Could you please tell me what caused this issue? You can specifically check this post in Incognito mode https://geekermag.com/firefox-v81-gets-new-chrome-like-print-preview-ui/
So then we could make changes and update without losing it (I MEAN ALL THE CHANGES. BLOCK STRUCTURE, COLORS, CUSTOM CODE, ETC)? I havent done a child theme and now I see an update, I have been days changing things (custom code for mobile view) included. Can I update the theme WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM?
Can I get back to an old version if updating rewrites changes?
Ho what a pity !
I like the mobile version for home page, with the burger menu. But for posts I prefer the normal version because i’ve a side bar. I’ll give it a try without mobile version on home page… see how it goes
Thanks you again and sorry for the multiple questions these days,
Hi,
Unfortunately the option for mobile theme is to disable it for the pages/posts you do not want it, there is no option to disable it for entire website and enable it manually on homepage.
The only way is to disable it manually on all pages/posts where you want to have the responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello !
Before activating the Mobile theme please take a closer look on our documentation regarding it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Hello !
By using the tagDiv Composer you will be able to select the mobile viewport and edit only the mobile viewport as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/uA3Uc8qYKwI
Thank you !
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !

Hi,
As a solution you can use the amp plugin without mobile theme and set the amp option like this -> https://i.imgur.com/lbe43pJ.png
After that check if your posts are amp or not and if the errors still persists.
Let me know the results!
OK, we will try responsive. So if we decide to use responsive theme only, can we disable or uninstall mobile theme plugin?
Can I use the mobile plugin and in the menu items display different pages for mobiles?
Thank you for the tip.
I want the home page will be displayed without the mobile plugin. So I disable the Mobile Settings for Home Page.
The issue is that display different header, footer
Can keep the same header and footer as it is with the mobile plugin and the content only for each page will be displayed as the non mobile plugin.
Hi there,
Starting from amber light pro demo i added “big grid flex 2” module , but switching on mobile preview from tag div composer the module seems to be not responsive as other navite modules inside the demo how can i solve that?
Hi dhananjaymittal, as I suggested above, you need to have the mobile theme plugin installed and activate -> https://i.imgur.com/2CeKZ4Z.png then you should be able to access that part of theme panel.

Dear team,

1) How to save after entering content in Text with title element. There is no save button, Please refer image: https://prnt.sc/txme01
2) After installing the mobile plugin for my https://bloggeradvise.com/ (post images are not displaying )
Hi,
Unfortunately there are only these two options for this amp plugin, to use it with mobile theme plugin or without mobile theme plugin with the option indicate above.
Why not using the mobile theme only for amp ? -> https://i.imgur.com/qFdtOPc.png
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello I did the last update of the theme yesterday, and now everything seems to work fine. Perfect
Now I can activate the Mobile-Theme, by the way what is the best configuration for the Mobile version? I’ve never activated it, and I think it’s worth it. Thank you

Hi Nagarig,
The answer from our developers was that you should use the same structure for mobile as for desktop, for example if you do not have pagination on desktop, then use the responsive version not the mobile theme plugin that has pagination (posts_loop), in this way in google results you’ll no longer get these results (for pages, but for categories will be display if is the case).
Also he said that at this moment they are working to improve the mobile theme plugin, but do not said what features this plugin will have.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Is look that for you the mobile icon is misaligned -> https://i.imgur.com/HhvaggQ.png usually these cases appears when you are using zoom on browser.
Please try to select that icon and you’ll be able to select the logo on mobile, also you can access the mobile version using the website manager and use the option to enable/disable the sticky menu on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/ZCR7MjW.png

Hi,
As I can see only the ads inside the article are not displayed, but fr this you nee to make sure that you set the ad in Theme panel> Mobile theme> mobile ads -> https://i.imgur.com/cICmoED.png these should be display on mobile theme plugin (if you are using it for mobile version) and for amp version.
Let me know the results and settings you’ve made!
Hi arnextera, I’m glad that you manage the situation.
As for the mobile view port, this has the behavior that you describe when you are using zoom on browser.
If you have other questions, let us know!
Have a nice day!
