Dear tagDiv team,
I am trying to re-create one of my web pages with the use of tagDiv Composer (the page was previously created with WPBakery Page Builder, and it’s layout is broken now pretty badly).
On that page I need some rows to be different for mobile and desktop versions. One solution I can think of is to simply create both versions of the rows and only show one of the rows for mobile and the other one for desktop.
With WPBakery Page Builder I could do that by clicking on a row (column), then Responsive settings, and then ticking the ‘Hide’ checkbox next to the corresponding platforms, like this:
How can I achieve the same functionality with tagDiv Composer?
The only alternative solution I can think of is to use custom CSS with @media queries.

But also is possible to be others elements broken in RTL
Our theme was does not support RTL so simply changing the direction will not work properly. Lots of theme elements have to be adjusted for the thee to support RTL.

Unfortunately our themes was/are not full compatible with RTL, indeed there are some website with our theme in RTL, but those website were custom build by developers.

i’m trying to make the whole theme rtl responsive by using WPML plugin but something went wrong with theme responsive.
i contacted WPML support and there reply that they don’t have a problem with there tool and i have to contact the theme support to solve the problem.

I found the solution already, the smartlist template files are in a different location after the updates.
See here what I mean, the adbox is now just above the buttons instead of in between the picture and description text, much better clickrates on my ads now

With previous versions of the smartlists I was able to change some code and move the ad box position to just above the previous and next buttons, but since the update the ad box is between the picture and the description test. How can I change this?

One of the last issues I’m facing is that I cannot successfully transfer the search icon to the left of the screen.
I’m using a separate rtl.css in child theme. I tried placing this code at the end of rtl.css:
.tdm-header .header-search-wrap {
position: relative;
float: left;
margin-left: 175px;
}
It works and places the search button to the left, but when I click on the search icon the whole page sort of hangs in mobile view. Desktop works fine.
Can somebody please sort out this issue?

After an update to Newspaper 9.7 in April 2019, we lost content, then activated TagDiv composer, which restored everything. Shortly afterward, we lost jpeg images on android mobile – iPhone mobile, PC and iMac images are intact. There is a pending update to WP Bakery which our former web developer told us never to update. Could that be the problem? Any ideas on how to restore android mobile jpeg images? Thanks!

Please check your posts or if you have custom html tag in it. Usually this is error appears due to unclosed html tag or tags inserted in smartlists. Please also check your article ads spots.

Come on guys, really. Stop repeating this mantra and start working on a reliable solution if you want to keep your operation going. Your credibility and reputation after this fiasco is going down the drain and you are not helping yourself one bit.
Is it the end of TagDiv? As I’m sure we’ll find other theme who can deliver.
Why don’t you listen to your clients? Or is it that you have decided in advance to give up on us? and any other prospects who would clearly decide on other themes after getting to know this.
Some customizations can’t be made through the TD composer, like coauthor integration, rtl adjustments etc. Elements that you also refuse to integrate yourself.
I’m really sorry now for choosing you over other themes that do support those things.
Really disappointing.

I have customized a cloud template for my posts and now want to display a short link (<?php echo wp_get_shortlink();?>) near the Last Uuppdadtaed date. Please help to explain how to insert this shortlink PHP code and achieve the short URL to be displayed.
