Hi
The plugin is reCaptcha by BestWebSoft, although i am happy to use any.
I have added the code as you said and the recaptcha box is showing, but I can still submit messages without needing to click the recaptcha option?
Hi
i am trying to add recaptcha to my comments page to prevent loads of feedback spam. The plugin I installed says to add the shortcut to enable on the comments page [bws_google_captcha]
i have added this to the td_wp_editor field at the bottom (as I am using the theme forms for the comments page – but the recaptcha is not working
How do I add a shortcode to the forms page please?
Hi,
Currently the theme doesn’t have recaptcha capabilities. You can achieve this with custom work or maybe using some plugins.
Thank you for your understanding!
My embedded form is directing subscribers to the hosted version of my Mailchimp Signup form with ReCaptcha request. Mailchimp confirmed to look for required fields that have been hidden on signup form or deleted from the form code.
Can you please help me add ReCaptcha to the form so my subscribers stay on my website.

Hi,
Unfortunately we did not tested any plugins for recaptcha or security plugins like “wp hide login” and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins, but I remember that I been seen a lots from our customers using recaptcha plugins with our this with out problems ( these were apply on default WordPress login, not on theme module login, on this modal it can be add only with custom work).
Thank you for your understanding!
Is there any way to the te sign in default theme mask working with any secure login plugin? At the moment the only way to have the “Sign in” working is disabling very important security plugins like “wp hide login” and “Siimple Google recaptcha”…. Pretty odd an unsafe. Any suggestions?
I solved it ! Turns out a recaptcha plug-in was preventing it from working.
Disabling recaptcha upon login makes it work again.
I discovered the problem where it comes from. If you enable the Google Captcha plugin (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft users can no longer log in if you deactivate it, the problem vanishes.
I have another question. After login the user is sent to the bulletin board page, how can I send it to the home page of the site?
Hi,
Currently the theme doesn’t have recaptcha capabilities. While using a plugin for this should make the captcha appear in the WordPress login screen – https://prnt.sc/pqmrj1
it won’t appear in the theme login modal.
At the moment in order to display additional elements in the login modal of the theme, would require to edit the PHP file. It can be done in a child theme
– https://prnt.sc/pqmztj
Or you could disable the theme login, and use the WordPress login where you can add captcha easier. If you have more questions let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
Since switching over to the modal login / register box that comes with Newspaper, i’ve been getting a massive increase in spam registrations. There doesn’t appear to be any recaptcha working on it.
Can you help?
Thanks
I want to enable Google’s invisible captcha on Newspaper 9’s popup modal login/register box. Is this possible, or should I use a plugin? Would any updated plugin work?
I know, I have already done those things…
I also improved speed but when i add v3 recaptcha on contact form 7,… it slows down site speed ,, especially mobile version…
I placed css to hide recaptcha icon or image, shown at the end all pages.. but it did not fix speed issue…
I happens when recaptcha v3 is added…
hi, after last update I can’t see register and logout pages. Normally I stopped allowing new users’ register but there was a warning about that and When I allowed new users to register I was able to see register page but now I can’t see. For login page now I can’t use reCAPTCHA with login page. when I tried I can’t login
Hi Calin,
This weekend I had the opportunity to try various roads, and all without exit … unfortunately.
I thought about going back to version 9.5 and I told myself that, then, I could not have the theme with important updates.
Rest at 9.6, but what I can see is the problem with the AMP plugin.
Wordpress mia has reported the following error message:
The following plugins may be incompatible with AMP: td-composer, really-simple-ssl, wp-excel-cms, wp-content-copy-protection, eu-cookie-law, wp-fastest-cache, wp-recaptcha , wp-fastest-cache-premium More details
Where with More details it signals to me, for each article, something like this:

From what I understand, mind you I’m not an expert, but it’s not your theme to have problems, but it has the AMP plugin.
And even on your “td composer” plugin.
Even if my assumptions were correct, do not you think it would be better to settle the issue by intervening on the AMP plugin and making it perfectly compatible with the theme?
When I bought your theme at the time, I did it essentially because it allowed us to have graphically interesting AMP pages.
Now I am forced to have AMP pages, a painful graphics and I had to create a personal plugin to have the opportunity to put adsense advertising.
I hope you can solve this problem soon, not so much for me that somehow I arrange, as for all the other 77,000, and more, who have bought your theme.
A question arises spontaneously, but is there anybody to whom the theme works perfectly with the new version of the AMP plugin?
A cordial greeting and a good job …
Dear Catalin,
Thanks for your reply. At first, I am using the latest version of theme 9.5. And I have the following:
Active plugins 6 items:
1) Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft (Version 1.41) ; By BestWebSoft
2) Regenerate Thumbnails (Version 3.1.0) ; By Alex Mills (Viper007Bond)
3) tagDiv Cloud Library (Version 1.0 BETA) ; By tagDiv
4) tagDiv Composer (Version 2.3) ; By tagDiv
5) tagDiv Social Counter (Version 4.5) ; By tagDiv
6) WP Super Cache (Version 1.6.4) ; By Automattic
In Must-Use tab there is one plugin
1) Endurance Page Cache (Version 1.3) ; By Mike Hansen
In Drop-ins tab there is one plugin
1) advanced-cache.php ; details are not available
I could register as a test contributor (ID: shariful_hamid) from header’s top bar but when I tried from there it shows, “User or password incorrect!”. Whereas, I can login using same id & password from amrai71.com/wp-admin.
Please help me in this regard.
My URL:
http://amrai71.com/
I ended up reverting back to recaptcha V2 as V3 seemed to be the issue.
I switched to Ninja forms because Contact form 7 sucks after they forced recaptcha on every webpage
Hello.
I have created recaptcha v2 API on google.
Opened newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
and inserted
<div class="g-recaptcha" data-sitekey="6LdcXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXPul"></div>
before
<input type="button" name="register_button".....>
Then opened
newspaper/header.php
and added:
<script src='https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js'></script>
before
</head>
So it looks how it should look like, but it doesn’t work.
How to make it work? Should i install additional plugin?

I have further narrowed the issue down.
If this plugin is present: Login No Captcha reCAPTCHA
then thumbnails don’t work.
The issue is, it has to not be present during update or anytime thereafter. If I reinstall it after updating the theme, then the problem will come back, and *won’t* go away when it is then deleted.
The url is: http://tomsportsjourno.com/contact/
Also please can you give me the CSS for a space between the recaptcha and the the send button
Thank you
Hello Daniel Iceman,
Unfortunately, the Recaptcha functionality does not include in our theme, sorry! We cannot say for sure if this way will be included or not in our future update, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Before anything: I know it’s a customization. I’ve just read some topics https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/recaptcha/ and seems you are not very interested on implementing it.
Anyway, I would like to say Recaptcha is very important. The only way to stop spammers for me was to use some Recaptcha plugin, and the best one, for Invisible Recaptcha, makes the modal login useless.
So it’s more like a suggestion than a question: you could consider this for future upgrades. Thank you!
Hello charlie1029,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for Recaptcha for Modal Login, sorry! If you want to have this behavior you should implement it yourself through the code and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
Regarding on the second request, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi and thanks for reading this,
Is there any way I can add Google Recaptcha to the Login modal? Because I’m getting many spam sign ups and I don’t know how to stop it. It’s a membership site so I don’t want to disable the login/sign up option completely.
Also, the number of Twitter followers on the Social Counter isn’t updating. It has been like this for about a month now. I’ve tried to delete it and reinstall it, clear cache, add a different Twitter account and then change back to my one to see if that clears it and nothing seems to be working… I use Facebook and Instagram on the Social Counter and they work perfectly so I’m confused as to why it’s only Twitter.
Thanks again,
Charlie
