Hi,
The mobile can’t have serious caching issues, because the theme doesn’t have a cache. In normal circumstances it would be impossible for a deactivated plugin to still function.
If I check the website now, I get the correct desktop version https://prnt.sc/aoTMyo8dzEX- and the same version on mobile (responsive) https://prnt.sc/8zNRk7pgiFzn
But if I refresh the page a few times, the design gets broken. As I see it the mobile theme is not active however, it’s just the design of the desktop page getting broken. This is not the mobile theme https://prnt.sc/ajvt4_Uv9xz5
And if I add the design back, it looks fine – https://prnt.sc/3YjuNvepe5XW
As I see it the wp rocket feature to remove the unused CSS is removing much more than it should. I suggest switching to the other option https://prnt.sc/WFHuk2xLzUcA Then clear all caches again and it should be fine.
Let me know.
Thank you!
Thank you but what about the mobile theme? I deactivated amp, cleared all caches and the result is still the same.
The mobile theme os has serious issue of caching. I even deleted the cache plugin wprocket, delete cache files from the server and still it shows the older version for the mobile theme.
Hi all,
I am using newsmag with movile theme and amp and have cache plugins like wprocket. I tried clearing all cache including varnish cache, wp rocket cache, cloudflare cache but the mobile theme is still showing old version of my site and i am not able to know how to fix this. Please help to have the mobile theme clear its cache everytime a post is published or changes are made.

Hi,
I’m trying to create a mobile menu with rounded edges, using a margin left and right.
Unfortunately, I don’t seem to be able to get the margin on the right side working as intended. I’ve tried various existing templates, but the same problem occurs.
Here’s an image of what’s happening using CenterMagazine as an example: https://imgur.com/a/BuPfVXj
What am I doing wrong?
Hello,
This implementation needs to add some custom code in the theme files please check those topics
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/edit-mobile-login-popup/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-can-i-add-recaptcha-and-login-with-social-accounts-at-login-forms/
Unfortunately, we don’t have a tested plugin for adding a custom fields in the login form.
Thank you!
Hello,
To change the logo please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, you need to create a mobile page: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/. Also, please enable mobile cache from your cache plugin to avoid the issue of having the mobile page on the desktop version.
Thank you!
Hi, I wanted a different big grid style on mobile compared to desktop version. Is it possible?
I am having trouble figuring out how to display my logo on both desktop and mobile, Desktop seems to be working perfectly but nothing I do makes the mobile version work. It’s aimeestock.com
I did something else that works fine for me, instead of using the Category Sibling element that looks really bad with this layout shift (it just goes offscreen and then settles back, its just awful) I used mobile horizontal menu or something like this. This elements loads first and it doesn’t wait for everything else.
Is there any reason for these elements to work like that?
Hi,
Thanks for the help Anamaria.
I have one more question:
How can I add the page scroll button, marked in the image, to the mobile version of the website?
Kind regards,
Felipe.
Hi,
I added the mobile template at first, but removed it later on.
Is it possible that it still holds on the mobile template even though I removed the mobile template and plugin?
As seen here (https://i.imgur.com/2lB9DHT.png), I don’t have a mobile template on the category template

Hello,
I checked and you have there a mobile template, please make sure that you don’t have anything assigned here -> https://i.imgur.com/X9XhnqY.png
Thank you!
I’d be grateful for some advice please.
For smaller screen resolutions, is it possible to position the sidebar column above the content column – rather than the default where it’s shown below it.
I can’t see any settings to achieve this and haven’t been able to find anything online for this theme.
Thank you for your time.
Hi,
Yes this is the link

No, I don’t use mobile template. I removed it as the responsive version of the tag div composer was enough.
Hello Anamaria,
Thank you.
I have checked in logo, mobile logo, sticky, block title and footer but still 1 H1…
Is it possible to find with the source code where is this H1 ?
For example:
<span class="tdb-logo-text-title">...</span><span class="tdb-logo-text-tagline"> </span></span></h1>
Thank you
Hello,
You can edit the header menu, sticky header menu, mobile menu and mobile menu sticky -> https://i.imgur.com/4MRak3x.png -> https://i.imgur.com/UWn7dDe.png -> https://i.imgur.com/nkrKMnl.png

Hello,
Now, the mobile version is also displayed on the desktop. This usually happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, the mobile version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, you can check this https://i.imgur.com/Es7nHNh.png

Hello,
Go to Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Header -> Sign In/Join and disable that option.
For menu, go to the mobile viewport, click on the menu icon and check if you choose a menu from this dropdown: https://app.screencast.com/kXblv69NkhU60
Thank you!

Also, this issue can be caused by some options that you have configured for the plugin can cause the issue.

Hello,
Please provide the link to your website.
Also, do you use a mobile template -> https://i.imgur.com/yYSdcYO.png ?
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check with the tagDiv Composer and disable the H1. For example, H1 from logo(header, footer, mobile, sticky): https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/6-h1-tags-on-front-page-bing-have-deindexed-my-site/
Thank you!
