one by one. Even with all the settings disabled, the problem persists, with the Header showing only on Desktop or only on Mobile.
- So, while using the “View Site Before Optimization” feature gives good results, on the other hand, disabling all optimization settings doesn’t help.
- I also tested “View Site Before Cache” and again the problem seems to go away.
- In this regard, I moved on to disabling the settings in the “Cache” section, starting with all the other features except the standard “Enable Cache”. Nothing helped though…!
- Furthermore, I disabled the last remaining setting, “Enable cache”, and that indeed solved the problem, with the Header displaying correctly, on Desktop and Mobile.
- I started re-enabling all the custom options in “Page optimization” (Minify, Combine, etc.), leaving only Cache disabled and it seems that the issue no longer occurs. So, this shows that this feature in the TagDiv Header (“Don’t load on mobile / desktop”) conflicts with LiteSpeed cache.
I’m wondering if there is a solution that would allow me to properly use this feature in the TagDiv Header together with caching inside LiteSpeed. For instance, would there be a way to exclude the header from being cached by LiteSpeed or something like that?
Thank you in advance for your support!
Kind regards,
Page speed on my website is 70 performance on page speed (https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-brain3r-com/yrpdvf2sej?form_factor=mobile)
My server support says tagdiv composer plugin is causing website to be very slow and provided with a slowlog
See the slowlogs on this link: https://jmp.sh/s/HAlWSkUTD77lgL4lBf3w
Do you see any errors in the slowlog?
Hi TagDiv team,
We often use the Media+Text block from WordPress Block Editor. We’ve recently noticed that some extra code is being added to this block that didn’t used to be present.
Old version:
<!– wp:media-text {“mediaId”:211754,”mediaLink”:”https://dutchreview.com/expat/best-banking-apps-netherlands/attachment/ing-banking-app-square-logo-orange-lion/”,”linkDestination”:”custom”,”mediaType”:”image”,”mediaWidth”:26} –>
<div class=”wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile” style=”grid-template-columns:26% auto”><figure class=”wp-block-media-text__media”>
</figure><div class=”wp-block-media-text__content”><!– wp:paragraph –>
<p>One of the biggest and most well-known Dutch banks, ING is a popular choice among locals and internationals alike for its accessibility, affordability, and handy range of banking features.</p>
<!– /wp:paragraph –>
New version (change in bold):
<!– wp:media-text {“align”:””,”mediaId”:287729,”mediaLink”:”https://dutchreview.com/expat/fibre-optics-in-the-netherlands/attachment/ziggo-logo-fibre-optic-internet-provider-netherlands/”,”linkDestination”:”custom”,”mediaType”:”image”,”mediaWidth”:26,
“tdMaxWidth”:786}
–>
<div class=”wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile” style=”grid-template-columns:26% auto;max-width:786px”><figure class=”wp-block-media-text__media”>
</figure><div class=”wp-block-media-text__content”><!– wp:paragraph {“placeholder”:”Content…”} –>
This is changing the alignment and presentation of the block on the website. We can manually replace the code, but that’s tedious. Is this code from TagDiv (I assume so based on the td referrer)? How can we make sure this isn’t automatically added in the future?
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
For now, my website mediago.id using prebuilt themes and only set up for the mobile version ” ” . How can I switch to the desktop version?

Hi,
You need to add the code in both sections in mobile theme https://i.imgur.com/vGtr72j.png and custom code here-> https://i.imgur.com/OUTduCX.png
Thank you!
Yes, how can this be solved?
1. I want to change the image width to 100% on mobile. I tried several settings in the newspaper theme, but nothing changed. If there is a way to set it with CSS, please let me know.
Hello,
I have a problem with my the menu links in my header, when clicking the links on iOS mobiles. The links have to be clicked twice in order to open the linked pages. I read something about this problem in another post (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/double-click-problem-in-mobile-theme-on-ios/), that it might be a problem with the hover functionality.
How can I fix this problem?
Thanks a lot
Hi

*I’m sorry I don’t work with your system the tagDiv, it’s simply impossible to work with that system, You still have a lot of work to do on it so it will work properly for the usesr 🙁

Hi,
So from the search results page on mobile https://prnt.sc/aG3qnr23HvLX I click on website links.
I’m getting the AMP and mobile theme version for a posts I checked https://prnt.sc/qCQlIbKpQFEM
Another one is just AMP https://prnt.sc/d9IX9E3RQUvE Maybe google cached it when you were using just the AMP plugin, it’s an older post.
Or an AMP category https://prnt.sc/iNSNdjo6a3vU I see the images are not loaded at all in this category page. The images are not even in the HTML of the page.
But the images are not there even if I check on the actual website https://prnt.sc/3Yflv1s3m3Tz
That category template doesn’t seem to look like it should. The mobile theme uses 2 modules, a larger one and a smaller one, and a category template from the mobile theme looks like this https://prnt.sc/In_r8GY1jxrd
I believe you aren’t using the mobile theme. Are you using the AMP plugin alone? And how is it set exactly? The category template contains composer code, I’m not sure how that was done.
Thank you!
One seen is from computer other from mobile. Mobile does bot show the new posts.
Hi,
On mobile I see you are using AMP, and all the mobile visitors are redirected to the AMP version. The theme will not count AMP views unfortunately, and I don’t think that is even possible.
Your AMP content will be served to visitors from the google cache, not from the website itself.
A visitor using a mobile, from the search results page they will end up here for example when clicking on a post https://www-expartibus-it.cdn.ampproject.org/c/www.expartibus.it/un-grande-amore-e-niente-piu-unica-autobiografia-di-peppino-di-capri/amp/ This is from google cache.
If you would like to have AMP statistics for views, I suggest using analytics https://prnt.sc/C7sEsIeFbt7f
Thank you!
Hi,
The identical posts are also available for mobile: https://i.imgur.com/RhSB9VV.jpeg. Please provide some screenshots.
Thank you!
