So the options to choose the socials for sharing are missing in the theme panel? Only Facebook is displayed?

How does the theme panel look in your case? Try to force refresh the page in the browser, see what happens (Ctrl+Shift+R), could be a browser cache issue.

From what I can see the sharing does not appear in some posts on desktop as well

They are in the intended position and can be clicked, but they are stuck in opacity 0 for some reason. There should be a transition there to switch the opacity to 1, seems to be missing however

A quick fix would be to force them visible – https://www.screencast.com/t/3XgxybGh1

Maybe this is happening because of a conflict, or maybe minification, can’t say for sure.

That is not possible, but now you can create post templates to be just like pages if needed. The tagDiv composer can be used to create post templates

Or maybe use a sharing plugin that can be displayed on pages and allow sharing for them. The theme sharing is just for posts at the moment.

If you use default post templates, the source and via will be displayed right below the post content and bottom ad (if the post does not have pagination or a review, then these will be first)

In the screenshot you provide there is no pagination or a review from what I can see, so the source and via would be displayed right below the bottom article ad.

But you also have some sharing and another ad it seems, these appear between the bottom ad and and via/source. If you should remove those the via/source will be displayed where it should.

The theme cannot control where plugin content appears, so if that sharing section and ad are added with a plugin there would be nothing to do from the theme. Maybe they are set to appear below the post content as well, pushing the theme elements down.
