Unfortunately theme doesn’t have an option to change social buttons like that. If you want to remove the text from post social share please delete it from this file: http://screencast.com/t/Ta4bMb8YiD and use this css code to make in Theme Panel > Custom Css: http://screencast.com/t/ekSn2bDeBz
Note that this css is only for bottom buttons!

Also if you don’t use 50px height how I set, it is possible to break buttons display. So you will need to change also the top values from the code that I provided to you.
