Hey Guys,
I’m having an issue where when I load my website up on a 5k display (specifically iMac 5k) it doesn’t fully scale.
On a normal non 5k Monitor I have no issue nor on mobile.
Please see image below.

Any possible fix for this?
Thanks
Liam
Hi!
Im working in a full width page but in the mobile version the layout display 2 vertical lines.
This is the page:
https://veochubut.com/
How can I fix it?
Site : http://www.amagernyt.dk
Password : amager2018
I’m trying to insert a logo on the mobile version.
As you can see here it repeats the background even if I tell it not to. How do I get a graphics logo inserted.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/x1zuhmh6kksbo0t/an2.PNG?dl=0
Ps. I use a header template.
The mobile menu is only showing a quarter of the links that are actually set up under menus for the mobile menu. Six links show up, while I have 15 links set up online for the mobile menu. Please advise.
In case anyone else is seeing this since v10.3
I have a clout template for posts – eg Standard News ( that’s my name for it )
All posts are this template from theme panel > default
However since v10.3 – the template is identical, except it has a background image ( which I never put there and isn’t in cloud template td composer settings ) – some users experience a black screen when using on mobile
When I select the same template from my template list in post editor – the problem disappears – yet the same template is being used. This time the background image has disappeared.
Thanks
Hi,
Make sure that the tagDiv Composer is activate.
Theme activation -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
Also for mobile theme, you need to have the mobile theme plugin installed -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!
Hi,
The mobile theme version and amp version can be editable only with the settings from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/Rxi3Vk1.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hi. So I was very much under the impression that the desktop versions and mobile versions of you website/homepage could be structured differently? The problem is, whilst I have pretty much got my desktop homepage looking how I want it, it doesn’t display well on mobile. For example the flew box1 looks great on desktop, but when I look at the mobile theme it just doesn’t look right. I thought you were able to change both independently? If I try and change the way say for example flexbox1 looks on the mobile theme, the same changes take effect on the desktop one. Can I not make changes to the mobile version of my homepage without these same changes effecting how it displays on desktop? My website is http://www.eheritage.co.uk. Many thanks
This problem is caused by tagdiv mobile theme
Also some pages dones not work in mobile version.
Hi,
As I can see the ads on mobile appear like on desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/qy4GXeM.png -> https://i.imgur.com/SAeSQhr.png if you want you can check the mobile version of your homepage by editing it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/LcP3Wne.png
Custom ad spots -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please notice that tagDiv Cloud Library need to be deleted and reinstall it from Newspaper> Plugins, only deactivate and activate it back will not work.
If you want to edit the footer, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example your can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole webpage from fronted).
Also the mobile problem can be a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Also we do not recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery on your website, if you are using both of theme, then you’ll need to choose only one and deactivate the other one.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi there.
For some reason my whole mobile look has changed and I can’t get the old look back.
Before it looked like a regular mobile site with menus, articles, ads and more.
Bu today it changed so that I only have articles and the hamburger menu is deactivated (and says Click here to use the WP menu builder).
How to fix?
Thanks
Claus
“The login on mobile appear because this is not loading correctly”
I don’t need this login, don’t want to loading this and don’t need this in sorce code 🙂
hi, unfortunately i can’t find these two options in my Them pannel, Activate Theme and Mobile Theme !!
Hello,
I was wondering how to customize the Amp Layout of the mobile AMP page. In the Theme Panel we have an Option to display a grid. I have a sample of my Amp site here, it’s basically the one grid we can active through Theme Panel followed by the list of new Posts.
https://ibb.co/fdkFc1h
By evaluating the UX of this layout we found out that visitors didnt quite like the “dull layout” even though the amp version is fast and everything, we ended up going to the responsive version of the main Page.
I want to know how i could duplicate the main Grid block to show the first 3 posts of each category followed by the newest posts list. I know the mobile theme might not be intented for this.
Thanks in advance
Hi,
i have follow all documentation how enable AMP mobile theme but does not work.

Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
The login on mobile appear because this is not loading correctly, if the problem persist after deactivate the plugins is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi!
In mobile web, the ad slot on the post pages is on the bottom on top of the footer. Is there a way to raise it higher? Would in-feed article be necessary here?
At that location, viewability is really bad.
Thanks,
Roberto
Hi guys, so the mobile theme is really good, lightweight, and works fast. but it lacks support for an infinite scroll from cloud library, which is a bummer, since most traffic is mobile nowadays. Is there a chance you could make a mobile theme support infinite scroll for individual posts?
Also as you can on second screenshot there is login to buddypress account. I don’t have buddypress on my website, I don’t need to register users to this portal. But this part of code is visible for Google Bot and also in
view-source:https://insidemobile.pl/
This is automatic translation to polish so I have: <div class=”td-login-form-wrap”>
<div class=”td-login-panel-title”>Odzyskaj swoje hasĹ‚o</div>
<div class=”td_display_err”></div>
<div class=”td-login-inputs”><input class=”td-login-input” type=”text” name=”forgot_email” id=”forgot_email-mob” value=”” required><label>TwĂłj e-mail</label></div>
<input type=”button” name=”forgot_button” id=”forgot_button-mob” class=”td-login-button” value=”WyĹ›lij MojÄ… PrzepustkÄ™”>
I don’t want to have this part of code. How to remove this?
Just realized there’s seperate ads panel for the mobile version. Have fixed this issue, thanks.

Hello, I’m owner of https://www.theticblog.com and using newspaper 10.3. I’ve copy pasted code snippets into the ads section on theme panel and can see the ads on desktop version.
But when I view my blog on mobile, I don’t see the ads? I also have amp enabled. What can be the issue?
Also, is using ads from the theme panel enough or should I consider using an plugin?
Thanks!
