Hi,
I’m new to using this template and honestly, I’m quickly growing to hate the damn thing.
I’d like to request a quick Youtube video tutorial on building out a homepage and maybe a page or 2 with subcategories.
The modules and blocks instructions are not very clear and if you’re unfamiliar with the template they honestly don’t help much.
I’m trying to build a homepage and I keep having to reload the demo as a starting point to figure out how to build. I don’t have time for that as my site is launching live soon.
This seems like a really good product, but I’m getting off to a rough start with it.

first of all I only did a brief search on the forums to see if this was already asked since I am quite under time pressure on this project. If so please forgive me and just link me to the topic.
I need to create different pages that show only posts with a certain meta key – meta value combination.
Is this in some way possible with the existing templates or do I need to create new ones with extra options for this purpose?
I could also see this realized with custom fields on page creation but would need to know where to check for these values then.
Example:
A ‘popular’ page should only show post with
meta_key => ‘_status’,
meta_value => 2
Any help would be much appreciated!!

I’m trying to set my homepage with template “homepage blank” because I want to do with pagebuilder and I dont want title. But when I put this template and I select some sidebar, it isn’t works. Any sidebar appears in my home, but with other templates the sidebars works fine.
How can I put the sidebar?

Since I’ve updated to v.3.4 the AjaxLoader is missing on the Template „Homepage – bg – no article list“ with „Block 3“ an the „Pagination“-Mode „Load More button. When I click on the „Load More button“ on the frontend it loads the next posts but the AjaxLoader overlay won’t show up.

To add additional data entry fields in the post page (where you create articles), you need to basically “hack” the admin directives to add two new data entry fields. You would need to add new functions in the functions.php file for your two new fields, which write to post-meta, and then you would need to call those two new data fields in your theme layout.
This is easier to do with a plug in if you’re not used to creating new post-meta fields or editing the master functions.php file.
This is not as easy as simply cloning two elements in the theme.
I suggest you look at something like the plugin I suggested to create the two new data entry fields for post-meta, and then you would need to clone the existing two items in the theme but change the post-meta field names to the two new fields you create for data entry.
If that maskes NO sense you will want to Google how to add additional post-meta boxes.
SIMPLER METHOD: If you don’t need separate data entry boxes….
Alternately, you *could* just create two new user data fields from the drop down on the post page, and then use those for the two new post-meta fields. Then clone the source/via links, but with the two new data fields you create from the meta drop-downs on post page.
Not sure that helps. For the location of the source and via links you might simply do a “search” in a text editor/programmer tool for the word “via” in the page templates, but not sure if that is easy or not. Marius can likely specify what module or whatever that happens to be in now.
Is there a way to have them automatically resized based on the page template? Any other suggestions to make this automated for the authors on my site?

about the feed, can you try disable all the plugins and try again, some plugins modify the feeds, also the /feed is managed by wordpress and has nothing to do with our theme.

with the space at the bottom I can help you but only if you remove infinite load, because I can not reach the bottom of the page.

Yes I have checked all the options.
For the moment I have changed the file page-pagebuilder-title.php with (line 14):
After <div class="container-fluid column_container">

I have also changed my CSS to align the breadcrumb
Without those modifications, there is no breadcrumb I think.

also for each category you can overwrite the sidebar settings :

and each post from a category will inherit the sidebar option from the category is in.
if the post has no category then he inherit the sidebar option from the page template.

I am using Version 3.2 of the template
I am using the Social Counter of the tagDiv in a sidebar. I am able to get Youtube, Google+ to work correctly. I have two issues:
1.) When I add the facebook username, it returns 0 fans. When I click on Like, it does go to the facebook page. The facebook page has Likes, but not fans, our facebook category is set to Movies: Studio. I have attempted to use the Facebook Page ID, and the results are the same.
2.) When I add in my twitter name, the entire sidebar disappears and nothing shows. Once I remove the twitter id in the social counter, the sidebar returns. I attempt to update the API keys in the social-twitter.php file with my twitter generated keys, but nothing changed.

Is it also possible for each user to keep the selected colour in the subpages, not only on the home page? The thing is if I flip through the page, the colour palet disappears and the colours are default as in the original template. I’d be very grateful for your prompt help.

Apologies if this has been asked before, I couldn’t spot the answer.
I have two different publication’s content on my website and I want to create a homepage for each of them. I currently use tags and categories to filter out the content for each.
For these pages I want to have the Big Slider with the background much like the page template “Homepage – bg – no article list” or “Homepage – bg + article list”
The problem is when I do that there doesn’t seem to be the option to filter the big slider by specific tag or category.
The alternative is to create a blank page and use the big slider module on it. But in that situation there is no option to have the background behind it.
Please could you show me a fix for this?
