Hi,
For issues with the NewsPaper theme and page indexation errors in Google Search Console, here are a few recommendations:
Check the robots.txt file: Ensure your robots.txt isn’t blocking critical pages from being indexed. Use the “URL Inspection” tool in Google Search Console to verify if pages are blocked.
Review Sitemaps: Ensure that your sitemap is submitted correctly and accessible by Google. It’s a good practice to manually submit it through Google Search Console after any significant site updates.
Fix Crawl Errors: Look for any specific crawl errors in Google Search Console. Pages with 404 errors, server errors (5xx), or soft 404s can prevent proper indexation.
Update the Theme: Ensure that your NewsPaper theme is up to date, as outdated themes might have bugs or compatibility issues that affect SEO. Also, check if any plugins or custom code interfere with indexation.
Structured Data Errors: If your pages have schema markup (rich snippets), ensure that it is implemented correctly. Incorrect schema data can lead to indexing issues or poor SEO performance.
Page Speed Optimization: Slow-loading pages can impact indexation. Use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to check if slow page speeds are an issue and optimize your website for performance.
Check for Duplicate Content: Ensure your site isn’t producing duplicate content or thin content, as this can negatively impact Google’s ability to index your pages properly.
Mobile Usability: Google’s index is mobile-first, so ensure that your theme and website are fully optimized for mobile devices. Fix any mobile usability issues reported in Search Console.
Thank you!
Hello Roberto,
I think you have set the ad in the Theme Panel, so I recommend adding the ad box in the mobile menu section -> https://i.imgur.com/T1kKD38.png there is no ad in the header.
Thank you!
Hello,
Did you have created mobile pages? For this, you must convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd to be able to edit with tagdiv Composer. Please check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hi (salutări),
We’ve inserted an Adsense Ad on our website Overheat.ro, just below the header. The ad’s code is in the “Custom ad 1” slot in the theme.
In the “Advance usage” section of the slot, we’ve set an AdSense size of 320 x 50 for phones, but somehow this rule doesn’t get applied if the width of the screen is any less than 458 pixels (I checked with Chrome’s dev tools). It only works between 458 and 767px. Any less than 458 and it goes into auto mode and even stretches to full width.
Can you help me fix this?
Thanks,
Roberto
I have created a couple of cloud header templates but when I look in the viewport, they exist for everything except mobile. There doesnt seem to be an option to make a new header template available anywhere in mobile – is that right ? Thanks for help
Hi,
Related to fonts, if it is a single post template, then the font need to be changed using the tagDiv Composer
For the problem with cache and correct mobile version can you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access. We’ll check a closer look at this problem. Also, please include the link of this topic in email.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately there is no option that can be used to do this when the mobile theme is used, sorry!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi, what exceptions should I pass to make WP Rocket load the hamburger menu and the search button on my template? If you access cached pages on criticalhits.com.br, you can’t open the search or the mobile menu, and that’s a problem I’m having for months and can’t find what I should fix in order for them to work properly
Hi, Is it possible to add a ‘Desktop Site’ link in your mobile menu so visitors can click on the desktop link and see the desktop version of the website when using mobile phones?
Thanks.
The mobile version is not working properly even after removing cloudflare sometimes it’s coming sometimes it’s gone even after clearing cache through WPRocket and the ads aren’t showing when seeing in a new mobile (incognito tab)
Hi,
The WP Rocket it’s ok, so it is no need to remove it, but if you use Cloudflare and is not using the premium version (Cloudflare APO, only this version has the possibility to deliver different cache per viewport when there is a mobile theme or mobile page template used), so in your case you should set the Cloudflare on pause for your domain where you have a mobile page.
Let me know the results!
Thank you for your suggestion. I’ve checked, and those options are enabled as you indicated. However, the problem persists. The mobile menu on the homepage is still not working, while it functions correctly on the inner pages.
Could you please assist me further?
Hello!
Please check if those options are enabled: https://app.screencast.com/QraEF3FK3gj0l -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cannot-see-header-menu-on-mobile-device/
You should access the mobile responsive, click on that menu and choose the menu from that dropdown.
Thank you!
I am experiencing an issue with the mobile version of my website https://48horasmagazine.com. The menu on the homepage does not respond when clicked, although the same menu works perfectly on inner pages. I would like to mention that this menu was created using Cloud Template and customized to my preferences.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
Hi,
” … the mobile version is showing the desktop version only!!!!” – this is related to cache, you need to have separate cache for mobile and desktop. From hat I can see you are using WP Rocket and this cache plugin has this option activated by default – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/708-mobile-cache
Now another cache on your site is from CDN (Cloudflare), using a different mobile template you need to use the Cloudflare APO version – https://developers.cloudflare.com/automatic-platform-optimization/reference/cache-device-type/ only this one will provide different cache on mobile and desktop.
Thank you!
The ads are okay for now
despite having separate templates for the mobile version and the desktop version of
Homepage and single post content template
the mobile version is showing the desktop version only!!!!
Hi Manoj Chekkilla, so our theme is normally work with any type of ads, you can use any, you just need to have approve for your account ads and set them properly, for example our theme is using ad box element and you can chose as source the ads from the theme panel, or you can set the ads code directly in the ad box using the tagDiv Composer.
I just checked the website and now I see that you save ads on both mobile and desktop so I belie that you already manage the to resolve out.
I have set the page on mobile editor. Thank you!
Hi Muktipolice,
I apologize if my previous explanation was unclear. When using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, pages need to be recreated in the mobile editor. This applies specifically to pages, as you can see in the following links:
Mobile Theme Introduction – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
– https://imgur.com/FqDJw8V
This is how the tagDiv Mobile Theme is designed to function—it doesn’t use any builder content.
If you prefer a responsive version of the site that mirrors the desktop content, you can simply disable the plugin, and everything will display the same as it does on desktop.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Please upload an image with a bigger size for mobile, depending on what devices you are -> https://i.imgur.com/goURZfP.png
Thank you!
Hello, I have a problem, the theme was deactivated, I managed to activate it again, but in the theme panel there is information highlighted in red: An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key.
I tried resetting the key but it still doesn’t work
my website:https://doradnik.pl
by the way, I will ask another question: When I add an article and create a drop-down table of contents, on the computer you can normally expand it, but in the mobile version the table of contents does not work and the links do not work.
I purchases and using newspaper theme.
I have some ads image on right side bar of article. It show correct in Desktop. But in mobile device, it is aligned to the left instead of center. You can check this url https://danangleisure.com/bep-hen-bring-old-memories-back-with-a-cozy-family-meal
Refer to screenshot below. Please support

Hi,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated, please deactivate it for that page.
When the mobile theme plugin is used, you need to set for pages the page content in the mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png. also, there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can assign the mobile page.
Thank you!
Hi! I have a question: in the mobile version of my site (with mobile theme), the section “contatti” (https://pressview.it/contact/) is empty. The page is white and you cannot see the writing that appears in the desktop version. What could be the problem? Thank you.
