Do “view source” on your post page, and look at all the twitter elements to make sure none are broken. That’s what I usually do, since that is exactly what twitter is “scanning” when you go to submit.

Note also if you’re using multiple social sharing plugins at once, this can also cause hiccup.

You can also try Twitter’s developer tool to check your post to see if it works or not; and also submit for a twitter card — which is also what I usually do.

I am not using any # in the Title of the post and everything is set up properly – It is sharing correctly on Facebook just not Twitter… Where exactly could I check to make sure ?

I dont mean the top and footer icons…. When you open a post, those social media sharing boxes above the content/post and below that allows you to the the article….I need to make them bigger.

The post that might worked for you while sharing on Facebook might be the ones that have photos specified through Yoast…

I just did and it didn’t work.

Could the reason be the many lines of codes before the actual featured photo of the post and content?

Also having an issue with sharing on my site. In fact, for some reason one of my posts was even taken off of facebook.

Here is the error I get:

“The server found your request confusing and isn’t sure how to proceed.”

Here is another popup error I’m getting when I try to post the link of an article directly to my facebook page (example: http://www.rtbuzz.com/do-you-also-love-pizza-science-can-finally-tell-us-why/):

Can anything be done on my end?

Note Google+ is rebranding and reorganizing as of this week (Nov. 18), many things are not working right like #tags, and they are pushing folks to move to new layout.

Not much you can do except ensure you have the correct OG tags in your meta data. I’ve been manually submitting my most important items, but even then it’s just headline and image – no description. Even sharing from Google News does not pick up the description — so that should tell you something, their own sharing button doesn’t grab the snippets properly from their own site!

Their own sharing button in Google news ALERTS only picks up image; also again their own tech can’t resolve their own content properly.
