I have a problem. Whenever I add an hyperlink on a post, on the preview it appears to have a nice blue color but when it gets published, it becomes white, so it gets lost with the background.
How can I change the color of the hyperlinks so it shows up black or any other color?
Please help
Is it possible to restrict filtering options in biggrid, so “by review” and “random” are no longer available?

First off, let me thank everyone in the Newspaper support for being ever so kind and helpful with me ever since I made my purchase, this is actually one of the best ater-sales services I ever encountered! I am even doiung an article on my blog with the theme installed, where I will be thanking TagDiv for such a wonderful theme!
The theme is fully responsive, even non-javascript user-friendly, and I’d really recommend it to anyone. I recently heard something about a new version of newspaper coming, so I thought maybe I’d chip in a few of my own ideas for the next version, please let me know if they are workable:
1. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new “Stacks” and pre-defined styles.
2. I’d really appreciate it if you could modify the tagDiv social counter to be more customizable, probably something like Arquam here: http://codecanyon.net/item/arqam-retina-responsive-wp-social-counter-plugin/5085289?WT.oss_phrase=facebook&WT.oss_rank=26&WT.z_author=TieLabs&WT.ac=search_list
Also, a few more social media options, like Tumblr and Feedburner, wouldn’t hurt.

I’m working with a educational article and i’m using a lot of features of VC and Ultimate addons. Everything was going ok. The page was going smoothly and I was almost done. But then, suddenly the headings began to change and some of the pictures that were working perfect before just don’t show up, they are in the Composer but not in the preview.
I consult with the people of the Brainstrom (Ultimate Addons) and they said is a VC issue. I can’t consult with the VC authors because I don’t have a licenses. Please help me!!

What I mean about the review basically is that: I want to use my site for reviewing purpose so viewer can leave a review basing on our rating form on each special post or post. For example: I will creat a specific page of hotel and people can leave some review for each specific hotel.
Secondly, I can’t add the tab code into the post so please advice me how to fix this issue.

Just starting to find my way around this feature packed theme and have a few questions and issues:
1. (A)When using the animated image slider if I select “medium” as display size it doesn’t work, all images are blown up very big and lose their resolution. It does work once I enter px*px height and width but that ends up zooming and cropping images. I’d like to display them close to org. dimensions. (B.) The slider image buttons (little dots) appear inside the image frame which doesn’t look good, this is solved by using NAVI slider BUT, I don’t want the title to appear on the bottom, is there some code to move the dots below the frame as in Navi?

3. I can’t get the custom ad to work in header or elsewhere. I don’t understand why we must use Google code or how to alter the code. Usually for ads you selected the image, paste the URL and done, this adsense code is confusing.
4. Using the default template, I’ve selected ‘blue’ as menu border colour but it doesn’t show up.
5. Using the homepage builder I’m trying to assign 2 plugin widgets; ‘Newsletter sign up’ and ‘events calendar’ to the side bar but there is no option to select them. How do I get them to appear on my homepage?

the issue is:
when i checked in newpaper theme’s live preview the “sticky menu” works fine that is when you scroll up in any post the header menu appears but when i installed the theme on my wordpress site the sticky menu wasnt working as shown in live preview of theme.

I am doing a little custom work and have some questions around metadata displayed in Big Grid.
Currently, if a review is shown in Big Grid, the author and date metadata is replaced with stars. What I’d like to do is append the rating to the end of the metadata instead and show it as a percentage.
I know editing core files = bad. So, I have been doing some edits and trying to implement them in the Child theme. But, I am not sure how to override the get_date() function with my Child theme nor can I find where the metadata is being replaced.
Could you point me in the right direction?

Can’t say for sure as I’ve never used 24shells before. I have used Host Gator and my review won’t be all that helpful. They were awesome until 3 years ago when the company was sold, then they began a campaign sucking the life out of their customers through technical issues, bad support, and bad customer service. I am having issues with using the insert google maps component. Adding a Google Maps component to a post and pasting in the Google Maps embed code displays fine on desktop but not on mobile/ipad. It just displays a grey empty box in Chrome or Safari on mobile where the map should be (Firefox is ok).

Tried both of these fixes but neither worked?
From reading the thread I gather this is a known issue. However, you don’t seem to of been able to of fixed it despite it appearing on your demo? I realise your busy and I appreciate your help but it doesn’t feel right when you have been looking into the issue for two months.

The idea is to set:
1 to 5
2 to 6
3 to 7
4 to 8
5 to 9
The result is that the final rating is getting from 5.0 to 10.0 instead of 0.0 to 5.0
Which code do i have to edit for this?
