There are some meta properties in the page source fromm what I can see, but the Yoast SEO plugin does not seem to be installed

The plugin has to be installed and configured properly, it alone handles all the social sharing. The theme does not have any options in this matter, or does it affect the sharing.
The debugger detects the required meta as missing from the page.
For the crawl image problem, maybe you can check if there is an error log specifying what exactly is the problem with the images in the posts

These issues could be caused by plugins, try deactivating all your plugins except theme plugins and Yoast SEO, clear any installed caching and make tests. Check custom code in the theme panel, or added to the theme files directly.

At the moment there are no options to remove or add more sharing options for the post page. The easiest way of removing the Google and Pinterest sharing would be to hide them with CSS like this

}

The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS section.
This could also be done by modifying the theme file where the post sharing is defined, here are some similar topics

Something as simple as a link with a Font awesome mail icon can be sufficient

At the moment there is no option to add socials in the post sharing. That button could be added by editing the file where the post sharing is defined, and entering the button code manually

3)What do you want to say through changing your sharing buttons? The theme does not have any such an option that allows you to make some changes to the sharing buttons. You should edit the theme core files if you want to edit them, sorry!
